European prices without Quality. Absolutely not good!! Ananas shake was more water than Ananas. Eggs wasnt fresh!!! Far away from this

This was once the place to be if going out in Lurgan. Unfortunately with a couple of renovations to make space for the crowds, it lost its appeal along the way and only opens on certain days. It attracts only a handful of regulars now, who are interested in sports and gambling

This place really deserves to have more customers walk through the door. Recently renovated, it offers a beautiful, comfy interior and provides a great place to hang out with friends and have a few beverages. The staff are always pleasant and up for a chat and are a real credit to the management. There is a large dining/events room that can be utilised. The entire premises are spotless, from the toilets, to the tables, which is a hard task to keep up on, in the bar industry. Music is always tasteful and the drinks are reasonably priced! Never a bad pint.

We stumbled across this unique bar during a road trip to Northern Ireland and glad we found it. Had a great time with Anne the owner. Highly recommend. It's a nice old bar. Plan to be back. Fun times.

Very nice pub. Great staff and locals. Plenty of room for functions like birthdays or christening's in the back of the pub. Space for plenty of people and right beside the trainstation if youre looking a quick pint before you leave or come into town. Large, clean tiolets that have been modernised. Two smoke areas, one small, the other large. Disabled access available from front door and the pub is all downstairs too.

Esta es mi segunda visita, tuvo la hamburguesa de 8 oz, que era bueno sabroso, las patatas fritas eran muy grandes, y pocos estaban crudas en el medio, que fue una decepción, lechuga bien. No soy un amante de la lechuga en general, y la sopa era sopa de verduras, que era sopa muy muy gruesas con pan integral, no como una sopa espesa. Sirven buena cerveza, el lugar estaba muerto para un domingo, y hacía frío, así, a una comida regular, precio promedio, bebidas muy caro aquí

Beautiful meals roast chicken and roast beef couldn't eat it all portion were big really good value for under twenty pound the staff were Excellent drinks not i include in the price of meal.lovely place very enjoyable would recommend it for lunch or family meal had a really lovely time

Tuve un sabroso carbonara aquí el viernes por la noche. . . . Llame como 5, el mejor IV probado el pan de ajo, no era el típico slice wee,,,, no fue dos hermosas ciabatta rebanadas! ! ! ! , cada bocado era nico! Creo que es razonable, en 8, 99 la pena cada céntimo! Una causa, un bowl im codicioso ordenados para compartir, de patatas fritas, también! Un acogedor, agradable, encantador encendió velas gran camarera, perfecta de carbohidratos que había bowl me rolling inicio con una grasa del vientre! Volveremos! No muchos pueden gran chef sofá perfecto, un perfecto carbonara mejor ajo pan! Confía en mí, soy un amante, este era carbonara perfecta!

Mejores cenas carne asada y gran tamaño de la porción para menos de 10 libras. Que no se podía superar. Algunos otros lugares cobran 13 libras por la mitad de lo que se aquí.

Had a family dinner here to celebrate two different birthdays. Very impressed with the excellent food and generous portions sizes, staff very friendly and efficient, and extremely good value for money. First time to visit this bistro but it definetly will not be the last, would highly recommend.

Great friendly service and I have been for lunch and dinner to the bistro. The food is cooked well and the presentation exceeds what you would expect! The burgers for lunch are excellent.. especially to cure a hangover!! The evening menu is good with a good choice for everyone. Kid friendly also..

The railway bar opened its Bistro a while ago and in that time has went through a few different chefs to try and ensure they can compete with the other pubs in Lurgan offering food, we have now been every Sunday for the last 3 weeks and are intending to go this sunday again so they have definitely found the right chef this time! I cant comment on the weekday menu as we have only visited on a sunday but everytime we have went the meal has been delicious, my wife actually commented on the pork belly as "the best meal I have ever had", and I can say myself that their roast beef is also very good, its also good value for money and the bar have also started offering cocktails, the perfect excuse for a pre or post dinner drink, I would highly recommend the railway for a nice meal and would say to ignore any negative reviews that are from July or before as they have a new chef in since then and the food has improved ten fold

Great food in a great location. The Bistro has only been open a few months and we heard great things about it. We where not disappointed. We arrived about 8 in the evening and the restaurant area was busy but not packed to the gills. The place looks really well and they have obviously put time, effort and money into making look good. The service was very quick and the food was excellent. The staff were very attentive without being down at the table every 5 mins. The food was excellent it has to be said I had the Alabama burger which was fantasti. At the end of the night was one the best surprises the bill, 4 mains, 4 sides and 4 desserts and a few drinks under £90. Excellent value for money.

Whilst visiting family in Lurgan my wife and I decided to go to the Railway Bar and Bistro for a drink and a meal. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and we had a great time. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again. Tom and Emma x

A few friends and I had a meal at the newly opened Railway Bar Bistro in Lurgan this weekend as we had heard good local reports about the quality of the food. We decided to try it and we were not disappointed. The menu was based around Steak - fish - Chicken etc and I had the beer battered chicken goujons which arrived with a very nicely presented range of side salad, chips and coleslaw. It was obvious that the staff were still finding their feet but this was not in anyway a negative or detracted from the overall experience in fact they were really honest about it and went out of their way to make the meal more enjoyable. My friends had various meals from Lasagne to chicken curry and one a vegetarian burger. Everyone cleared their plates and all enjoyed the fayre. We weren't rushed or harried in any way and the pleasant surroundings added to the occasion. The prices too were excellent and so long as they're maintained alongside the quality I would highly recommend a visit. I for one will be back and I'm sure so will my friends.

Rang up to enquire about booking, asked to speak to the owner, the lady hung up on me! Rang back and she purposely did not answer so I kept the line ringing and after 3 whole minute she answered and I told her why I was calling and that she can forget my custom! Rude rude rude
