1890's Beautiful surroundings with very welcoming staff set the scene for a fabulous lunch of delicious & superbly presented food accompanied by great wine pairing & service. Looked after extremely well, thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. If you get the opportunity you must go.

First timmers here. The food was excellent. I have never had a chicken breast skewer so succulent. Excellent and attentive but not rushed. All in all an excellent evening and thoroughly recommend

I visited Saucy Flo's with my wife on one of it's steak nights. We both had the Galican fillet and I can honestly say it was the best steak I have ever eaten. The quality of the local produce is amazing and coupled with the reasonable price, it just can't be beaten. It's rare to get such a great standard of food and good portions too. The waiting staff were so friendly and there was a lovely informal atmosphere. But the star of the show was definitely the food! We just about had enough room for puddings and managed to squeeze in a peach and blackberry cobbler and a chocolate brownie and both were delicious. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Top rated is the food at this small charming venue.Depending where you sit you can watch the chef cook your food. The food is fabulous .Small menu but big enough choice and realistic for the size of restaurant .I had crab salad, the beef and brûlée for afters.I had to stop short licking the plates.Wine was good, beer good and cider good .Service attentive not all over you great balance. To sum up brilliant small restaurant cracking food and service.

We had a lovely experience at St Eia on a busy Sunday afternoon. St Eia was tucked away enough to escape the busy St Ives streets but close enough to watch the world go by. We enjoyed an excellent selection of wine and good food to accompany. Kitty helped us out with suggestions of what to try. She was attentive and knowledgeable about what was served and also gave recommendations for further on in our trip. An excellent place that I would recommend and head back too.

Staying at a local (dire) hotel, we weren't going to give them a penny more. TripAdvisor rated this place highly and it was close by. A great find and proof that TripAdvisor does its job. The food was excellent, great value, and the service was friendly. Thoroughly recommended.

Quite simply our favourite place in Swanage to spend a few hours, watching the view , listening to the sea, creating memories and with Molly and her great team. The food and drink are first class and the atmosphere is unbearable

We had a wonderful stay at the Bear Bread Bakery B&B! Breakfast in the bakery was the perfect way to start our day. Everything was delicious, especially the freshly baked croissant right out of the oven. I highly recommend staying here. The pub next door is an excellent choice for dinner, and it's literally just a few steps away.

Didn't eat on this occasion so can't rate the food. I would note that I concur with a comment I read regarding lack of signage... it's actually quite hard to find! If this is because of some daft rule The Council are imposing, well... Shame on Them! One thing I would suggest though is perhaps to get a rubber stamp for the (very nice & eco-friendly) bags used for the wine we purchased. The glasses we had were so good we bought a bottle!
