Rayles Diners in Belfast

We came from Dublin for a 2 night staycation here in Belfast and found Rayles Diners online. I would say we had a great experience dining in this Filipino restaurant. The food was delicious! I love the chicken bbq and their bulalo was a hit in this cold weather. We also ordered bagnet kare-kare but if I had only known that ate Leslie is an Ilocano, I would probably have asked for KBL instead of the kare-kare 😋. We will definitely come back again.

Great cooking! Really authentic tastes and you must try the spring rolls, best I have had so far. We have tried fish and pork PATA, great seasoning one small advice is that you a preference for taste (sour, spicy etc) be sure to check with the staff before you order them :) cuz it is not customised for non-Asian customers :)) but overall great work and friendly staff

Absolutely loved my first visit to Rayles Diners! My friends in UK recommended it, and I was so excited to try the menu. The flavours brought me right back to my grandma's cooking. We had Crispy Liempo Kare-Kare, Spring rolls and Sisig! + Buchi and Turon 😋 💖 so comforting and authentic! The staff, especially Doralyn, Jinky, and Chef Leslie, were incredibly accommodating and showed true dedication. The food, ambiance (Kudos to beautiful interior) and signature Lemonade was superb. I can't recommend this place enough! Five stars! ✨

What a great Filipino Restaurant spot in Belfast! We found this place in google map, as my friends kept on saying to us, “when you visit Belfast, you should eat in this place” and it’s really a must visit place to include in our itinerary. The food is so tasty, we ordered Crispy Bagnet Kare-Kare, pork sisig and spring rolls! The staff are very nice and accommodating, thanks to Jinky, Doralyn and Chef Leslie. It really feels like home. I can’t wait to go back.

Visited this restaurant coming from Cork, Ireland. The first word we had going in was “Wow!” The ambience is very traditionally Filipino. The owners didn’t skimp with the furnitures inside. The food were reasonably priced and each regular serving they have is enough for 2 people with big appetites (like us!). The food was really sumptous, one of the best I’ve tried in Europe. And the owners were so friendly as well! Would definitely come back if ever we visit Belfast again. And plus points that they have their own private parking

The soup is very special - caution with it xd - but it is still very good. The fried pork is amazing.

One of the best Filipino food here in Northern Ireland. Best also if you have occasion to celebrate like birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

The restaurant was very cosy and the food is amazing and very affordable. We have met the owners/chefs and they were lovely, accomodating and friendly. I never thought we had to fly to Belfast to have the best sinigang! We didn't get the chance to take pictured because we got too excited to eat. Will definitely recommend to my family & friends.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Visited this last weekend as I was visiting Belfast and it did not disappoint! The food was so good and reminds you of being in the Philippines, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere felt like you’ve gone back to the Philippines and are having dinner with your family. As someone who hasn’t been able to go back to the Philippines in years, this is probably the next best thing to being able to enjoy homely authentic Filipino meals

Highly recommended for Filipinos who miss having a Barrio Fiesta-ish dinner. Everything is cooked fresh upon ordering and comes in generous portions. The Crispy Pata is SUPER CRUNCHY and the meat is tender enough, not fall-off-the-bone tender, just the right tenderness for me. The Kare-kare sauce has the right taste of peanut in it, and the vegetables tastes fresh and clean. The Sizzling Pork Sisig hits the spot! It tastes a bit more acidic (could be bec of the Calamansi) but you always have the option to add soy sauce if you wish, condiments are readily available near the tables. The Shanghai is so meaty and crispy as well and the sweet and sour sauce that comes with it is also delicious (not too sweet). Customer service-wise, I couldn’t recommend enough the service that Ate Jinky gave. We felt so welcomed and well taken cared of. Rayles Diner is a must visit when in Belfast.

Hey, Rayles Diners has some of the tastiest food ever! You gotta try their lutong bahay dishes like sinigang, crispy pata, bagnet kare-kare, and lumpia. They're the best! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely be coming back here every time I'm in Belfast. Thanks, Pastor Ray and Pastora Leslie, for a great time. Super delicious food! This is a great place to try authentic Filipino cuisine. The servings are generous which is perfect for sharing. The staff are really welcoming and the restaurant has a cosy atmosphere. Love how the interior reflects Filipino culture. I would recommend booking in advance since the place is small but they also do takeaway!

The best home cooked meal that I have eaten here in the U.K. (of course next to me 😊). Delicious, savoury, melting in your mouth, salivating with the beef bone soup, request any dish and they will do their best to cook it for you! They are so hospitable and warm people. The owner/chef will come to our tables to say hello and asks if there’s anything else that we need ❤️❤️❤️ …. Truly Filipino cuisine and truly Filipino tradition. 🙏❤️😍

First experience of Filipino cuisine, everything is wonderful, the portion is so generous, unfortunately we only have 2 stomachs so we didn’t finished all food. Generally wonderful place and friendly staff service, just one tips, could you consider offering more salad as side dishes with meat dishes? I love them!

It’s our first time at Ray and Leslie’s restaurant. Well, we won’t be minding the long drive now from Donegal as it was worth it! It’s great to know that you have that place to go in Ireland when you want to eat authentic Filipino “Restaurant” food. We enjoyed the experience! 🙌

My family headed down to Rayles Diners earlier this afternoon for our second visit, and I can only speak positively about our excellent experience at Rayles Diners. The wide selection of food at Rayles Diners was excellent, and they served it nice and hot upon arrival. At Rayles Diners, they proudly displayed a warm, friendly atmosphere and the finest Filipino hospitality. All-in-all, an excellent dining experience, no complaints on our end. We will definitely be returning.

I had a wonderful experience eating at Rayles Diner. I had organised a dinner for approximately 13 people and the owners were very accommodating. The portion sizes were fantastic. Every dish was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent. The owners regularly checked on our group and ensured we had a lovely time. Everything was cooked fresh and as I pre-ordered, the waiting time had a quick turnaround period. The ambience of the restaurant was amazing, it truly felt like I was being welcomed into the warmth of a Filipino home. If you would like to try authentic Filipino food, I highly recommend dining here. For the majority of my group, it was their first time trying Filipino food and what a great introduction it was! Everyone could not stop talking about how fabulous the food was, how they will be returning and everyone was also in awe of the hospitable Filipino culture represented by the lovely service and atmosphere. I will definitely be back again!

The service at the hotel was terrible, and the owner had said that they would open on Monday, but then on Monday they said they would open on Tuesday, and the opening time was not certain. They would open if they could, and if not, they would just close down.

A sweet family owned place 1/2 block off of A24 on Joy Street. Go hungry! We bought Bundle #1 for 5 people and ate less than half!! But it was delicious. The owners are wonderful and gracious.

Very fast service for the amount of food ordered, we got Meal Bundle 2, extra crispy pata and sweet and sour fish. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food itself was delicious and there was more than enough to share between 6 people. Also, the decorations and plating of the food truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommend this restaurant will come again!

Amazing experience to be able to eat a very good Filipino food. I missed it so much as I have not been back home to Philippines in a while. Their food is delicious 100% authentic filipino dishes and very friendly staff. If you haven't been there, give them a visit and try their amazing food!

This place is a real hidden gem. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you're among friends. The owners really care about every detail, from the decorations to the food. And speaking of the food, it's amazing. It tastes just like homemade Filipino cooking, with flavors that really take you there. Going to this small family run restaurant for lunch with friends, we knew nothing of the menu. The banquet style suited us perfectly, and from we ordered, the food kept on coming, every mouthful better than the next, perfect combinations, good quality ingredients and provided a perfect dining experience. Portions - large, Service - professional yet intimate, Food - some of the best I've ever tried. Finding this place on our trip to Belfast was a genuine treat. 4 of us had three dishes to share, a. Crispy pata, b. Sweet and sour fish, c. Mixed seafood. All three were so very delicious! And we barely managed to finish them.

Authentic Filipino food in Belfast. A must try if you are in Belfast but book ahead as the waiting is usually long so if you are walk in make sure you are willing to wait around 1-2hours depending how busy it is. But it is all worth it. 👍🏼 The owner’s Ate Leslie and Kuya Ray are very nice people and tries their best to accomodate all the customers as much as possible. Here are some of the food we ordered, all of them are good for sharing as they give big servings so come hungry and prepare to eat plenty. 😅
