We waited 30 mins after ordering our drinks each drink was brought separately with 10 to 15 mins between the drinks as the staff thought it was more important to clear tables even though it wasn’t busy the service was unacceptable!! They had no organisation skills of what so ever !! I’m not sure what as happened but this cafe used to be amazing it’s evident the staff have changed

Went here with an ex work colleague for breakfast ( we have breakfast occasionally for a catch up) We both ordered the full English with extras of black pudding and Hash Brown's.... I must say this is the best Full English I have had in all my 61 years.... very well presented, and not full of grease like some of the greasy spoons around.... would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff, and a special thank you to Leah who served us... Will most definitely be back. ..... thanks to all the team ... You do an amazing job !!! So much better than the greasy spoons around ...

A great find for a good quality, great value breakfast. We had 2 regular breakfasts, a coffee and Orange juice, all for just £18. The quantity and quality of ingredients would I'm sure be worthy of a higher price tag, so worth seeking out if in the area. Really nice surroundings and a team that want to make sure customers are happy with their choice, taking down any adjustments or choices made it even better.

Little Bakes is a delightful cafe bistrot that left me utterly satisfied. The Full English breakfast was simply divine, with perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and a good tasty sausages. The coffee was aromatic and rich, providing the perfect morning pick-me-up. I went with a friend and the cosy ambiance and friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. Little Bakes is a great addition to Featherstone that I can't wait to revisit, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a tasty breakfast or lunch in a charming setting.

This is a new place in Featherstone that we’ve visited a couple of times and really impressed with. This weekend we visited for breakfast. Little Bakes has a lovely old school yet quirky design, and the staff are welcoming too. I had a full English which the ingredients were all quality, and a nice addition of spinach with the mushrooms. My wife had the Bacon Brunch Bowl, which had bacon, feta, new potatoes and spicy beans and was very complimentary about it too. Coffees were also more than adequate and nicely done. A little oasis in Featherstone, this may become our regular place for Saturday morning breakfast when the little one is at their class! There’s a great selection of home made cakes & pastries too, and you can even have an alcoholic drink if you should desire.

We had the loveliest time at Damelios in Wakefield. The staff gave a warm welcome, the food was top notch and they even had a log fire burning. We will definitely be going back.

As the title states it was another fantastic meal at Jose’s. We had a couple of tapas while our paella was being cooked and they were fantastic - the prawns in garlic oil were perfectly cooked, were sizzlingly hot and clearly fresh. The baked goats cheese and caramelised onions was exceptional which is a rare for me as I’m not really a cheese fan BUT this was exceptional. The seafood and shellfish paella was out of this world!!! Perfectly cooked, piping hot, filled with fish/calamari/prawns/mussels and the rice was perfectly cooked. The flavour of this paella was out of this world and I can honestly say that this is the best paella we’ve had and that includes all the paella’s we’ve had in Spain, the Balearics and the Canary Islands. YOU NEED TO BOOK!!! Do not turn up and just expect a table because they are always busy and there seems to be a common theme on Tripadvisor for people to put a 1/5 when they’ve been unable to get in a restaurant because they’re booked up and have spat their dummy out because of their own inability to be organised

The best places never deliver. This is one of those places. The kebabs are fabulous. The donor meat is tender and yummy, thin strips with no hard bits of bone, the chicken is tender and flavoursome and the beef is nice. All char grilled right in front of you. The salad is top notch. Fresh and cut perfectly, serverd with salt and lemon juice. This is always a good sign of a proper kebab house. If you can buy a kebab from here and not finish it there is something wrong lol I have an eating disorder and I plough these beauties down to the paper, nan and all. Chilly sauce is beautiful compliment to the meat and veg and a generous amount but you can ask and get it on the side in a tub. I'm not a kebab meat fan but this place is something different. If you don't walk or drive down and give this place a try.. your missing out. Id give ten stars if possible. Perfect best donor kebab 🥙🍢 ☺️😎👌🏼

Garlic naan was horrendous. Garlic mush on top was in big thick clumps and quite possibly could have been enough for 20 more naans. Couldn't eat it. donner and curry sauce were tasty.
