Flee this establishment! Very mediocre cuisine to say the least. The restaurant tries to give itself an identity by doing fusion cuisine but unfortunately the result is really not good and we left half of our plates which were served lukewarm or even cold. Dessert is not dessert. A melting heart that is not melting but rather industrial that you can make better at home. In short... horror! When you look at the map, there are too many proposals. We get lost! No wonder the taste is not there. Inexperienced and very/too amateur service. We almost feel uncomfortable. The atmosphere was otherwise rather warm due to the decoration, but the smell of frying oil from 2-3 days ago completely turned my stomach. Luckily, I only ate half my plate. Honestly go your own way. It's a shame for English gastronomy

Babushka Kitchen Cafe in Portrush is a charming spot with a relaxed vibe and beautiful seaside views. Their menu highlights locally sourced, fresh ingredients, offering a great variety of brunch options. The coffee is top-notch, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Service is friendly and efficient, making it a lovely place to unwind. Perfect for a brunch while enjoying the stunning coastal scenery.

We spent one night at the Port Hotel as we were visiting family in the area and heading to the Giant's Causeway. Location is good, not a far drive from the Causeway with decent restaurants nearby. Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly. The beds unfortunately were very uncomfortable.. lumpy and badly in need of updating. The hotel vibe is cute and quaint, okay for one night, but wouldn't spend a second night.

It must have once been a good hotel, but not currently. Old, dirty, moldy rooms with walls so thin that you can hear everything that happens in the next room. One of the weakest and most uninteresting breakfasts I've ever encountered in my life. If you can avoid it, don't stay at this hotel

The food here is really awful, they use cheap cuts of meat but charge the same as other restaurants that provide good quality meat. Returned sirloin steak as it was substandard, it resembled frying steak rather that sirloin- thin, chewy and tough- definitely could not justify £18.95. I chose the burger as a replacement for the ‘sirloin’ unfortunately the quality was also poor, have had much better burgers from chip shops- thin, over processed, cheap meat & really bland. My partner had the rump streak, marginally better than the ‘sirloin’ but to be honest I’ve purchased more substantial steaks from Tesco at £3.50 each. The staff were pleasant and helpful, but because of the unacceptable standard of the food we definitely won’t be returning.

Set in an old bank, the Safehouse is a bit classier than the average Portrush bar. We had coffee mid-morning, and it was very quiet. The coffee is very good, as is the meet-and-greet service. Recommended.
