Took over 2 hours from us placing the order and it getting to us. I wasn’t able to call through the app so had to google them for the number - finally got through and they said they’d give us a free bottle of pop next time we order which is a joke that we’d order from them again and an insult of offering such a small item. Not only this, the food wasn’t good.

Got my order wrong then tried to blame me even though the menu stated different. Over priced and small portions won't be using again

Been four times and didn’t realise what I was getting for my money until today Had beef curry and rice If I hadn’t looked would have got a bowl of rice with very little curry So I asked for rice to be removed hoping to get more curry FOUR pieces of beef and 2 pieces of vegetables and some watery juice which I guess was curry Very disappointed and for 5 pounds 50p terrible value for money and a waste of time will not be going back

Excellent and welcoming service, fresh food which was beautifully flavoured and made fast. Could not recommend enough!

I came here tonight, once i got home i noticed they had got mixed up with my order - so i phoned them up to say they got mixed up, i offered to go back down to collect but they kindly delivered it to me. The food is great not a bad thing to say

As always food is very nice but these last couple times the chips were not there usual standard they tasted like they had been cooked then reheated hence the four stars

The worker eman was so kind and made sure that I was comfortable, food was 10/10 nothing to complain about

I have been going to Pepe's since Sept 2005 & have always had good food. Today i ordered a pizza and some chips only to find that they were cold, but my hunger was overwhelming. The food order that came to £14.00 was not value for money. I decided to phone Pepe's and make a complaint. I explained to the lady on the phone, and the response was "well it's not my fault" Having been in customer service for a few years, this was not the typical response of somebody that is skilled at their job. I asked for the manager & all he did was offer me £10.00 back for soggy cold chips & a cold pizza. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER EAT FROM THERE.

Food is rubbish. Chicken is dry and kebab meat stale and wraps crusty. Customer service is shocking, they just slam phone down on you.

Tried ordering for a delivery and they cancelled my order as I wanted delivery to the hospital. I would have been willing to wait how ever long not a good way to build custom as I know they would have plenty of orders to my ward. Shame they don’t have the time

The order in the bag waa nothing what we ordered. Over £45 spent and recieved about £11 worth of food. Which we did not eat as was all spicey. Not good at all
