A B C in Fife

Phoned for a ABC takeaway, on a Saturday night,there number was engaged for a while but as I had their food once before I patiently waited for an answer,they explained that that they were busy and delivery would be about an hour and half,they were spot on with there time schedule and there food arrived still pipping hot, their portion was large and very adequate but most importantly of all it was the tastiest beef chow mein I have ever had, I couldn't fault it one bit,I knew it was going to taste delicious as the first time i went into ABC takeaway a while ago I was standing waiting for my order in there shop, it was quiet arround 6.30pm when I went in but when I turned around after I ordered it was full of customers and that showed me that this was going to be a very good Chinese takeaway and I haven't been disappointed,I would definitely use this takeaway again and again,can't wait to try their other delicious food,,

Have to say the ABC has imo become the best Chinese in Kdy. Their shredded chicken curry is amazing. Wouldn’t use any other Chinese now. Keep up the good work guys 👍

Waited over 2 & half hours for food .had to microwave it when it eventually arrived .order £27.20 no prawn crackers .what is going on .Still best in Kirkcaldy but need to look after your loyal customers

Best Chinese takeaway anywhere, never mind Kirkcaldy. Been ordering from here for 40 years and is miles better than any other Chinese I’ve ever had. Everyone has their busy times but it’s very rare that delivery is not fast.

First time ordering from ABC and delivery on time.And that's all the positives .Never ever ever again. Food was absolutely terrible. Chow mein was horrible. Just so watered and slimy. Chips were burnt and awful. Sauces were tasteless. Rice ok. Usual Chinese takeaway closed this evening so tried ABC and utter waste of money.

Tasteless, greasy, what did have some taste - tasted awful. How can you get a chicken ball wrong??!! The special fried rice was half filled and covered in gross gravy and omelette. The bbq/sweet and sour - whatever the red sauce was supposed to be didn’t taste of anything? What a waste of money. Will be going back to the dragon.

The food is great and could be the best Chinese in town if it wasn’t for the disgraceful portion sizes. £7+ for a tiny portion of salt and pepper chicken that wouldn’t even fill a small bowl, it’s pure greed and stops me from using ABC. If you were wanting to share a meal with your partner you’d need to get two dishes of everything and that’s an absolute rip off considering the price of their food.

Food is very good . Staff are very busy but always courteous and polite.

Food cold- had to heat it myself At home, after the two minute drive up the hill from the takeaway. Special fried rice cooked in lumpy gravy - boak. No wonder it tasted weird. Ripped off on price, first was £13 and then £16 odds, should have been £10 if going by there online menu. Portion sizes small! If your planning on sharing a meal.. think again! Chips where good and crispy and prawn crackers where decent and a bigger bag than usual… although it was £3 for chips and another £3 for crackers🤣 rip off! Won’t be back.

Great service an good food made fresh

Being from Edinburgh it's been hard to find takeaways that match our local spots from EDI. We've tried quite a few Chinese takeaways in Kirkcaldy and ABC is the closest in taste to my favourite Chinese takeaways in Edinburgh! The chicken curry is perfect! The rice is spot on, the salt and pepper chicken (dry) is delicious albeit a bit *too* dry for my liking nonetheless still tank it! Now tried ABC a few times and always 100%. If you haven't tried ABC already I highly recommend you do so! One thing worth noting is that ABC don't do Salt and Pepper chips which is something I can't understand!

ABC I tend to always use Why ? Food delicious Portions massive. Telephone whether the cooks or tonight the driver thorough with what exactly want. Time await delivery 20 mins all piping hot. Thanks all A B C my friend from oz said delicious better than home.

Never again. Been lied to too often about how long deliveries will take. I called another Chinese take away tonight before calling the ABC and they told me their delivery time would be 1 hour and 40 minutes. As that was too long I called the ABC. I was told it would be with me within an hour. An hour and 20 mins later I called to see where it was and was told it was just leaving and would be 10 mins. 20 mins later it still hadn’t arrived so I called to cancel it. It arrived a few minutes later but was too late. I had a sandwich instead. If I had gone with the first take away it would have been with me before the ABC but at least I’d know it was likely to take a while. That’s the last time the ABC get my custom. There a many far better in Kirkcaldy.

Took a while for delivery.my first order.but now I know why.very busy and food is brilliant.actually found a take away that i can eat.minted food.I will be back.thankyou!!oh and 5 stars.

Phoned for delivery aat 18.06pm 7.15 pm foned to ask how much longer it would be was told on fone it was being made as we speak will be with you in 10mins no apology 7.45 foned again no apology 5mins later it arrived soup tasteless garlic chicken bland n hardly any sauce goes without sayingg wont be back

I’m extremely disappointed to say I ordered noodles and got a tub of bean sprouts. Not one noodle was in the tub. I usually love coming here but it’s ruined the portions and wasted my money!!
