didn't get pineapple on it and I'm a vegetarian and there was meat on it so had to get my mate to take all the meat off before I could eat it

The best cookie dough I’ve had in a long time. Not sickly and very rich chocolate flavour with a proper cookie dough. Even came early so 10/10 would recommend and order again

Cheesecakes tasted of butter and half frozen

Waffles amazing, milkshake had plastic in it? Like pieces of plastic wrap or something in the actual milkshake. The only disappointing part

The deserts were fantastic! One of the best waffles I have tasted in the UK! Everyone was very satisfied with their deserts. We shall definitely be back soon!!

I ordered this at 8 came at 9:45 I had to walk up my street to meet them with the food when I got it food was old cold and stale ice cream really soft and only thing warm in the order strange taste with it all would not recommend

Food was cold & low quality. Arrived late and I didn't recieve one portion of ice cream I ordered. Cookie dough was smaller than expected and oreo milkshake was just thick regular chocolate milkshake, definitely not worth the amount I paid. Won't be ordering from here again :/

Wasn’t nice all was still frozen

Pistachio waffle was cold and very chewy as though it was stale, for the amount of pistachio and sauce on it it somehow barely tasted of pistachio. The ice-cream that came with the waffle was really sub standard. I was expecting geato but it was just a small pot of really terrible ice-cream, worse than Mr Whippy even. The snickers milkshake was okay - difficult to get a milkshake wrong. But even that didn't quite taste right in a way I couldn't quite put my finger on. Almost as if the 'snickers' were an off brand substitute from Aldi.

Absolutely terrible delivery service the driver didn't even knock on door he just drove off made no effort at all. I want my money back

Burger was overbooked and cold? Cookie dough was stuck to the pan, overcooked. Strawberries not fresh.

Quick service. Food good. A little on the pricey side for what you get and delivered in single-use plastic. Otherwise great.

Cookie dough was hard not cookie dough at all.. not edible.. flavourless very disappointed

Desserts were decent and nicely packaged too. The biggest disappointment was the mint aero shake - was just crumbled up chocolate in a vanilla shake - needs some mint ice cream or something. Other than that, was decent 🙂

Dammm it I never ate something delicious and fabulous like that and the milkshakes was just so tasty can’t wait to order again !!!

Cookie dough were cold and hard and very thin, milky way milkshake tasted nothing like milkyway. Ice-cream were crunchy.

Food was good, but the cookie dough I ordered was large and did not look anything like a large size so if these are the portions it’s absolutely ridiculous. Asked for a refund for the large.

I ordered a wattle and it came like rock, very disappointed

Previously the food was gorgeous this time tho two milkshakes came very runny and it obviously effected the quality I complained to the shop she replied saying she was alone but she will call her boss. I sent a text asking if they replace the shakes and she replied with this. He said that if blended more than 20 seconds it will come as runny but the taste will be the same and it will always taste nice poor customer services asked for a half a refund the waffles were nice tho. Just eat need to put something in place where we can upload evidence

It’s really nice highly recommended but delivery takes over an hour so my advice would be order a least half hour before you want it

Brilliant service, probably one of the best milkshakes I've ever had from a dessert place was thick and so chocolicious, thankyou will 100% returning, Should add the oreo,kinder bueuno and flake one to the menu and call it the Queenie's special xx

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for dessert. Ordered 3 times now and still blown away with service. Drivers are really nice when delivering food which is a bonus. The food is ace, big portions, loads to chose from and just tastes amazing! Highly recommend and wouldn’t choose anywhere else :)

Would definitely order from again, the cookie dough and waffle stick was delicious, arrived much earlier than expected, it was still hot and the delivery driver had no issue finding my flat (usually an issue.)
