The Cellar Bar in Craigavon

Went in for some lunch and a pint with my partner and the food was great aswell as our server Gareth.

I call in for a couple of pints on Wednesday afternoon lovely atmosphere and very helpful pleasant staff 🙏🙏

The service is fantastic and Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and help anyway she can. Thank you again!

Was here for my Great grandson's christening party. The staff were very helpful and the food supplied was really tasty. The room provided was more than big enough and separate from the rest of the bar

Ordered the 10z Steak with a sauce and a side.. Food was beautiful, steak was cooked medium rare, peppered sauce and the chilli fries was served perfectly.

First time at the Cellar in years, don't eat out too often. Cannot fault the service or the food, everything was stellar, easily one of the best lunches I've had in Lurgan. Got the beef and bird stack and it was cooked to perfection. I'll look forward to visiting again and trying something else! Guinness was top notch too.

I love bars like this. The atmosphere is like home. A warm and pleasant feeling, welcome and send off. Thanks for that! On the wall with the banknotes, the Bulgarian one is missing, but I will see to it if they want to put one. The food was amazingly delicious, and it was over so quickly that there was no time for photos... Thank you ❤️

Went there for a dinner with the family, the staff were super helpful and accommodating, the food was amazing and the bill wasn't too steep either. Have been here before and will definitely be back, would highly recommend.

Myself and my wife had our wedding reception in the cellar this weekend. From the offset Lisa was absolutely amazing. Every single person from our wedding was looked after in such a personable warm way I cannot express how grateful I am that we choose the cellar. Lisa and her staff where great with the kids and the food was amazing. We had 45+ plus people served courses of piping hot food. We had guest with dietary requirements and the service they received was exceptional. The quality of the food served was first class. The venue itself was absolutely spotless and welcoming with a private bar toilets and smoking area and a dancefloor. The DJ she sourced also done a really great job. The experience from start to finish was top class.

The food was amazing had a nice selection of items to choose from but not so many it took a long time to choose. Great service plenty of staff and very friendly. It was a little warm and only air flow seemed to be when the door opened and closed. Great pints of Guinness poured here.

We had a fantastic Hen night for my daughter in The Cellar Bar event area. The 33 of us had a variety delicious meals, desserts and a DJ. The staff were so helpful just lovely. The owner Lesa was fantastic organising everything for me even getting a DJ. The venue was beautiful. The Cellar is by far the best place in lurgan for food and drinks, as a vegetarian it’s often hard to find good veggie options but the cellar never disappoints. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and Lesa always goes above and beyond for her customers to create a lovely environment and dining experience!

Really enjoyed my experience with friends in The Cellat Bar & Lounge. Staff were very helpful and friendly and took our order. Food arrived at the table promptly and was a good portion size, and lovely would recommend a visit to this bar 🍸 😀

Lovely cosy bar with a relaxed atmosphere, and the best "pub grub" I have ever tasted. Lisa and all the staff are always so welcoming and friendly, nothing is ever too much. We always look forward to a visit to the Cellar Bar, thank you.

Absolutely fantastic! Service was very good, happy staff, food was the best I've ever ate in a pub! And you should really try the "spade face" local Larger, a gem.

Lovely pub..good food and craic

I have now had a 30th birthday party, been to a day 2 wedding party, and most recently my mums birthday party. First of all, the staff are all amazing and Lisa is a joy to work with. Second, the food is lovely, the best meal I have had in Lurgan no doubt. A gem in Lurgan!

What an amazing place, and amazing staff. We enjoyed ourselves, enjoyed listening to traditional Irish music, we will certainly be back when we return from Canada and we will certainly tell our friends and Would encourage those people visiting the area to visit this wonderful pub.

Tasty food, good portions and pleasant place to relax

Came back here today for lunch - first time back in about 8 years. We hadn’t booked and they were apparently fully booked all day, but the manager decided that since one table wouldn’t be in until 3 she’d fit us in. Service was pretty fast and customer service was excellent. We WILL be back - but won’t wait for 8 years this time!

Had large party in bar for pre-ordered dinner (32) people, all staff were helpful and all those eating were complementary of the food after. Cannot fault it, have been here for years and will continue to do for years to come (hopefully)

Visited The Cellar Bar on Saturday 30th April. The food was beautiful and the menu was varied. The service of the staff was first class. However, before leaving I went to the gents toilets. You would think they hadn’t been cleaned since lockdown ended. The smell of stale urine in the place was overpowering, another customer in the toilets made the same comment to me. I later found out from a third party there wasn’t even a toilet seat on the toilet. This simply is not good enough, it took away from the whole pleasant experience to that point. The management are letting down, their pleasant serving staff, their chef and their customers by this wilful neglect. I will not be back

Had a fantastic meal here at the weekend. Food was so so good. Lovely wee spot for a bite to eat & few drinks. Atmosphere great, nice and cosy, and great place to just sit back and relax and enjoy a quiet meal or drink with friends or family. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Couldn't fault it. Definitely worth a a return visit

My mates and I have not been out in a while due to the covid restrictions.And once we were allowed to enjoy ourselves for a night out the Cellar Bar was our 1st port of call.What to say,brilliant service by all staff(waiters,waitresses and bar staff) no hassle getting in(table booked we had) live music,good craic and nice drinks.No complaints at all.Lesa or Lisa(get mixed up with her name lol) keep the good work up..

Popped in tonight for dinner. I had the special - Seafood Chowder topped with root veg crisps and served with cauliflower fritters and onion foccacia. Definitely an excellent choice, it was so tasty. Service was great as always. Lovely staff. Thanks for a lovely meal.

Had a lovely evening meal here for my wife's birthday. 1st in many months we have a had a chance to get a babysitter and get out. The food did not disappoint. A Fantastic meal had by both, my wife loving the steak and myself with the forever delicious asian chicken. My staple go to. A credit to the kitchen. Staff as always, attentive and friendly with Lesa still smiling and working hard for all visitors. One of the many reasons this place is still popular and going strong. 5 stars all round from me.

Had a meal in the cellar on Friday night and the food was amazing I had the curry and husband had the steak which was cooked perfectly. Lesa and the staff are very helpful and friendly and social distancing was very well organised. Great food, service and price will definitely be back again soon.

Had a great night at the Cellar Bar Lurgan, the food was amazing as always, the steaks were cooked to perfection, and everyone really enjoyed their meal. Absolutely disgusting food, it was like a frozen meal had been heated up in the microwave, I've actually had nicer from Iceland. Everyone at the table had different meals and no one enjoyed theirs. Horrible. Definitely do not waste your time or money in here, there's so much choice for a nice meal in Lurgan, the Cellar doesnt even come close.

Just had the most amazing birthday meal tonight myself and my daughters had the burger with bacon and cheese accompanied by coleslaw and a side of your choice while my wife had the fish dish which looked amazing. The staff were so helpful and a real credit to the business and they also accommodated the birthday celebrations along with a cake. Definitely a 5 star night in a must try restaurant/bar

Used to be one of my favourite places in town... Don't know what's went wrong.. Menu is so small now it was awful over Xmas, not one gluten free thing anymore.. I had to sit with a coffee while everyone eat..

Two of us went for a drink on a recent Thursday evening. There were a number of people there when we arrived but the bar had all but cleared at about 9.00 pm. I went to order another drink at about 9.10, but the girl said she would be closing in about 30 minutes as there was no-one there, so we had to drink up and leave at 9.40. Never going back.

Service was excellent, but unfortunately the food was very below average, I had the roast silverside with mash, veg, Yorkshire pudding and roast potato. The silverside was like leather, the Yorkshire puddings were frozen, the mash was ok the veg was tasteless and the gravy was very watery and again tasteless. Unfortunately I've had better at people's house's for dinner that aren't great cooks which is a shame as it's a nice traditional cosy Irish bar!
