The best restaurants in Yorkshire and The Humber

Been going in here for a few years now every couple of weeks for a few pints after work. Staff are always friendly and they serve Starapramen which is always bang on.

I was at the table nearest the main tv watching Liverpool win the league. All I can say is what a pub. Drinks were spot on the service was amazing the toilets were so clean and the atmosphere was amazing. The Landlord and the rest of the staff made it an exceptional experience. I would recommend this pub to anyone. Not too many boozers like this little gem left Thanks for your hospitality And all the best Tony

Stopped here whilst on our motorcycle ride and had a light lunch. Lovely food and good value for money. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and genuinely helpful, and the premises was clean and equally welcoming. We will certainly be returning.

It was my first visit to this smart Japanese-Korean restaurant on the outside of the Merrion Centre, and I enjoyed almost everything about it. The menuS are good, with plenty to attract vegan customers, such as myself, as well as those with less restrictive diets. The service is both friendly and efficient. The food is excellent, and also very good value. I had one of the Bento boxes, (not listed on the main menu), and while the mushroom dish wasn't included, it was substituted with extra vegan 'chicken'. Everything was well-cooked and very tasty. The bill includes a 10% service charge. So why haven't I awarded 5 stars? Please read on. The door to the restaurant opens inwards, and is heavy. Just to the right of the opening, where you exit, at knee height, the sharp corner of a shelf protrudes, being disguised, but not padded, by a cloth cover. It really is in the way, and DANGEROUS. I hit my knee hard enough to break the skin, and had to limp out in considerable pain. I am still in pain nearly 3 hours later. PLEASE do something about this, either show your guests out, opening the door for them, warn them about the dangerous protrusion, get in a carpenter to remove the problem, or have the door altered, so it opens on the opposite side. In expectation of a management apology, thank you. I am not asking for, nor will I accept, any form of compensation, but please address this matter. Thank you.

Finally made it to this gorgeous place. Menu is great for ecery taste! We all ate different food and all had amazing meals. Lovely vibe almost like you are on holiday. The wine list was great and affordable, staff lovely. We will return once we can get in again! You must pre book. Thank you ♡

Cracking Chippy, great traditional fish and chips and marvellous fresh cooked breakfasts! The owners are the loveliest of people, always gives the kids a lollipop and Kitkat when we go in. Can’t wait for them to open again, missing those breakfast sandwiches on a Saturday morning! Hope they are well and will be open again soon!

Visited whilst staying at the Inn Motel. Super friendly staff, very clean and new restaurant We opted for a banquet, this was more than enough for 2, we had plenty left over. Special fried rice was superb, Definitely recommend a visit and understand why it’s so busy to eat in and take away

We went for a Mother’s Day afternoon tea with both adults and children. The staff were really accommodating and friendly and despite the children being really picky and awkward the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Great price was the extra bonus and the room is lined with beautiful art work and antique items. In a really scenic spot so perfect to talk a walk around afterwards

Great cozy pub located at the top of Town Hill in Bramham. The Farmers Blonde ale is wonderful. Gets busy on a weekend but we managed to find a table.

We had broken down and stumbled across this little gem! Best chicken burgers we have ever tasted!

Me and the lads stumbled upon this place mid way through our Simon Seat hike and I must say, we’ve never come across such a welcoming team, especially Lee! The food was outstanding and the customer service was exceptional! Will definitely return, keep up the great work from the Halifax Lads!

This seems to have character until you look around and it's actually dirty. Curled magazines and papers all untidy. Dirty sockets, tables not cleared and dusty. Quality coffee but served by staff who didnt really communicate or smile and one in an unclean sweatshirt.
