KFC Sheffield - Queens Road in Sheffield

My neighbourhood KFC, I especially enjoy the fillet and zinger burger meal. It's my go to meal

10-25 minute delivery time. Food took an hour to arrive and was stone cold.

Always missing items and food doesn't taste as fresh and good as other kfc's

Good place but the food is average... chicken is just boiled ! Low on flavours !

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant today. My friends and I arrived at 11:50 PM, well before closing time, but the manager on duty refused us entry, stating that they were closed. To make matters worse, he locked the doors seven minutes early. We were then forced to order at the drive-thru window, despite not having a car. When we tried to place our order by standing at the window, the staff member there was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the experience even more frustrating. In the end, we had no choice but to leave without ordering. I would like this issue escalated and an explanation for why the restaurant closed early and why we were denied proper service. I urge management to review the CCTV footage and address this unacceptable behavior. Please provide an email for further escalation, as this needs to be addressed.

Shocking guy on the drive through. Tried to over charge us because he couldn't be bothered to get the order changed. Shocking attitude when challenged. His manager however handled the situation superb, just a shame she has people like the guy responsible to her, clearly embarrassed by his lack of customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service .. ordered food worth £25.00 .. no plates no cups no ketchup and no smile from till staff at all 🙄 not going again

The food was delivered 45 minutes late and was cold. Most of the chicken fillets were tiny and about half the size that they normally are. All in all a very disappointing experience and a waste of money.

My daughter got bullied for having Down syndrome and being EXTRORDINARILY crippled had to drag her up the stairs since there was no other way on the way back down I just lobbed her down almost forgot they shoved bargain buckets up my ass

We ordered family feast and did not receive the drink. My son received the order and I haven’t checked till the driver left

They went on wrong road and when they phoned me i told them they passed my house but there English was good so food cold

They got a lot wrong with this meal, chips were not hot, chicken was overcooked and I was given the wrong coffee.

Food was well cooked Service was a bit stressful as there were quite long queues for the order screens. Must have been a local schools lunch break!

the courier made me walk from best western plus, to best western, then back to best western plus, then kept telling me he was in the car park when he wasn't, then said that I was wasting his time, then made me walk to an industrial estate next to the hotel to collect my food. food was great though, thanks!

Ridiculously stingy portion sizes. The zinger burgers are paper thin and look nothing like the images advertised. And you’re given a tiny bag of chips which would be less than a handful. I don’t remember KFC being this poor value for money.

Food was almost completely cold when it arrived. I pointed this out to the driver and he just shrugged and walked away.

Perfect food was hot and tasty

The food was delivered on time but the food arrived with no fries for any meals and one meal fully missing, had to go to the resteraunt which defeats the object of ordering and wasted time and fuel for something i had ordered really not happy!

spent over £60 things missing also gravey was spilt in bag and ruined the burgers

We were very impressed in the quality and speediness on delivery.

Staff hate the customer and have fun chatting to each other . Food is hit or miss but when it's done right it's good. Main downer is service other than that everything is above average not by alot . The manager needs to stop hiring females at front to keep chatting to , take it serious you know this by now stop ignoring the customer .

Driver called saying he was outside, he wasn't. Then said he was lost & didn't know where he was. At this point he was already 15 minutes late. 10 minutes later food said delivered & it wasn't, absolute rubbish. Refund request sent.

£60 parking fine because the food took so long to come out and when it did it was wrong so we were parked for over and hour. edit - Completed ignored the actual issue of my review with your response 45m limit on car parking and screw up the order so it takes longer than that. I’ve ordered my food the drive didn’t delivered my food yet it’s been and hour now the hotel receptionest said they didn’t receive any food I paid for my food and my food is not here.

The food was cold my chips were compeltely cold had to warm them up myself in my air fryer. I got a text originally saying my food will arrive at 6:55 and as a university student using my just eat voucher to pay for my food I was disappointed.

They give our order to someone else who took it and left with it and after that they made us wait another 30 min for it!They just don't care about customers...

I am a regular customer that keeps coming even if they always make mistakes and missing part of the order but every single time that l come, it is really annoying. when l phoned and l explain to the manager , she gave me a code to make it right but when l come to collect it there is another mistake and l come out with not full order that l expect it and they can not sort it out. Very very disappointed, and l will not come back. I feel they are making money with the missing orders.

Friendly staff, good KFC as chicken isn't dripping with fat and grease like some others. Still wish they'd give the choice of full sugar drinks.

The burgers are quite nice, and the bbq chicken tower is my favourite. The service was fast enough and the store wasn't that busy overall.

Our food came soggy as a gravy pot leaked and made our chips soggy and everything was cold too, most of our gravy pots were empty and our bags came ripped to shreds and our packaging was damaged

The food was hot n fresh. We used the app as we do often, the wife ordered what she wanted, and I went to collect (she doesn't trust me to not mess it up lol)

It's as good as KFC food could be. It's never busy and you get very fast service. Plenty seating available.
