Grill House in Sheffield

Ordered from there website waited 1 hour says online food still cooking rang up to be told they didn't have our order after 5 minutes on phone they fund our order and said they had issues with the online ordering system took another 35 minutes to arrive again delivery driver appologised for time taken said he's had it all night problem with system opened order to find no Donner meat or causes on grill special kebab see photo added rang up to ask if order could be corrected to be told they would just send me some kebab meat but would be about 45 mins said I wanted the full kebab redelivering as we had already waited over 1 and a half hours to be told it's not his fault they are really busy very bad customer service he eventually agreed to resend my kebab out had to wait 1 hour 15 mins minutes still no kebab rang back to be told Kebab is on its way then had to ring back after a further 20 mins to be told they were doing it now it would 15 mins to do it rang after another 25 minutes to be told kebab was on its way this was at 22.55 with the place closing at 23.00 and we originally ordered at 19.40 for kebab to arrive all in all it took 3 hours 30 minutes from kebab to arrive chips were cold and again no sauce on kebab absolute joke terribly service terribly attitude and rude staff the delivery guy was lovely felt sorry for him stay clear wont be ordering from here again very poor

Just had a delicious takeaway from Grill House Sheffield Lane Top, it was tasty and good value for money - plus delivery was fast and free. I loved that I could pick and choose what salad items I wanted on my kebab, and they were happy to omit the pitta bread from my order as I am gluten intolerant. Will definitely get food from them again.

1st time ordering, it was blooming gawgus, I had mixed chicken and dona, full of flavour, cooked to perfection, I will definitely be back and have recommended to my family and friends. Keep it up.

You've charged me twice I need a refund

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant . The food left with a severe infection. Ended up in hospital. It clearly wasn’t handled safely. Avoid this place at all costs!

The new management of the restaurant is very nice, the food is very delicious and their prices are reasonable. I advise everyone to try this restaurant

Food is rubbish. Chicken is dry and kebab meat stale and wraps crusty. Customer service is shocking, they just slam phone down on you.

10/10 would reccomend, staff are friendly and the food is incredible, loved every bit of it.

Rubbish under new management got my order cocked up food poisoning chicken not cooked right chips over cooked staff rude ignorant and same clothes on dirty if it was to be inspected by health hygiene department would close potatoe wedges counter top very dirty. Don't wash hands after touching hair or beard hair disgusting stay away from this takeaway for good

I just rang asking for delivery and the staff was disrespectful he ended the call on me while I was talking he wouldn’t take my order because my house number wouldn’t show on the map?? I asked him to put the next door house number and when your driver gets to me let him give me a call he said no our drivers don’t listen and was speaking in a very bad attitude I’m sure the manger was next to him because he was talking to him while on call with me.

The Grill house under the new management is on fire the food was lovely the pizza was perfect plus the delivery time was so fast highly recommended

Mixed reviews onion rings and chips were upto standard the garlic bread could have been a bit more garlicky the pizza dough it self could do with being more crispy

Hi, I just wanted to let everyone know not to buy from Grillhouse takeaway. Ther pizza are uncocked He started shouting at me and said he would only replace it if I didn't touch the pizza at all. It was such a horrible experience and the way he treated me was completely unacceptable. I've never had such a rude encounter with a restaurant before. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place and find a more respectful establishment to order from. The customer service at Grillhouse takeaway is simply deplorable.

The manager of this place is absolutely vile my partner rang up to place an order and he didn’t asked me for the postcode due to us just moving here the manger then told him to hurry up my partner then rang back asking for the price and the manger told him not to ring again I rang up and said how rude he was for him to shout down phone at me claiming that my partner was on phone for half an hour when he was not absolutely terrible

Ordered from here regular in last 6 months was always nice but this time it's awful pizza base is usually so light can tell home made tonight was thin like cardboard rubbish partner had chips and tikka kebab which wasn't much better won't be ordering from here again and delivery stated 50min was well over an hour and cold

The chicken was dry and hard 5pc and the grilled chicken kebeb tasted cheap and rubbery , chips were cold and soggy with grease, feel like charging you for the toilet paper ill need after eating that I'm sorry but it was horrible you need to work on you're cooking, I can tell the temperature of the oil was too high for the chicken , part of the order was missing no pop no sauces really really bad , also the batter diddnt stay on the chicken and where the better did stick it was burnt and the free garlic pizza is also really dry and greasy , please work on you're cooking skills before you open a takeaway .

When you pay 8.49 for part of your order you expect to get more than 4 pieces of donner meat, quantity per price is shocking, going down hill slowly

This place do brilliant food, very fast delivery times and decently priced. Only reason for my 4 star review is they seem to forget my can of pop and sauces EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from them. Otherwise, decent service.

Bad quality food, took longer to arrive than it should given the fact that the burgers are essentially rustlers microwave burgers. Would not recommend

Terrible dry bread that cracked like cardboard. Chicken was dry and had the texture of burned soya. Asked for one with hot sauce and one with garlic mayo. Both arrived with rancid mayo Wasn't really that hard of an order Too bad

Food was delivered over an hour after being ordered, despite saying it would only take 30 minutes. The driver didn't abide by the "contact-free" rule whatsoever. Side orders were missing from the late delivery, and we were told it would take an additional "45 minutes" to get it to us. Food was also luke warm, thrown into the trays and didn't even taste nice. Wouldn't recommend this place

Everything was excellent from the time the food was delivered to the temperature but the burger was undercooked
