Made a quick stop in for some delightful food here a couple weeks ago and loved every bite! I enjoyed a small cup of chowder and pan fried tiger prawns which were soooo tasty! My wife had the Indian 5 spiced mango curry which she loved as well! We will definitely be stopping in again when we are in the area next time! Highly recommend! The server was also quite lovely and I wish I would have gotten her name to say thank you on here! 😄
Visited today with my daughter ... Along with our dog! Yes it's pooch friendly so all 3 of us had a nice lunch! Top class customer service and such enthusiastic staff! Roll on the tour of the museum itself ... Eleanor did a fantastic job! Guiding us round the museum ... Very interesting and informative! So good id definitely do it over and over
We booked for Sunday lunch, i had
Asked what fish of the day was and waitress said salmon so went for it with ffo. When it came dwn over and hr later. It was haddock white fish, one single onion ring which was burnt mash and three burnt roast potatoes with tarter sauce. Other person got stuffed chicken and bacon, roast potatoes were burnt aswell again. Very disappointed.
Won't be bk.
Just back from the Armada restaurant and had to jump on and do a quick review the food was absolutely amazing, my rib eye steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was one of the nicest steaks I’ve ever enjoyed. The service was second to none and the two young waitresses couldn’t have been more helpful all in all a 5 star experience we will definitely be back for a third visit very soon.
Just got a takeaway as a treat for our mums on Mother’s Day. The food was amazing and great value for money. We were also given a bottle of wine as we had placed such a big order - a really lovely touch! Can’t recommend this restaurant and the staff enough.

Young lady served me, found her to be not interested in serving, said what when she did not understand English … did not ask if I wanted sauce on my sub. Supposed to be toasted but sub was only in the toaster for less than 30 seconds . It’s cold eating it and the bread is not toasted at all, overall very poor.

Well well overpriced
Stayed there for a wedding
Poorly organised food service
Dirty cups
Chipped jugs
Desert was the best part of meal
Definitely won't be back
Went last night April 18. Service was excellent except I ordered the Fish pie which consisted of 95% potato and 5% fish. It was the worst fish pie I have ever eaten and at £28.50 the most expensive
