Food was very delicious and still hot on arrival. 10 out of 10

Late every single time Ive ordered regardless on what day, arrives cold but today it was freezing and the staff think its acceptable to speak to you like rubbish. Will never order again

Great pizza like always and chicken wings were amazing

The garlic bread was hardly warm and the cheese was clearly overcooked and wasn’t mozzarella. The cheesy chips was nice tho and enjoyed and they forgot my drink. Overall poor service and standards

An absolute joke. Have items on the menu that aren’t actually available. Blame the customer for using just eat and not their own app. This is after taking them step by step the through the order. Rude staff, no wonder they were closed down a few months ago

Top quality meat, absolutely delicious

Terrible, the worst takeaway I've had for years, we got home and ate none of it, it ended up in the bin, freezing cold, meat on the veg pizza, rock hard scabby chips none of the sauces I asked for, properly fuming

The lamb was that tough even my dog couldn’t chew it. Food was lukewarm when it arrived.

Food was extremly earlier than the time allocated. The cheese on the chips had curled and was inedible. The garlic bread tasted like it had no garlic on. The pizza was burnt.

never had a problem before... this is our go to kebab house but I've just ordered and everything other than my wings was stone cold...

food cold ordered a kebab in pitta got a soggy wrap, never had a problem before always enjoyed but tonights order was very disappointing having to eat at 10pm at night when i ordered this at 8.15 and for it to be poor quantity

Ordered from here loads with no real issues but to show up cold an hour and a half after ordering was very disappointing (wait time was said to be 50 minutes)

Bread a bit stale, meat great though. Fresh veggies and cooked well. Also not currently operating out of their premises. Might be a convert for chapeltown grill.

Advertised as open until 1am on a Sunday, arrived at 12.15am and they were already closed! Waste of time

I never feel that I have to leave a bad review, but unfortunatley on this occasion im sorry to say that I was very disappointed. Although my order arrived on time it just wasn't what I was expecting. I ordered a veggie burger with cheesy chips and some garlic mushrooms. The garlic mushrooms were cold, filled with burnt cheese and bitter garlic oil. So much oil/butter that it had run out of the box and everywhere in the bag all over my other items, soaking the paper it was wrapped in till it was literally dripping. My veggie burger, also cold, looked like it had been dropped or thrown around, the burger bun was squashed and the burger itself had fallen to bits before I'd even touched it. The chips were also cold, undercooked and covered in unmelted cheese. And to top it off it was also swimming in the oil from the mushrooms. I had to throw the whole meal away. Very disappointed. I won't be ordering from here again unfortunately.

Ordered at 17:42 food arrived at 19:14. I expected a short delay due to the weather but that was just awful! Chips were cold and soggy, chicken nuggets were dry, the calzone arrived as a COLD pizza! Normally one of the best places to order from but not tonight sadly

Over 1.5hrs wait for food, chicken coating very hard, chewy , dry and overcooked and tasted off. They Missed out sauces and salad as we requested. Used to be a great takeaway but this last year or so it’s turned terrible. We didn’t enjoy this at all. High green grill from now on.

Arrived in time after receiving message stating it was ready but when arrived was not . Then told kebab did not come with chips even though I had paid for chips and cheese , they gave me a small carton of grated cheese ? No apology only said the app was wrong ? Poor service !

Never received my order. Delivery driver never turned up and had no way of contacting him and the restaurant was closed.

Put full stars because had loads of orders and always been great food and prompt service - it’s why we go back. Forgot kebab meat on mixed kebab ordered this time - Which is the ‘essence’ of the kebab 🥹. Mistakes happen and will still order again - highly recommend to anyone reading.

Probably my favourite local non chain takeaway. My family don’t like it but I love the food and it’s flexible with smaller orders unlike other places. I may be wrong but I think I once saw this takeaway in the star for having one of the worst food hygiene ratings 😆 but it’s never put me off from ordering here haha, never had a problem with it

Chips not good properly soggy ?? Burger had wilted salad on it and breadcake was wer and soggy!! Usually good food but this time it was a let down 😕

Food wasnt great. Full of grease, more than youd expect. Containers came with what looks like teeth marks on the inside. Would not order from this restaurant again

Well over an hour late. Called to ask where our order was told 5 mins, was more 15 mins later. Food arrived cold. Won’t be ordering again as the previous time I’d ordered I was charged twice and they refused to refund.

Waiting an hour and half for 2 burgers when the restaurant is only 12minutes away is ridiculous. Phoned twice and both times was stupid amount of background noise so you could not hear what they were saying. Was told 20 more minutes first time I called and 10 more minutes second time. Still waiting as I write this.

I just had 15% of my own bodyweight in curry. I feel like a 17th century nobleman who just finished his hearty midday feast, holding his large belly and laughing. The owner looked at me, assuming the gargantuan order was for a party or something, but no. I was hungry, and i can say damn well i am now full.

The food is always great from Chapeltown Best Kebab. The pizzas are always perfectly cooked with the right amount of each ingredient on them, and the chips are always crispy and fresh out of the fryer. The cheesy garlic bread also seems to get better each time we go back. Since moving into the area it’s our go-to place for pizza now.
