German Doner Kebab in Sheffield

I just go with my friends there, They provide us a best ever customer service and friendly talk. Especially gdk Doner box we tried that, that's reallytasty and very delicious one. You guys are must try!

This is my absolute favourite restaurant to go every time! The food is just amazing, I highly recommend box fries with cheese and Beef Spring rolls. Moreover the staff is super friendly and nice. Everything on the menu is super amazing and affordable. Highly recommend GDK!!!❤️❤️❤️ Must Try❤️❤️🫶🏻🫶🏻

Bought a mixed donar asked and paid for extra and the box had more salad than any meat. Looks like I paid about £10 for some salad. Seems like in got ripped off

I didn’t read the instructions on the order screen correctly and ordered wrong. They were happy to rectify my mistake with no issues. Friendly staff and great customer service.

The food was delicious. Delivered hot and crispy. The garlic dip that came with the fries was excellent.

I loved the box fries Delicious kebabs with fresh ingredients and great flavour. Worth the price, will be back for sure!

Had a mixed doner with fries in a box, super tasty thanks. Used the self serve kiosk, no issues at all with that. Food was ready quickly and staff were nice. All good 👍

Putting the kebab in a Turkish flatbread doesn’t make them authentic. It was fine if you’ve only ever had kebabs from the local chippy, but it’s nowhere near the standard of Kebabs in Berlin. Service was fine… :) Atmosphere is awful, but that’s Meadowhall for you!

I really love their chicken spring rolls with garlic sauce. But their staff's service is very poor. Recently I visited there for serveral times but still their staffs do the same mistakes what I have been gone through. They need to be trained more.

Tried this place a few times, most recently in August 2024. Good clean place with good customer services. Prices are a bit high for what you get, but I guess this is part and parcel of rentals and locations. I got the beef donner. Nice and warm and not too bloating. Would visit again. Good to have halal food options in the food court.

The food is quite fine for the price but the service is far far too slow.

What a rip off, ordered food from here for the first time an it’ll be the last, the price and portion size don’t correspond, any local kebab shop would give you sauce but not here, 49p for a thimble of sauce is completely unacceptable, a box of meat chips an salad no bigger than a Lego brick

Waited more than 20 mins for a tepid kebab at Meadowhall! Saw it be made and then left on counter for more than 15 minutes before it was served! Won't be rushing back

Ordered 2 wraps. One with salad and sauce and other nothing on it. Both came out with salad and sauce and they wouldn’t change it. Staff members was being really funny about it. Partner says food was nice but really greasy

I had a very wonderful lunch with my colleagues yesterday. We didn’t expect the services and food was really amazing. The customer service who served us Chamika was really sweet and showed a joyful smile and manner. Really amazing food but the the portion size was small … work on that.

Chicken donner box with fries and cheese sauce. Came to about £11.50 with a diet coke, didn't really enjoy it and was mostly full of fries, didn't really fill me, I wouldn't eat here again, overpriced and underfed!

Disappointed ! Eating cardboard wrap !! The wrap was so toasted feels like i am having a delicious peace of cardboard! Second time here ! Last time for sure !! I can understand the wrap to have a wired taste when the bread is toasted but the freaking meat is gown in a lab !!! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this establishment! They have everything but good food ! I hope google will soon have the 0 star rating !

On the pre holiday diet as per usual so thought id try the gym box, lovely. Looks small but very filling and extra tasty . My 82 yo mum had a panini and loved it

Absolutely never experienced so despicable in my life. We bought 3 box meals and only got given 1 sauce between them. Asked politely for more and was told they can only give me sauce for one of the meals and for extra sauce they will charge me £1.90!!! Absolutely mental! Will never be returning. I have been to gdk in other places and gave me sauces just fine but the one in meadowhall???

Food was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Finding a table was easy however the tables weren’t clean. No staff was available to clean the tables so make sure you get extra tissues from the place you are eating to clean the tables

Food not normal gdk standard, prices higher then my local, and didn't package like other ones This seemed like a poundshop version of all other gdk I've been to

Honestly disgusting. The meat is pale, flavourless, soggy and cold. Nothing tastes nice at all. Truly terrible. Just go to any kebab house on any street and you're going to get better tasting food.

Poor quality, no taste whatsoever. Disappointed as I was a regular when GDK first started in the Uk. They have really fell off. Salad at the bottom, pure salty chicken. The food they give looks like leftover ration food I wouldn’t even feed a dog. The amount of sodium, fat and salt in here does not create flavour. Learn to blend flavour into donner as GDK was once a leader of donmer and tasted good.

They just put all the scrab from end of doner was all dry and burnt and I asked for a garlic sauce they said u have to pay for it I don't mind paying if i knew it when ordering before they used to put couple of sauces in bag. Poor customer service and quality gone down hill. Shame we used to come every week

The mixed meat kebab served in a toasted nutty wholemeal pitta was both very tasty and a generous portion size. Nice crispy fries too. The only slight negative? The pot of sauce was extremely small. Counter acting that though and a big plus from my point of view was that the Pepsi Max came in a can as opposed to the usual watered down gallon cup served elsewhere. Great value by today's standards we thought at £20. Filled us up and very tasty.

For fast food, every time we go the food is very consistent. Very well presented and the taste is great. The cost is a little on the high side compared to others around it. Only downside is side is you have to sit in the oasis food hall. Not the end of the world

Was new to gdk and I wasn't sure. Staff at gdk was telling me to try the cheesy fries and kebab box meal because there was no harm in trying. The staff had a valid point. And omg it was good. So shout out to Sahar for giving me the confidence to try it!

The food and service was amazing! Sahar who was at the counter was very knowledgeable with nutritional information and any question I had regarding the food. I have a nut allergy and she was really helpful, put me at ease and advised me which dishes were suitable. Will definitely be returning soon!
