When you order a 10 piece family feast, you should 10 pieces of chicken. We only got 9 . Try harder next time.

Rude and unhelpful Kindly asked if I could swap a drink for gravy with my meal as I’ve always done at other kfc without a problem. Was bluntly told no. When I said others do it all I got was well we don’t Got meal home and although hot the chicken wasn’t cooked properly (still pink) Chips were good Won’t visit this one again

The best KFC fried chicken in entire Sheffield. Never disappoint with the taste. The chef get it right and the chicken are well balance.love the spicy chicken wings.Should give the kitchen staff pay rise and keep them at all cost. It is the shame the set meal doesn't include salad, mashed potatoe, gravy or bread cake.Otherwise I would rate the food 5 star. Atmosphere however couldn't expect much because it is a busy take away.

we enjoyed most of what we ordered. but there was a rather large bone in my piece of chicken in my burger which made it inedible. I won't be ordering again from here for a while if at all after finding the bone in my burger.

It's on West Street, no matter what time of day, West Street is always busy. So the place gets busy and noisy

Driver was rude and had terrible service, couldn’t even leave his car to give my food although it’s supposed to be delivered to my door

so I ordered 1 regular popcorn chicken and you added 2 on and charged me extra when I didn't want it... it cost me alot more than I was expecting

I sat at the reception waiting and no one turned up, only to see my order marked as delivered. Driver definitely stole my food and left me starving after a long haul flight

The chicken is juicy the spices are flavoursome and they're not burnt..... I have deducted several stars from the KFC West Street one of the staff was very rude you gave me four pieces of legs and I requested that it was mixed she came out and was very rude towards me like I shouldn't be asking......

The driver was incredibly miserable and rude. The restaurant ignored my request to admit the sauce due to an allergy, so I can't eat the burger. I likely won't get a refund, and even if I do, with charges, I'll have paid £4.50 for 1 cookie. So unfair

During the promotion scheme of 8£ for 20 chicken wings, we got KFC more than usual at many different stores and we can say here is the best KFC in the area selling the very good fried chicken.

Delivery driver very rude, rung to say if we didn’t come in 30 seconds he would drop the food on the floor, we are at Weston park with our mum who is end of life and this was certainly not the service we wished for, very rude!

Yesterday which is the 8th of May at about 19:45, I was picking up food in the shop, the staff in charge of give food and shout pick up number, due to her accent I am not familiar with, I confirmed with her whether she called my number when she rolled her eyes did not give me any response, and when I asked her other questions is directly ignored me to call the next number. I don't understand this kind of attitude. Is this a custom or a default social norm here? Is it possible that the brand image of KFC, a major international brand, is not cared about at all when it comes to staff training? I would appreciate a reasonable answer.

I asked for a four piece chicken meal plus one extra piece and all I got was drumsticks not worth the money.

I have just received an order from them. Using the fact that I have ordered online and I won't be able to check, they gave me the worst parts of the chicken with almost no meat on them. What can I say? Frauds and cheaters, don't go there. There's so many better takeaways, I hope they'll close them down. Based on customers' reviews, they soon will.

Missing the dip which was the main part of the meal. Dry without it. Delivery driver was rude and claimed they don't deliver to doors in ground floor flats?! This was a first. if this was true no other driver would have delivered to the door. If he didn't like delivering food, get a new job. I pay for delivery to the door, not half way. I don't work for just eat.

Quality of this kfc is awful and has been for a couple of months. The chicken is dry and like rubber and the popcorn chicken is never fresh even though it takes 3 minutes to cook and they keep raising the prices as if the food is getting any better. The manager needs to do something about it because I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Delivery guy lost, didn't know where Glossop Road was, had to chase down and redirect, kept going to wrong streets, walked around several roads instead of just going 2m up the same road to deliver

Lovely pipping hot food. Freshly cooked. You can tell. Not the usual late night KFC. The Sheffield team have got this almost perfect. If I was being in a small way critical then my partner said her hot wings was hotter than normal and was very unexpected. This did not spoil her food. She has suggested a heat level as a guide or why does the heat vary from restaurant to restaurant. Maybe that is something the colonel could look into. We had free popcorn chicken as it was our first order saved us £5 we was very very happy with this. We that is me and my partner would fully recommend you visit this KFC. Our delivery man was very good at doing delivery as well. It was a Friday night we ordered and after a few drinks it really made our night very fantastic. What a team KFC Sheffield we love you

I have received two little popcorn chicken boxes and I am missing two popcorn chicken boxes and four fries and gravy and two fruit shoots. I’m not very happy about this please could I have a refund Because my kids have nothing to eat!

We had a social event recently and placed a large order. The food was typical KFC, the service was exceptional. Staff were extremely helpful finalising the order, also helped us deliver piping hot food to the venue on time.

This is the second time this restaurant has forgotten food from the order, forgot the mini fillets and hot wings, this time around. Won’t order from here again.

Doesn’t taste cooked properly and there’s barely any chips. Not impressed

Ordered a mighty bucket for 1 which is supposed to come with fries and a drink but these were missing :(
