The best restaurants in Scotland

A quick stop at the wee Isle Cafe 5 minutes before closing time. My partner had an amazing Vanilla ice cream that is made locally on the Isle and I had a plain scone and Latte. All were amazing and the location and views are superb. What a little gem for this fantastic small island.

Absolutely Devine tacos, and fast service. I was absolutely blown away by how nice and simple the tacos were, only a few choices but they were Devine. No fuss, no muss. Great great tacos.

Un agradable café dentro de la excelente Galería de Arte que es The Lightbox. La selección del menú es un poco limitada, pero las pizzas y la pasta son excelentes y buena relación calidad-precio. Asientos bastante cómodos y un buen ambiente. En general, precios medios. El servicio es amigable y normalmente muy bueno, pero estirado cuando está muy ocupado... los clientes han sabido entonces ayudar con las mesas de compensación.

The cookie dough here is very good, always go back and get the same thing. Never tried anything else from here

Este sitio es parte de la bastante deteriorado Oban marina. Fantástica ubicación y excelentes vistas a la bahía de Oban - pero tienes que tomar el ferry marina de Oban para llegar allí, y no pasa muy a menudo, y si está lleno... tendrás que esperar. The lucky star has changed management, it's now called hot wok and has a new menu. It used to be a fantastic chinese but sadly we weren't impressed with the food. We ordered a chicken curry, fried rice, chips, onion rings, a chicken Maryland snack meal and battered salt chilli chips. The curry wasnt very nice, it was like gravy and the chicken Maryland was just 1 peice of chicken with chips, not worth the money and certainly not a proper chicken Maryland! The battered chips were ok but nothing like I've had elsewhere and delivery took 1 hour and 10 mins, when I was told it wouldnt take long and they weren't busy. Doubt we will be back?

They make some of the best patisserie available in Edinburgh, the little raspberry tarts are delicious. Good coffee and nice selection of sandwiches.

Shopped in Simply M&S today and decided to visit the cafe. It was very busy. We had turkey sausage, onion and chutney toasties which were delicious followed by iced fruit cake. The Tea and coffee were good and the service was excellent. Only drawback was the lack of space between tables which was quite dangerous when carrying a full tray.

So well looked after. Despite it being a wednesday night and us being "out of towners" we were treated like locals. The chap in charge even made my wife a proper mug of tea with biscuits. 10/10

Variedad riquísima de desayuno. La comida era abundante y delicioso. Asistieron para el té de la tarde después de funeral y buffet era bueno. Sándwiches rellenos era variada y sabrosa. Un montón de salchichas o queso panecillos y bollos y pastas dulces. Ann era tranquila, eficiente y satisfactoria y considerrate a todas nuestras necesidades en un momento muy emocional. . Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Great place for excellent food and excellent staff can’t do enough for you. Always busy and they cook their food in front of you. Definitely worth a visit 😀😀😀😀😂
