We visited the clock tower today and the service was prompt and staff were friendly. The toasties were delicious and reasonably priced.

Poor man at reception. Does he not want trade. I am led to believe he is owner. Hard to take this in as he is so abrupt and uninviting. Will not be back

Light lunch today , choice of food was so tempting, it was hard to choose, service was excellent, lovely and warm on this cold day. Fresh food , it might cost a bit extra but it tasted like home made . We were very happy.

I had the most amazing Christmas wrap here for lunch last week turkey, ham , stuffing cranberry, brie and another cheese. It was toasted and really delicious well worth the 7.50. My husband had a scone and sausage roll which were also nice. Service was fast.

Restaurant prices for cafe food. You always feel rushed in this cafe. Young girls watch and take your plate away after you have finished. Feel under pressure to eat fast and get out. Not a comfortable atmosphere.

This cafe is alright for its food but the older waitress behind the counter, who has been there a few years, always looks sour and miserable. Clears customers tables while you are sitting sitting there. The atmosphere in this cafe is just plain miserable.

In my mind this place is a true hidden gem. It's not really on the radar when it comes to some of the trendy North Coast cafes and I'm not sure why. The food quality in this place is beyond top notch and unlike many others the quantity is substantial. If you go here at lunch time you will see it is packed out with all the locals (business owners, teachers etc) because they know this is where the best eats are in Ballymoney. Their salad bar is the best, healthiest and most varied I have ever found - they do not cheap out on ingredients, only the best and freshest items are used (walnuts, olives, broccoli, Almonds, kale, pesto pasta, rocket, dried cranberries, fresh melon, Strawberries and grapes just to name a few) every item in the salad bar has been meticulously prepared in super tasty combos. Traybakes are also superb, substantial in size and of such high quality. Guys keep doing what your doing! #1 Cafe on the North Coast!

Lunch at The Clock Tower was great! The menu was varied, from wraps to fish and chips. The goujons were nice, as was the quiche. This was followed by lovely fruit cake, and lemon sponge slice. Food came really quickly, and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back.

Went with Family for lunch on a visit to Ballymoney. Premises located on busy Street with opportunity to Park close by or in Car Parks. A lot of customers enjoying the location on our arrival. We ordered freshly made Irish Stew and A Brie and Cheese Toasted sandwich. Order was taken and food pre paid before being brought down to our Table by waitress service. Food was delicious and plentiful. A lovely way to spend lunch Time. The menu here is extensive from an all day Breakfast right through to a full Lunch Menu. Any order can be taken and delivered with efficiency and courteous service. Highly recommend this location and not forgetting the beautiful “sticky Joes” that we purchased before leaving- simply delicious.

We stopped at the Clock Tower after visiting several sights in the area. My husband and daughter had the spicy chicken sandwiches, which were tasty. My daughter and I had the potatoes-her with shrimp. They were flavorful and delicious. Great desserts!

On our way home today we stopped off in Ballymoney and it was just by chance we found this place. The Clock Tower Restaurant has been rated 5* for their food. My husband had the Tuna, Onion and Mayo Baguette. He said it was lovely. I had the Chicken Ceasar Salad, it came with lovely warm Garlic bread. They asked me did I want the Olives and Anchovies with my salad and as I don't like either of these they sent a message to the kitchen to leave these off the plate. The staff were all very nice and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch.

We visited ballymoney on the way to portrush and found the Clock Tower cafe by accident but it proved to be a great hit with us all.The place was busy on a wet Saturday morning but the welcome was warm from the owner who originally hailes from Zimbabwe. We studied the menu for all of 5 secs and all 3 of us chose Ulster fry of varying sizes washed down with strong tea.The large fry had sausage ,bacon, egg, fried potato scone, soda bread and pancake, with beans or tomatoes plus toast. The small had half size of the scones bread and pancakes. We all enjoyed the brunch. We also went back on our return to Belfast and sampled some of their lunch classics(lasagne quiche)and finished with a great apple crumble cake which my mother had been talking about for 2 days.We really enjoyed our visit with both owners taking time to make us feel like locals. This is a quality cafe if your passing Ballymoney give it a try you will enjoy.

I’ve been going to this cafe for years. It isn’t super modern but it’s very popular and they do great cooked breakfasts, hot and cold food, various hot and cold drinks and a great selection of cakes and sweet treats. It’s not expensive and the staff (owners) are polite and helpful. Filter coffee gets you a free top up! My go to cafe in Ballymoney. I think it puts others to shame, tables are always cleaned down and your not shifting pots to get a table. Never had a bad experience in over 21 years.

Took advantage of the govt eat out to help out scheme - lunch for two was only £5.67. Just as plentiful, just as tasty (really good food as normal) and would have been more than well worth full price
