Costa Coffee in Craigavon

Friendly staff serving the standard range of Costa food and drinks make this a very enjoyable and relaxing cafe to visit. Customers are made to feel welcome and greeted in a friendly and professional manner.

Dysfunctional service, floors and machines don’t appear to be cleaned regularly, and the staff are inexperienced and unhelpful.

4 staff members on but customers continuously clearing their own tables. One staff member just sitting at a table talking watching other customers cleaning tables. Terrible service!! Worst I’ve seen…..

Full but fast clean your table for the next and very friendly

I've been visiting this morning to get the hot chocolate from the Christmas menu. Unfortunately I have dealt with the rudest customer service ever. I didn't feel welcomed, my order was just set in the front of me without a word. The girl who took my order was picking the coins from the tip mug and left to get cookies! 🤯 Thankfully it was clean, there was a young mas who was lifting dirty mugs and plates and cleaning tables regularly. Other two girls were just loud and it seems they forgot that was their place of work.

Not the best of coffees for the price

Just had a coffee here. It's 9.30am and there isnt a table clean in the place. The girl that served could hardly lift her head to serve and just grunted. Very poor service.

Nice spot to have a coffee and sit watching the world go by. Handy to free parking, and to the High Street.

I "ish" like this place, as long as you know how to ask for a proper coffee. So coffee and options were grand. Preparation of coffees seem to take ages though. I think I counted 4 employees which should have been more than enough. The staff were brilliant but perhaps globalised service doestnt work in Craigavon. I expect a coffee in no more than 5 minutes. Here? It was 25 minutes

The staff all seemed to be under 25 and left to get on with serving the customers which, for the most part, they were doing very well; even the very difficult lady in front of me was dealt with fairly. However there did seem to be a lack of direction which may have been found in someone with a little more experience somewhere behind the counter.

I'm very disappointed because I order Blueberries bubble frappe and didn't look like in the picture and test disgusting,🤮.

Poor service tonight. Iced tea,the girl spilled half of it and when I asked her was she not going to fill it up she said I had plenty!

Staff got orders wrong, as usual, and aren't exactly helpful. It's noisy and the queue is long and slow. If you are disabled, like I am, this might not be the best place to wait in line.

Absolutely no sense of urgency amongst the staff . Xmas week a huge queue going outside the door and theyre pace hasnt picked up in the slightest !!!

Very dirty and not even busy! Staff behind the counter wiping cups with hands before putting them on trays, and when questioned on the practice, couldn't see what was wrong 🤮

Great place if your looking to get your coffee fix. The food is okay, not great, with the variety being its major drawback. Tables are often dirty, which doesn't bode well in any place serving food & drinks to the public. Verdict (drumroll): Average

We had ham and cheese toastie, the ham and cheese was very processed. I would not recommend it and tea not very warm.

Short staffed only 1 person serving so was waiting ages until someone else came to help. Plenty of empty tables unfortunately most of them were either dirty or had dirty plates on them.

I found it dirty and the surrounding area around tables and chairs dirty . I had to ask for the area to be cleaned down after looking for a table to find them all dirty , which I found unusual as there was a number of staff just walking about or talking to each other . Carry out cups are the way to go as really has put me off using there cups

Visited on a Saturday morning, there was no que and I was still really disappointed by the extremely slow service, and also the mistake in the order

The tea English breakfast is very good,the toasted sandwiches are excellent,but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the chairs with material seat covers,need deep cleaning,they are badly stained,some of the signs displaying drinks,are all finger marks,the display area for buns pastry doesn't have a closed in back,so flies as I witnessed can and do walk all over the buns,staff always look scruffy,

It's hit and miss depending on what staff are working, there's times you are served quickly and the tables are clean and other times you are in a que for ages and when you finally get your coffee there's nowhere to sit because the tables havnt been cleaned after previous customers and the staff are chatting away behind the till.

Nice space just outside shopping centre..have regular Monday morning coffee...Americano and Cappuccino alright...found Latte a bit too milky...but we keep going back...

Great to call into costa, great coffee, always friendly staff too. I always would of bought the costa travel mugs, but the tall slender one are both awful to drink out of and wont sit in the car cup holder...please bring back the original coffee travel mug lol. Also would be nice if they brought in a few extra gluten free options as gluten free is on the increase😄👍

A good place to get a coffee and a snack. Some of the staff are good, others need more training. Clearing tables and wipeing table with a damp cloth. Otherwise all good !

Very inattentive staff no hello goodbye or anything like that

This place always seems to run out of types of sugar and correct sized take out cups, so what they do when you ask for a medium sized coffee is they use a large cup and over fill your medium espresso portioned drink with to much scalding water, ruining and watering down your drink, it shouldn't be to hard to just go two thirds up in a large cup if you've asked for a smaller drink.. Appreciate that its a very busy place but never seem to have these problems at the Starbucks.. Annoying!!!

Far too expensive for what you get back. I bought the smallest cappuccino, one packet of Pom Bear crisps for my daughter, and a small bottle of Innocent orange juice 150ml which cost over £6. The seating area is tired looking as well. Drab experience. The staff were nice though

Rushmere Costa. Coffee is ok. There seems to be a high turnover of staff with a number always learning on the job which tends to slow service down. Decor is getting a little shabby and not always as clean as you would expect, but not too bad. Floors tend to be a little grubby with bits of food especially in carpeted area.

My Great-nephew,Henry and me love here for a sneaky wee coffee as he says,oh,and Henry loves a wee caramel square too.

It's a nice place to relax and take your time even people watch if you sit outside

Was great customer service from staff very willing to assist your needs. As for the beverages the same. Highly recommend their products/service very professional.

Like the name implies the price is overly expensive for the quality of food, £5.99 for a croissant which is more grease than pastry is a tad over excessive. However I would visit again as I found the staff extremely agreeable with a hearty natural odour (reminiscent of that of a truffle).

Always like going here,love the staff,food and coffee and can have a smoke outside.

Slow getting through the queue but coffee was good

The flat white is quite good. My wife and I sometimes choose this place over other coffee venues because there are seats available. More a reflection of the amount of seating available, not the coffee quality. Wait can be quite long. Staff can be a little morose, for which I dont blame them. I have no doubt their general demeanour is a reflection of their low pay. However I think they try their best in what can be quite hectic circumstances. Which brings me to the noise. Why such a racket to make a cup of coffee? I know it's the equipment they use. But surely there must be a quieter way. Overall experience is just ok. But we both disagree on the coffee. My wife thinks it's just ok whilst I think it is good. This place, in common with all the other similar trendy spots never fails to meet my expectations in one very important respect. They know how to charge. Expensive? I should cocoa!

Wasn't pleased with my experience at Costa as it said £2-60 for Latte Carmel. On notice board .but fella asked me for £3-90 .. when I pointed it out he said it is extra for Carmel and cream FALSE ADVERTISING .. Then when I told him to give me a mocha which is advertised at £2-40 he asked me for £3-99 .won't be back in a hurry and when I final got a coffee it was cold ....totally unacceptable...😶🤔😕😟

Best coffee about the shopping centre, good variety of snacks and very well priced.

Just another expensive coffee shop, nicely decorated and a comfortable feel to it, very convenient location in Rushmere Shopping Centre. Prices gone up again May 7th 2019 now £2.70 for a small Cappuccino nearly a 20% increase.

Visited on Saturday afternoon. Coffee good though service was very slow. The chairs were absolutely filthy - looked as though they hadn't ever been cleaned. The entire place looked grubby.

The only problem with a continual staff turnover, they don't seem to listen to what your asking for and it gets a bit tedious, other than that ok comfortable.

Decent coffee shop showing a lot of wear from its popularity. Needs a major facelift but coffee is fine.
