Hot wings were missing along with 1 strip and chips were stone cold

2 items missed from delivery. Refund was barely enough to cover the cost of items missed. Absolutely horrid service regarding this branch. Basic items missed.

The food was hot n fresh. We used the app as we do often, the wife ordered what she wanted, and I went to collect (she doesn't trust me to not mess it up lol)

Very disappointed, staff is so rude. I came here before closing time as mentioned on website but staff harshly behaved that it’s closed and didn’t allowed us to come inside.

I ordered of Uber eats didn’t receive all my order rang the restaurant couldn’t hear when talking didn’t sort it out now got touch Uber they lot sorting it so I payed for food that I never got and the other food what came was freezing

It's as good as KFC food could be. It's never busy and you get very fast service. Plenty seating available.

Reasonable BUT no rice dishes .. so had a burger

The size of some of the pieces of chicken was a joke, supposed to be pieces of chicken but came the size of a chicken wing. They literally were the same size as a small gravy lid and i was sent 5 of them, they wouldn’t even feed a child. Absolutely appalling quality especially for the price. Never again will i order from KFC and they also forgot to send my bottle of drink.

Rechanged my opinion after a visit today.. Looked on the board choose two meals and noted the price. Got to the window was charged extra when asked why was told that's the price on the till. When I stated the advertised price is the price I asked for the manager. Who turned up with the most disgusting attitude and looked like she should be wearing gloves. Food hygiene. Won't go back again.

Decent generic KFC, decent because whenever I order the 3 piece its leg, wing, breast. Some KFC clones give you whatever they can be bothered, one just gave me 3 drumsticks, rubbish.

Cold can of drink placed directly on top of warm chips leaving them stone cold.

I paid for an order which I never received. It's a shame that the driver took my order and my daughter slept tonight hungry. I hope they'll refund the money back.

I'm missing two portions of fries

Absolutely the worst delivered food I have had. A tiny portion of soggy and STONE COLD fries. Chicken was lukewarm. Shall not be ordering KFC ever again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have a mind to request a refund! Awful meal!

Original chicken pieces were undercooked and pink/red in areas while being slimey, never received the drink with my meal, and the burger fillets were over cooked and practically burnt while being rough and chewy.

Cold and over cooked and I asked for chicken wrap without sauce..it was absolutely smothered in chilli sauce I ended up throwing it away..complete waste of money will never go there again.

Unreal customer service, he talked to me like a kid in the playground. I ordered a Krushum and actually got half a cup that he had shook up to cover the sides to look full. The BBQ chicken pot was cold. I ordered on the screen as APP was playing up but he would scan the QR code saying "Naa you can't use it now, you've already ordered" He didn't have the words to explain what he meant and pointed to his colleague and went away. It was all awful and I just didn't want to waste anymore of my time.

Charged my car here, BEWARE!! They will hit you up for a £100 fine!! Absolutely disgusting, contacted their CS and they did Absolutely nothing, no signage on the chargers and one sign enroute to the chargers at the entrance that has tiny writing

I ordered 4 box meals and a rice box. A whole box meal was missing. First time we ordered KFC through Just eat in a LONG time due to previous experiences but we thought we would give it a try again in the hopes that things may have changed.............NOPE!!

The food was late and cold sadly. My mini fillet had what looked like a piece of tinsel fried into the coating. I'm not one to leave bad reviews often I'll usually give 5 stars. I get that things can happen but even so I don't think I'd order again.

Delivered hot and fresh, the chicken was absolutely delicious. Quick delivery and very nice. Missing some hot wings though, and they gave us an extra bucket of Original Recipe Chicken, but whatever it was still amazing. 100% would eat again.

Been twice in 6 months each time my order had something missing and when you go back to get it sorted they look at you like your a liar, 1 at woodseats is way better

Food was stone cold when it arrived! Delivery time kept getting moved because there were no drivers. I called the restaurant and 45 minutes after ordering and they said yes it’s ready we have been waiting for a driver. I want a refund for my cold inedible food. This is no fault of the restaurant simply Justeat and the drivers.

Driver knew where I was directing him, no issues, no fuss, no questions asked when I told him to bring it upstairs due to my broken hip!

After three drivers who have failed to grasp that I have a broken hip and can't come downstairs, two of which wound up abandoning the job and just hanging up, this driver was a genuine breath of fresh air! No phoning, no issues with directions, just buzzed my flat, came up no questions asked, and was a genuinely nice guy about it all! Give this man a raise!

Well. This is actually one of the better KFC’s I’ve been fortunate enough to sample. Clean car park. Even did a donut in me car before I parked cos the tarmac was all new. Very Clean windows! A young man who served me was really polite and rapid. a young man who was working really hard cleaning the dining area with gloves for the job. All his PPE. and a good smile made me smile to. Had a chat about the new style fries. Seasoned. He was knowledgeable polite and respectful and a handsome chap for front of house. And the chicken was rather banging. That’s my Sheff way of saying the meal was perfect. Only thing I can crab it on is the lighting is massively bright inside. Rather dull outside! Maintenance guy needs a bucket throwing at him and eye test also., Mainly due to the extraction on MAX in the gents! That’s wasting electricity as well as the lighting overly bright. . Obviously the KFC Boss doesn’t care about the effect it has on our planet. Looks like he/she or they.Doesn’t pay electricity bill either. LED Dimmer switches do exist. So do ventilation and extraction controls. You save thousands over 5 years. It’s true! Obviously maintenance man isn’t trained or Dunt care he burning fan motors out regularly I bet! Plus he doesn’t clean the vents. So again. Well done all of the people what make KFC, queens Road a lot better than I was told a while ago. It’s one of the best I’ve found. Well done! Tell maintenance company u wish for A full report on your extraction system. On performance. They will shiz a brick. Cos I’d sack em off for unnecessary waste of energy. I hope they don’t look after all the KFCs cos money could be wasted in every KFC they maintain. While your company informs them. Ask them if your air con units are sanitised based on the set up on the rest. The grill is brown. Change it. They also come in white.! Wear sunglasses if sensitive to bright lights and you will be fine. So all in all. Very good KFC. Far better than Barnsley Road. By miles. I won’t even test the food after seeing state of the windows. Obvs different person from Queens Road. He’s mint. Clean windows is important. Dirty windows means dirty everything in a passing drivers view. Looks like queens road window team gunna land every KFC if they keep up the excellent job.

2 of the chicken pieces were tiny! No leg pieces also sent x2 large gravy x1 small coleslaw instead of x1 large gravy and x1 large coleslaw.

The Chips were way to oily and also the sweetcorn’s seems to have a weird outfit and odds spots on it. I’d like it to be looked into

Cashier was rushing to take my order got my drink wrong and my popcorn chicken was almost cold and tasted like it’d been sat under the heat lamp for the past few hours this kfc just gets worse and worse

Seems to be the only kfc were u cant use your copons are thay change the rules just of top of there head

So staff are allowed to do as thay wish and even ignore you then i place my oder the same oder i allways get told no you cant have it that way and its the only kfc store i gone to witch one let me use the rewards i will not be back train your staff to have maner and to no give faults information

Took 2 hours to arrive, and as you can imagine, the food was lukewarm

There were six fries on one meal 5 on the other food was totally cold I always end up with push bike riders delivering food which takes far too long as I live up an hill I never requested for any delivery service other than car to transfer the food

Drive through was shut when we visited. But it was fine inside.

Got this served to me today and looks like someone has been playing football with it. I wejt back to the till saying i would like a new wrap they said tgey ran out. When i look there more new wraps were right there. Absolute disgrace.

My friend ordered through the app and accidentally clicked to collect rather than drive through. Instead of being nice about it and handing it her through the drive through they made her drive all the way round and park up. When she went in it was just sat on the side?? You could have passed it her? They were very rude about it saying that it was her fault and not their problem. They actually made her cry with their rudeness. Is there any need? So much for customer service. Do not go here. Note to staff in a world where you can be anything be kind.
