What a great facility, amazing staff that were so helpful, good food and coffee at a reasonable price. Keep up the great work, we will be looking forward to having a snack and coffees here the next time we are up for a swimming gala

This spot is absolutely amazing! I loved every second, I had a Alfredo, half a burger and a brownie! And it was all exceptional. Forgot to take a photo looked too good there was no time for photos. My whole family loved it here, I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here!! As soon as I saw the menu I couldn’t decide what to get. If I can I will come tomorrow and get the other things I wanted! The customer service was amazing I say the PapaPronto manager should give Leeroy a raise. This place is TOP NOTCH!!! I would come here everyday if I could!!

Visited on a Saturday and it was only a very short wait for a table. Food came out quickly and was fantastic, couldn’t fault anything we got. Great for all ages

The staff in this store need a pay rise and recognition for how amazing they are. Their communication is amazing and kind. Their understanding for children's hot chocolate mishaps (spilt) was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this place.... amazing staff.

Brilliant quality food, and friendly staff never fails to impress sometimes the waits can be long but they always make up for it and apologise appropriately, definitely worth a visit!

I don’t usually leave such low reviews but that was not restaurant food at a push cafe food the big down fall was the cleanliness place was leaping all cutlery in drawer was dirty had to use plastic knife’s and forks padded chairs ripped and stains all over them you had to do the river dance to get to your seat floor was that slippy

Went in on 11th January for brunch for my birthday. Several choices we wanted were unavailable. Anything that was on, due to allergies I couldn't eat. Who ever is in charge of the cafe, needs to kick their staff into touch about their attitude and make sure that food stocks are available for most of the day. To top it off, the chef on that day was so rude and told me if I didn't like it, go elsewhere. Took him at his word and did. Complaint lodged too. If I could give zero stars I would do. Won't be back in this cafe.

Order from here normally once/twice a week. Waited three hours on delivery for it to be cold & burnt messaged page and got no reply, won’t be back. When called to ask where food was, got told we give another address when we didn’t. Would advise taking numbers and calling the customer back to make sure order and address is correct.

Good food and a convenient location however, on our recent visit (November), we found the lack of heating a real issue — it was uncomfortably cold inside, to the point where we could see our breath in the air. This is something we hope they’ll address urgently. Additionally, the music is always played at a high volume which makes conversation challenging and the playlist tends to be very niche, which can feel less relaxing than a more universal selection like general pop, etc. A few adjustments to the temperature and music volume would make a big difference and we’d be happy to return more often if those changes were made.

Used their drive through today 29/11/2024 placed our order when it came up on the screen it was wrong we had to sit and hold up the que until the order taker came back on speaker, we corrected the order moved to the pay station and noticed they still had the wrong order we corrected it again then we had to park and wait. Finally the order arrived the fries were cold and the burgers were wrong all we wanted was no cheese on the burgers how hard was that to do what we got was a bun and meat nothing else so we dumped the lot, this place is crap run by morons.
