Peppermill in Ballymoney

We travel this way occasionally from Larne to Coleraine, seen this establishment and called for a breakfast. The waitress was very quick to take our orders and the breakfast arrived promptly, proceeded by hot tea and warm mugs. Food was excellent, full of flavour, clean, warm and extremely well presented. Surroundings and decor very clean. Would highly recommend if in the area.

Stopped in with friends after a walk around Garry Forest on the outskirts of the village. Staff directed me to books and pamphlets on local history and what seemed to be a local tourist trail. The food was good, piping hot, plenty to eat and copious amounts of coffee. One of North Antrim's Little Gems

Peppermill was recommended by a friend for a great breakfast. So we went from Coleraine to Dervock to try this breakfast. On entering and choosing r seats sat down..as I sat down the chair was broke and I trapped my fingers between the seat and bottom of chair,my fingers bled and was very painful and had to go to bathroom to rinse them in water.. we told waitress and got NO reply, my husband had his breakfast,and I couldn’t as felt sick.and again I told waitress of broken chair in case it happened to someone else..no response..also PM to their FB had no reply.chairs around restaurant seemed to be in disrepair.. now they seemed to have me blocked on their FB page???

With a wide range on their lunch menu, The Peppermill is a local gem. I’m never disappointed when I eat there and to top off the experience, the staff and friendly and really welcoming!

We have eaten here on quite a few occasions and have never been disappointed. The Sunday carvery offers a great selection and is very tasty. It is very reasonable as in a Sunday you can get two courses for £10. I would definitely recommend trying here.

Called here with family for lunch.. Cheap an cheery Great cafe friendly staff an delicious food.. Will definately be back again soon..

Saw an advertisement from this restaurant offering a steak and side for £10 between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Fridays which seemed too good to miss. So, along with a friend, I went along only to be told that this particular deal had been sold out. Instead, we were given the option of a 16 ounce steak again with sides for £13.50p. What a bargain it turned out to be! The steak was delicious, a view shared by my friend, and no complaints either about the service. This little place in the heart of the village is a popular spot not only for the Friday night 'special' but also for its carvery on a Sunday - again with limited time opening. Well worth a visit if you fancy a juicy steak at a price well below most others.

We came to the Peppermill to celebrate my Aunts 60th birthday. There was 22 of us in total (Adults and Kids). We had the carvery. Food and Service was amazing. Clean plates all round. Staff was really attentive. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks again for a lovely evening.

Tables a little cramped. Food was gorgeous and plentiful. Was our first time eating here and would do so in a heartbeat. Excellent value for money. You would be hard to please if you didn't enjoy the food and left hungry.

A big thanks to Timothy Hagan and his staff at the Peppermill in Dervock. Our Group monthly run today was up to Dervock for Brunch . I had called ahead to reserve seating and gave our numbers to Timothy. We where looked after by very pleasant staff taking our orders and seeing to our requests . Great food with great service i would highly recommend this gem in Dervock . Timothy is a bike lover and this place is great ,easy parking and good coffee . Look forward to our next visit . We have been to the Peppermill in Dervock a few times now, the first time was for Mothers day, the restaurant is small and there were 6 adults & 6 kids in our party but it was fine, the food was beautiful and plenty of it, £10.00 for a main course and a dessert it was well worth it. Last Saturday my husband and I went down around 5 o'clock and I had the rib-eye steak with chunky chips and pepper sauce, my husband had the mixed grill burger with chips, I had hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream, a pot of coffee and a coke zero all for £22.00. Again we were not disappointed the food was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Always a cheery welcome. There are different specials on every week and this weekend coming one of them is home made lasagne which I can't wait to try. If you are passing it is worth dropping in for some home cooked food you won't regret it.

Sunday lunch with family, roast beef was burned black on outside, plates were cold, seating area cramped, service terrible ... would not recommend and will never be back 👎👎👎

Called into this cafe again for lunch this time. Must say a great selection of meals and liked the £5 & £6 specials menu. Food was lovely, well cooked and good portions. Staff friendly.

Called in here for breakfast, what a great fry. Good portions, good quality and well priced. Also had a lovely bun to finish it off. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Was in today for carvers, great selection of food on offer, staff are friendly and food is great value for money £7.50 a head. Clean restaurant highly recommend
