Great restaurant, friendly staff, my wife wouldn't stop talking bout the featherblade of beef. Honestly she never stops talking about it. Wants it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We'll have to go back for the sake of my sanity.

Wow - so impressed all round. Hugely busy but you wouldn’t have known it as the food and service were excellent. Friendly professional staff 👏👏👏. Be sure to book in advance

The cafe has a very nice concept, it’s donation based. Has the friendliest staff, I had a very nice herbal tea and chatted with one of the volunteers there. Definitely visit it. DEFINITELY.

What a delightful restaurant, doing a bit of a loop of the Co Down area, decided to go out to Strangford for a look-see. Quick Google and Artisan Cookhouse was top of the list! Went for the burger and fish and chips, both great. BUT the piece de la resistance was their peanut parfait dessert, a masterpiece! Very enjoyable, lovely staff and great value!

I found out about the Square View Restaurant as a result of an invitation to Carrickfergus Cricket Club for a family birthday party. I was very surprised by the bill of fayre on offer. It's a family-friendly restaurant that has a children's menu with such items as chicken curry, fries and so on. I ordered an 8 once burger with blue cheese and crispy onion topping, served with a salad, fries and a dip. The cost was £15, but worth every penny as it was an enjoyable meal. The restaurant is open to members of the public and I'd definitely recommend it to others, You should receive a good, generously-portioned meal for around £7 or £8. The Square View Restaurant is very much a hidden jewel.

I've driven past many times and decided to try it out. What a cozy place on the inside, nicely decorated with signs, pictures, ornaments,lighting and currently Christmas decorations. We had ordered within minutes of being seated. Our food came hot and fresh about 5 minutes later. The service was friendly and efficient, as was the owner Gabriel. The food itself was excellent. We had a skinny fry and a sausage and egg soda. Everything cooked to perfection. I'm looking forward to my next visit already.

This was a wonderful gourmet meal followed by a great time at the famous historic pub upstairs with lovely music and chats with the locals Fab night out

Beyond outstanding, the best curry I’ve ever had. Service is just right, attentive and insightful. We were here for a birthday and will certainly be back very soon!

We had a great breakfast at The Dinner Bell Bistro. The food was fabulous and plentiful. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was outstanding. The outside garden was a hidden gem. If the weather is warm, be sure to eat outside.

Best Indian food I’ve had, great customer service from a gentle man named Vikrant. Recommended. The madras chicken was great and the garlic nam was also delicious

I had a good coffee and traybake here . It all new inside now and a good place to call. Especially if u into coffee. Or delicious traybakes

Went with a group of 10 men, from our shed , and we were served right royally. Had a substantial tasty home made brunch. Made on the spot and served with a smile. Can`t wait to go back,

Warm welcome with open fireplace and smiling waitresses, drinks and ordering food at the fire before we were brought to our table, very good choice of a wide variation of food on the menu wanting us to order and try nearly everything on it. And the 3 courses each of us had were just as good as they sounded, wonderful presentations and taste and portion sizes, simply a wonderful birthday dinner with family, we loved it and will be back.
