Stunning food! Will definitely come again…

It was atrocious we waited 20 minutes, so I assumed the food was being cooked to order however it appeared to have been warmed up as it was cold when we got it home, the coke was overly sweet the chicken was inedible and the lad bringing the food out was miserable and looked board to death. Very poor we won't be going back

I come to this KFC quite a bit, and honestly it's pretty good. Staff were very friendly, and I got my order very quick (I do my best to avoid it at peak time).

I come to this store quite a lot, the staff are lovely especially Grace on drive thru and Molly who always packs my order. My order is always quick and I’ve never had any problems unlike at other kfc stores. I always recommend this store to anyone I speak to who want kfc and they have also never had a problem before.

Food was nice came on time it’s was warm so was ok but the one main thing was that everything was there what we ordered so that was a bonus would order from here again 👍🏻

The food was stone cold and looked like it had been stood for hours prior to me ordering! The chicken is hard & rubbery, chips unseasoned & scrappy. Paid for food that can not be eaten!! Not happy at all.

Took 1 and a half hour to turn up once I ordered even tho I only live 5 min away. Kept changing the estimated delivery time and was cold by time it got here

I'm rather concerned about the delivery driver who claimed that my 4 digit code was invalid, and tried to get me to give him both my mobile phone, so he could "check" for me, and then my full mobile phone number, as a " back up".

I recieved someone elses order and couldn't eat it for allergy reasons had to put it in the bin and was left with nothing

Once again this KFC didn’t fulfill my order and was quite a few items missing the people that work here obviously don’t look at the orders correctly and it’s about time the manager of this store sorted this problem out plus the food was cold and I think it had been stood somewhere for ages because it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to be delivered. KFC you need to get this sorted

Got my order wrong again every time I order extra gravy, they charged me and it didn’t arrive

ordered a chicken fillet tower meal plus corn on cob and 2 regular gravy .The chicken fillet was 2 thin pieces which i left dont like jaw breaking types and the gravy i dont normally chew gravy i left that so basically i left most of the meal so i dont think i will order this again very dissapointed !!!

I've had many KFC meals in my life but never one with barely any meat on the bones like this one. Worst ever.

My delivery was constantly delayed and then after waiting over an hour it told me it's been delivered but never turn up. Awful

the food when we got it home had a funny greasy smell the chicken didnt taste fresh and the coating nothing like a kfc should be as for the size (boneless banquet) the portions are getting smaller….. avoid this place

My food was ready for delivery at 16.47 my delivery did not arrive. At 18.05 I drove to KFC in Handsworth to pick up my food in person. I was given my food and told they were busy. As I arrived home and unpacked my food I noticed my food was stark cold! What a waste of £45!

It is freezing cold. The driver went all way to Tinsley before coming here. I order from Unsworth because it’s nearest never again.

Waited 15 minutes for 4 small meals to eat in with the kids. It was like the staff didn't really care wasn't offered any straws or napkins had to ask and even then it looked to much trouble for them, alot of dirty tables. Won't be rushing back

I just popped in for dinner as a treat for the kids and whilst waiting (a long time for an empty KFC and at a reasonable time of day) I witnessed the assistant on the counter sneeze into the neck of his t-shirt and then not washing his hands. Then whilst standing and waiting for food to be prepared the assistant constantly played with his beard, again not washing his hands. To top this off, a previous customer walked back into the store and showed the same assistant a KFC bag and asked what the piece of chicken in the bag was supposed to be. The assistant told the customer it was a chicken wing, The customer asked if he could swap the wing for a leg of chicken. This customer had left the store at least 10 minutes before, as that was how long I had been waiting in the empty store for my order. The assistant swapped the wing with a leg and instead of throwing the chicken wing away, he placed it back in the hot counter for another customer, the assistant had no knowledge of who or what had touched that chicken wing or check it's temperature, he just placed it back on the tray with the other chicken... DISGUSTING... TOTALLY UNHYGIENIC... I WONT BE USING THIS BRANCH OF KFC AGAIN. I would have scored the branch zero stars but the review wouldn't let me that.

You forgot my drink which I really wanted, so I want a free one but it did come on time maybe even a bit early which I appreciate.

Worst kfc Iv ever had will not be going back to this store and wouldn’t recommend!!!! The shift manger was very rude, waited 15min for a vegan burger which I then took a bite and it was rock hard like it had been left under the heaters for a while. When I went back into the store I asked if another could be made which the lady who was serving at the drive through said yes that would not be a problem and got the manger to refund it as it was there fault for the poor quality at which it was given to me, for the manager to then say I can’t get another without having to pay again.

My popcorn chicken has been missing from my bucket meal twice now and hot wings are always overcooked like there never fresh. Ordered twice from here now and delivery always gets delayed 1 hour 30 minutes the last time I ordered.

Food was half cooked a stinky 🤮 Service was dead 0/10 On 12/12/24 I went to KFC at handsworth in Sheffield with a family to grab a party bucket I couldn't believe all the chicken in that party bucket was half cooked and stinky . .I asked for the manager which is mark he's proper nuts he doesn't deserve to be a manager don't know how to handle lot of things for example my complaint about the chicken I tired to tell him it's half cooked and stinky. He kept saying chicken is alright and ignor me I saw mark the manager picking he's nose with his hands then touch the chicken honestly lost me appetite for the hole day made me throw up because of how disgusting he was Sadly they haven't refund me nothing all the food went to bin in front on them What a service right!! Fire Marek he's not in the right position picking his nose around food 🤮🤮

item missing, it's not the first time this happens. your business should either send the missing item immediately or refund the price immediately. you took money out of my account immediately but I must wait 7 days for a refund.

The food was OK, but the eating area was dirty, no clean tables even though it wasn't very busy, the toilets where filthy, there is only one toilet area for all genders to share, my young daughter wanted to go until she saw a male coming out.

If you have got a better option nearby like Doner kebab, just don't waste your money here. Food is not about technology, it's your health.

Lovely handsworth KFC always comes with everything I ordered and hot it's my go to place now. Drakehouse branch could do with learning from the handsworth crew.

Finally a KFC in Sheffield that supplies a large beans in a large pot rather than 2 regular pots! Thank you! Fed up of getting short changed by other outlets. Food was bangin and they listened to what we ask for. Will specially use this KFC branch going forward. Other branches take note!! Your customers WILL vote with their feet and money! Peace xx

Terrible food, chicken in the bun was very crunchy I couldn't eat it and the extra chicken piece I ordered was a tiny chicken wing so there was next to nothing on it!

I always end up with something missing which is annoying cause this is the best place to go for KFC in comparison to other places
