Café incredABLE @ South Lake in Craigavon

Travelling from Edinburgh to Belfast International and then to Craigavon, we needed breakfast and found Kate’s. 5 stars all round! I really hope that Kate decides to open an Edinburgh equivalent soon!

Not pram friendly or child friendly!! Very disappointed with the attitude of the owner. Felt like a burden from the moment I came through the door. We had literally just finished our eating our food and the owner walked over and asked could we pay our bill so we could be on our way. I then seen someone I knew so was saying a quick hello and he then shouted over "come on ahead" and nodded his head to the till. This has put me off coming back which is sad because the food is lovely and waiter staff are friendly.

Had an awful experience was really hungry so went to this almost local chippy . Was shocked .. soggy onion rings all soggy batted pastie falling apart with sogginess and chicken fillet burger burnt fully around the edges and very poor quality of chicken breast in the burger. This was to date my worst ever take away experience I can remember for years .

Made an online purchase for delivery as I am unable to drive due to an injury.After no sign of it got a message saying they weren't going to bother and they would refund me. Absolutely disgusting customer service, certainly won't be going back or recommending them.

Beautiful food. Lovely atmosphere and brilliant staff. We really enjoyed our meal today. We mostly had the Sunday roast and my dad had the fish and chips. Food was delicious, hot and presented well. Desserts were delicious and we viewed the function room for our daughters communion day. It is ideal for us and the size of our group. We are looking forward to returning. Great carpark. Outdoor area looks great and spacious so hoping for a sunny day :) would highly recommend.
