Nando's Rushmere Centre in Craigavon

Food was mostly good although my boys received the most overcooked chicken possible, they gave up on eating it. Servers and front of house were all quite friendly and helpful.

Went to nando's today for the second time would not go back they were short staffed the staff that were on clearly couldn't handle it the kitchen was firing the food out and it was just stacking up on the hot counter the q was getting bigger the total thing was a sham

Seriously you order a burger and get 1 piece of chicken! No rolls nothing - like WFT. Not only did they mess up the 2 x burgers - the potato wedges became sweet potato???? Just saying check your order before leaving cause they haven't a clue.

Possibly the worst branch Staffs were not very welcoming, the food was not great , the rice was not fully cook and was lukewarm , the coke was well watered down Definitely won't recommend this branch unless they improve

Second time with bad food and service so this is why I'm positing. Waited 50 minutes on food, no communication from any staff, food sitting on hot plate for ages, chicken so over cooked, staff walking around but not actually observing, manager clueless. It was fairly busy, but no excuse

The food was good, the service was good, and the staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Food is very consistently good, staff can be a little lackluster at times, overall it is always a very decent meal

Multiple takeaway orders placed through the app which asks you to insert the time you will arrive and collect the food. Rushmere for some reason take 2 different approaches to the time that's given. Either they wait until you arrive at said time and only then start cooking the food (which completely negates the idea of ordering ahead), or else (this is worse) the food is ready and sitting under the takeaway hot lamps, but the staff ignore it for a full twenty minutes then pack up the soggy, steamed, sweaty cardboard container! (seriously dude, I've been sitting on this stool for twenty minutes now, with an eye kept on the hotlamp area. There has been nothing new or fresh put there since I sat down. Why has it taken so long and why do you think it's OK to serve sooguness to a customer? Is it because it's takeaway and by the time they get home, you assume they'll just eat it anyway rather than make a fuss? Not cool.

Worst Nando's Branch ever been. Could be zero star if there is an option. Kids were refused to sit in as they had Mcdonald happy meal chicken nagguat at hand. They said it might cause allergy to people. What a joke as they are selling chicken as main meals.

Choices within the menu seem endless! I could not believe the food, it was amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

I was a bit unsure at first...seen the place but wasnt overly keen. Then one day tried it and was pleasanly surprised! Food was good...staff very nice and the enviroment was clean and modern. So will be back!

Just went there last night. Had to wait front of door for 25 min , staff just said we have to wait 10 or 15 min ,and never showed up again. Finally they got us an table ,but I dnt understand why staff can not smile there. ..only the service is not good Taste of the food is really perfect💥💥

I think nandos is highly over rated. We got a share platter 6 bits of chicken 2 bowls chips and they are small and small bowl of mashed potatoes, that is frozen. For £26.95. I could have easily eaten all of the platter on my own.

Service very slow and food, being kind here and saying, tepid. Order hot meal like chicken, chips and smash and you expect it hot not tepid at best. Perhaps service was so slow as our meal were sitting out waiting for server. I would have spoken to someone had they shown any interest but no-one asked. Nowhere near usual standard and was close to a 1 for food. A waste of money for poor quality tonight.

The worst experience ever. Our first time in the chain and probably the last experience.We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Instead of a happy day it just turned out to be the worst. We ordered the boneless platter which as per description should be enough for two. The portion was pathetic. The meat was uncooked. When raised this concern with the manager she said the meat may be uncooked to us but it is cooked as they use industrial oven and as per them when they measured the temperature it was same as of a cooked meat. I thought she was just out of mind. The only thing that was good there was the lady who was waiting our table Juliana. She was just amazing. Nando’s was the worst decision ever to celebrate our anniversary. The manager didn’t even felt the need to apologise. I wish Juliana was the manager।

They have one of the best services in rushmere. We went down for food one saturday evening and they were so busy and forgot about us. When we told them they were very apologetic. They offered us a starter and dessert which was lovely of them to do that x

Just been in to Nando’s Craigavon for lunch. We were in need of a cup of tea after spending the morning at craigavon hospital but the tea and coffee machine was out of action. The amazing manager went out to costa and brought us back three teas herself. Amazing customer service. And tasty food. Thank you!

Foods not bad. Saves me firing up the bbq but at same time I could make it better myself in the same amount of time for alot less money. Service is good but strange way to order food depending on how spicy ya want your chicken. Sauces they have aren't great either. Their coleslaw was the best thing that stood out for me plus the garlic bread was burnt and not great. I don't see what the big fuss is about nando's. You can create the same if not better food for alot less in your back garden on a bbq with sauces you actually use and like. Atmosphere was strange and extremely quiet. Was like eating in a library. All in all,, it was OK but doubt I'll eat at it again. Chicken slims beats them all 👌

Really good experience, especially for people with allergies! All staff really nice, especially the manager and the guy who served us (didn't get his name but had glasses and ginger hair). They cleaned everything before cooking to prevent any reaction, will definitely be back!

First time at a nandos, first of we were seated at someone else's table who had went to order, poor table management, staff were amiable enough though, then after using the app, it took around 45 minutes to get food, after eating at many other chicken based restaurants, the chicken here was very overcooked on outside, peri peri is decent, though small portion sizes of fries/sides and overpriced for what it is really. Also tried the vegetarian imitation chicken wrap, was bland and very dense, didn't even finish it. One of the benefits is refillable drinks which works out good value for money. If taking a group for a night out, honestly save yourself a few quid and get a bigger feed somewhere else.

Foods great, never had a takeaway collection order ready on time, waited 20 mins last time, waited 10 mins so far tonight and still waiting, annoying , no apology for how late it was either

Extremely long wait, especially with two v young children, even after we asked if food would be much longer and were told it was coming very soon, it took almost 15 minutes now before it arrived. Food expensive for all it is, really not anything special.

Don't like this at all went to a couple of nandos cost alot and the portions are very small and the chicken doesn't have any flavour wouldn't go back myself for food

Had my first Nandos today at Rushmere centre and I have to say I wasn't that impressed. 1/4 chicken was a chicken leg at best. Very small portions and not great service. Also the Gelato was nice but the brownie was definitely past its best. We will not be returning

I ordered the grilled chicken pitta with crunchy slaw ( as advertised on the menu). Chicken arrived in pitta and nothing else. Dry and chewy. Pathetic offering not worth the money as hard to swallow. No-one came near our table to see if all was ok and eventually I got up and went to the kitchen area to ask a member of staff why there was only chicken in the pitta bread and no crunchy slaw. They'd run out but said they could add some salad inside it. I said it was dry and hard to swallow as was so, yes, salad would be a nice addition. My plate arrived back 10 mins later and the chips had been thrown back into the fryer and placed back on my plate. Not nice. Won't be back. Overpriced.

The food is grand but the ordering system is useless

Not overly impressed if I'm honest. First time I'd ever been to a Nandos and don't really want to repeat it. Ordering food was a pain in the butt. I understand Covid restrictions have reduced the interaction with staff to the point you can't order face to face, which I didn't rate at all. The app wound me up, my partner had to reorder the whole meal. Food was good, though if I'm honest the crispy skin chicken wasn't crispy at all. No ice in the ice machine. But drinks were ice cold.

Feed for 3 costed £40. Pretty tasty food and friendly staff. First restaurant that I’ve been to that u can refill your drink which is very good. Overall pretty good, I’ll definitely be back :)
