food hot tasty and plenty of it on the sandwiches.. arrived early too. sausage roll undercooked tasted bit stale so prob won't order it again but otherwise no complaints.

disappointing.. soggy quiche fries not chips and cold beans...will stick to the breakfast menu in future.

if that was a large sandwich then a small must be lego size, very poor value for money

Chips were soggy having been in the bag a while. The sandwich was ok but could use more apple sauce. The sausage was fine. Took a long time for such a small order.

Shocking all my order came wrong when I spoke to him on the phone he said he will re do the order and then put phone down with no apology, then it came correct and it was cold and uncooked . The delivery driver was lovely and apologised. The only good thing about the order was my can of pop

Orders ham sandwich with salad and no butter but came lathered in cheap butter and has no salad. Normally good quality but this is just pure laziness.

well the chips were soggy and i wasnt able to eat it because it doesnt suit my taste. the hash brown were lovely. the chicken burger was ok not too bad or too good but i woukd put it in the middle.

chips weren't homemade like it said they were and were also cold. Pasty was okay but a little soggy but at least it was warm . loved the vanilla slice. food from here is usually amazing so hate to complain

The food was good and tasty but only lukewarm. Everything was okay apart from the eggs that did not look appetizing and toast that was cold. Shame because we have ordered the same on 3 or 4 other occasions and it has been really nice.

will never order from here again, was really late, sandwiches thrown together, my partners panini looked like someone had beaten it to a pulp before putting it in the bag. corned beef sandwich was absolutely soaking wet, unedible, no care in anything at all. vile.

Not the usual standard. Though food was nice it was just warm. Took 25 minutes from message saying food on way to actual delivery.. will still use for food again just hopeful its hotter and quicker

We went for the full family breakfast again and it was very good. Tasty, hot, plenty to go round 5 adults. My only suggestion, drop the toast (cold and soggy), hence 4 stars not 5, send 4 breadcakes instead. Will definitely be ordering again.

Went for the family breakfast as there are 5 adults home today. Really good deal £28 all in which included 6 breadcakes, delivery charge etc. Food was hot, very tasty and plenty of it. We were able to mix and match what people wanted. Delivered on time. We will definitely try again.

Considering I use this place before and normally have fantastic food today I was dissatisfied. Food cold presuming because it was late luckily I have a microwave most of food out of packing. The delivery driver must be like a rally drive shame he was late with the food.

food was really good slightly small omelet for what i paid for, however not a spanish omelet like its advertised on the site just an omelet with chips onion red pepper and tomato in, i was expecting a decent sized wedge of potato egg and cheese with onion inside thats why it got a 2 star

Have ordered from this place a few times. The breakfast sandwiches and cold sandwiches have all been delicious and very generous portions. Great! Can't fault them.

Salad was very wet and not very nice, chicken wrap was very messy and went everywhere

Brilliant as always, removes any items that don’t work for you and is happy to substitute with food that you will eat! Would highly recommend :)

Rubbish. Ordered sbe butty, paid for ketchup and asked for no fat. It was fatty and no ketchup. I order from local places because mcdonalds can't get it right, what's the point

Sandwiches are ok but they NEVER add the sauce I pay for it turns up dry. Always ask to trim fat off the bacon and it never is. I have a dry fatty SBE. Going in the bin

Hot sandwich was cold by time it had arrived to me, delivery driver knocked on door and within 30 seconds of me getting from upstairs to downstairs had walked off had to shout him to come back….. delivery driver knew I had dogs as was barking but still leaves garden gate wide open with no care or consideration. Put me off using this company in the future

Decent food, if I could give one bit of advice, it would be too as a salad option on the kebab meal. And make it a cabbage/lettuce mix salad. I will need using the village cafe again

Been waiting over 2 hours for 2 sandwichs and 2 coffees this is horrific and they won't offer a refund. Was told it's a driver issue that be a shame if it is as I'll never experience this cafe at it's best

Ordered a cheese jacket potato, when arrived opened box and there was bits of tuna in the cheese, my partner has a fish allergy had to throw it straight in the bin, also ordered a salad sandwich which was inedible as if was like biting into a full onion,

Came over an hour after said delivery time, took that long id already made alternative food as I assumed it wasn’t coming. Also had a drink missing, which the lady did knock off the original price but if had paid card I would’ve been unhappy.

Order regularly & usually spot on but today it was really poor. Bacon was dry like & looked like it had been cooked yesterday. So paid for 2 x ketchup on it and it had none.....

Ordered at 11:36 requested updated at 12:45 was told would arrive for 1pm rang at 13:20 told it was being only just being prepped, arrived at 14:05 thrown together beans on toast cold, sandwiches Luke warm and got drinks luke warm also, poor customer service on the phone also in my opinion... Will be a last resort if ever to order from here again gone very downhill since I first started ordering from this place...

So if you’ve ever been pregnant you know how hard it is to wait for food! 😩 we ordered food after an intense craving for a cheese savoury sandwich at HALF 10. Food didn’t arrive until 1pm the longest 2 and half hours of my life. Yes the food came but after that long we’d already made something else plus, bacon 2.5 hours old just isn’t that nice anyway. Really disappointed with this order and would expect a refund from the restaurant

Delicious, piping hot, securely wrapped so nothing leaked. Always loved going in to cafe, but now I struggle to get out, this is definitely the best thing, scrumptious food from my favourite cafe delivered to our door.
