Visited and we had a great experience from stay to finish. The service was amazing throughout. Friendly, prompt and very welcoming. Food was all food and very good portions. The service was very friendly. Very patient despite a few small changes to change. Really enjoyed it and applause for the evening.

Best flat white I’ve had in a long time- what a gem. Brownies are excellent, staff super friendly and knowledgeable and it’s a cosy oasis. Jealous of anyone who’s got coffee on the crescent as their local!

It's an amazing hotel with superb food and very attentive service. Brilliant for a special occasion.

How can you not be impressed by this pub retaining much of its original charm and character. The beers are from the Kirkstall family of beers so you can be sure of quality. The bar staff are so friendly, it’s no wonder this bar is in the 2025 Good Beer Guide.

Okay place and good service. Staff are attentive and quick. Wings offer is good value but the food and sauces were mediocre. I prefer nandos.

I absolutely love this place! Its small but packs a mighty meal! Very nice staff and reasonable prices if I ever go back to Todmorden, it's the 1st place I will go. They have fantastic soups, lunch, and dinners plus a full bar in a nice atmosohere!

Great place. Really good pancakes and the staff were lovely which must have been difficult because people were queuing out of the door when I went, for good reason

Lovely little pub, very homely and welcoming. The pies are homemade and are out of this world. The bar area is also dog friendly with water bowls, treats and cushions available, and the staff were very nice with our Lab.

We went for the first time on the 3 .8.24 It was disgusting all off it food everything 😒 very disappointed won't ever go again we paided by card wud like some money bk my first yorkshire pudding g was burnt OK there changed it still burnt no gravy l was the lady with the walking stick

Popped in for a chippy tea after our usual chippy was closed. Great chips. Proper tasty chips. No little scrappy chips either just good-sized, tasty chips. The Patty was top-notch as well and as someone not from Hull who's just discovering a patty it was one of the best I've had so far 👍
