Ring them to ask simple questions, they tell you to check the website. Ask to order on the phone they tell you to also order on the website where the price is also higher 😂

Been a regular of Rassams since the start and Firth park has been my favourite branch since it opened because of the amazing staff and in particular Eman who always has a smile on her face and makes you feel welcome and leaves you with an amazing customer service and wanting to come back again. Thank you Rassams for the amazing dessert you provide and more importantly the wonderful staff that go that extra mile to leave a lasting positive impression on customers.

Amazing Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of being served by Eman during my visit, and I can’t say enough good things! They brought me a hot chocolate that was not only perfectly prepared but also served with such warmth and care that it made my day. Eman was attentive, friendly, and ensured every detail was perfect. They even checked in to make sure everything was just right, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much effort into making a simple drink feel so special. Thank you for the incredible service—I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely shocking and appalling service, I ordered by phone and was told to collect after 15-20 mins arriving I had to wait another 40 mins for food even then I was charged for all desserts and one was missing( before leaving)luckily I checked. At home the waffles were stale and rock hard sauce was just put on and made to look fresh 3 waffles... Absolutely disgusting...I phoned to speak to a manager but was told someone would ring back obviously no one did but will not be going back a waste of money !!!

Been ordering from Rassams for a while now, usually bang on but the last few times the brownie is overcooked and really gone downhill. Other desserts were fine

Pathetic service I order 6 shake and take so long on busy serving inside customer and other just using e-cig and customer need to wait long…. If you can’t handle order Tell before… we got other shop as well… don’t refer this shop…. Order place 8.50 I think 10-15 min enough…. Had to call to find out when I would receive my order after it was already 25 minutes late to be told it would be another 20 minutes. No apology just 'we are busy'. Why offer delivery time if you can't make it?

Visited with my two children and noticed people who ordered after us received their food first. It took us almost 20 minutes to get our order. Disappointed with the service..

They mentioned closing time as 23:00. I went 22.30, they have half shutter down. I asked if I can buy ice cream but they said they are closed. Please update your timings 👎👎👎

Every time I order online I wait for a minimum 30 minutes On TOP OF THE COLLECTION Time!!! If it’s not ready just don’t press ready to collect happened more than once REALLY ANNOYING.

It may be mid winter but my husband and I just stumbled upon this place during a Saturday walk. So glad we went inside. Top quality ice cream, good value. Tried the Nutella and the Raspberry. So Good!

Waiting time is too long, prices are high. Disappointed with service. Needs more people to serve, staff member just folding bags when waiting for order. Orders are not processed in purchase order. Really not recommend at all. Plus website said open at 11am, walked there at 11.25, the shop is closed. A new shop shouldn't behave like this.

Wait time was understandably long, as it was the opening, though it did calm down. Served within 10 minutes of ordering, which is unbelievably quick compared to the queue. The doughnuts tasted fresh and had the right amount of toppings. The tropical mojito-style/mocktail drink was amazing, although they could do with a varied cup size. Overall a 5. A lot of the issues are overpowered by the fact it was opening day, so it is understandable why they occurred. Definitely will be visiting again! I personally recommend 3 Kinder Bueno doughnuts and 2 Oreo doughnuts with a tropical mojito/mocktail. Some people who I spoke to recommended the Chocolate sundae. Others recommended a Victoria Sponge Milkshake. In sha Allah business is good. Will definitely visit again one day!
