we went after being told about this place by a friend. food was lovely and really reasonably priced. waiting time for the food from ordering was a little longer than we would have liked however, very flavoursome, very cheap and lots of it. menu was great aand we will be going again with no reluctance.

Visited last night for the first time. Hardly anyone in. Poor drinks selection and uninterested staff. Pool was £10 for 30 minutes, managed 2 games before we were moved on despite the place being empty. Toilets upstairs were dismal! Shame as it has so much potential but we wouldn’t return.

Great little find and will go again when in Wakefield. Serve was quick and friendly. Went for quick lunch but would lo e to go for tea here.

Took 91 yr old dad as he says he’s an expert on Sunday carvery’s and he loved it! We all said it was like Sunday lunch from your mums kitchen ! Praise indeed!!!! All staff friendly helpful service good beer and food excellent! There will be more visits to Thatched House but will book a table as it’s popular and people are going to this gem of a pub ! Great lunch out …thank you Michael😊

We were travelling from Lytham St Annes to Beverley when we wanted lunch. We found this great cafe only 5 mins from M62 jct 30 What a hidden gem. Lovely decor inside , outside seating also available, great menu, fantastic prices . Full English with unlimited tea and toast only £5 and served until 1:30 Staff very friendly too with lots of cakes also available. Highly recommended

Amazing choice of cakes. Vegan, gluten-free, scones brownies. The cakes swap regularly so there’s always something new to try!

Didn't take long to come lovely food. Good value for money would definitely recommend to others. Staff always very polite.

Ordered 2 x kebabs, very disappointed, should have come with salad and in a nan. Kebab meat on top of a pitta bread with sauce. For amount we paid was expecting better.

My friend and I have been here often and always enjoyed the food, the choice, and the atmosphere. This week, food very poor, only choice of 2 cakes, no one in, gone downhill massively, won't be back.

Fabulous food, tasty and amazing spices. Had a note in food apologising if it was cold but was pipping hot and delicious. Great staff and service. Must try this place

Visited here since we stayed at the hotel. We both had steak, ribeye and sirloin. Csme pretty quick and portion was a good size. Everything tasted good so mo issues there. Steak possibly not medium rare as requested. I had a malbec with my meal which was a little odd in taste as I had expected. Seemed too sweet for an Argentinian one. Also had a coffee and sticky toffee pudding. The raspberries and raspberry sauce needs to go. Shouldn't be on here and detracted from the dish. Coffee was OK. Price seemed reasonable and staff prompt/attentive.

A breakfast cafe on the Monckton industrial estate. Outdoor seating, very reasonable breakfast for the price. Just what we needed. Dog allowed to sit outside with us.

Went to a hen do at the weekend and Sophie was amazing! She really made the experience so much better, she was fun and got involved with us all. She’s a star🧡

The foods are very delicious, and Brits-Thai traditional tastes. Also, the staffs are very nice and helpful
