I came here tonight, once i got home i noticed they had got mixed up with my order - so i phoned them up to say they got mixed up, i offered to go back down to collect but they kindly delivered it to me. The food is great not a bad thing to say

Gorgeous fresh food at a good price. Really impressed at my first order here. I ordered Pork and Mushrooms with egg fried rice. I've enough left over for my lunch tomorrow so the sizes are really good as well. A very happy customer 😁

Food always taste good here. Not the best place but is really good. On my last trip they gave me the wrong order, then got called when i got home to pick up my order... tried telling the woman that I came 5mins ago and she gave me the wrong order but she didnt speak much English and didnt understand me. Never had a problem with them prior to this but it was resolved and didnt charge me extra (should of paid more for my original order)

My usual Chinese has really gone down hill of late so been trying others and eventually found this one. And it's by far the best ive ever tried, even my partner agreed, so definitely will be using this one all the time from now on.

Really tasty hot food and very helpful

Ordered online to collect. On arrival asked my name and offered wrong order. When I got the right order half of it was cold, the meat was chewy and a foreign object was found in the fried rice. When I rang through to complain recipient didn't want to know and just made excuses as to why it was not what I said it was. No refund or part refund was offered and it cost me 46 pounds. Will not be returning

This is our favourite Chinese takeaway/delivery restaurant. The spring rolls were smaller tonight than previously, but still excellent. I'm more than happy to give these good folks five stars.

Worked for these guys as a driver. I even gave up another delivery job so i could take on extra days working for them. One day my daughter got covid and i told them that i am fine to work still as i had been vaccinated and according to government guidlines you are able to work still as long as vaccinated. Well they told me they wanted me to not work (even though i was fine) and to isolate. After i had isolated they had told me they gave my job to someone else.... I ate teh food many times and the food is not too bad (there is better near by) but how they treat people imo is disgusting.

As for me it's the best Chinese takeaway in this area so far. Their food is tasty and of good quality.

Cancel orders and keep money not good enough leaving a disabled person with no food

Food was luke warm when it arrived, the chips tasted like they were warmed up from the day before and the rest had leaked all over the bag. Most of the food went in the bin...even prawn crackers which were broken and a bag of crumbs. Definitely don't recommend

Food was nice but the salt and pepper box 2 was really small for £14.90 handful of chips and same for the rest of the contents worth £8 Max Thanks

I think my meal was lovely, I think the delivery driver was polite and I think the price was reasonable... none of the above I can be sure of as I didn’t realise I’d had a Chinese until 4.30am when I woke up to find half of it left on a plate at the side of me.... I only knew I’d ordered from here once I’d checked my phone records.... would I recommend this Chinese takeaway... why not!!

I placed an order it came to nearly £30.00 I have used these a few times before, I have placed my order and am I having problems with my phone and have had to have the phone on loud, They have messed my order up and not willing to sort this out customer satisfaction is not that at all now had to give my super to my lad #willnot Order again. Mite even go to Papers madness

First visit and we only live around the corner, food was fantastic, big portions,lots of sauce..this will be our choice from now after trying several others in the area.

I'm inbetween with this Chinese.. Can't make my mind up.. The egg fried rice looked like it was burnt, tasted bland!

Love the crispy chilli chicken. Sure they put something addictive into it because I am craving it too much. Sometimes it is really crispy but even when it isn't it is gorgeous! Tends to be chewy and still lovely. Just addictive

Can say without doubt this is one of the most flavoursome takeaways I have had in all my years. Staff waited patiently as I looked over the menu and was very friendly in taking my order as I stumbled through my wants. I don't live local but each time I am anywhere near, this is my take away of choice now.

The food is perfect. The customer service however is disgusting. I'd rate it a 0 if I could. The man who answers the phone is absolutely appauling, he has no respect whatsoever. We ordered a fried rice, chow mein and salt and pepper chicken but got a crispy chicken instead, phoned up and has nothing but disgusting attitude and arguments from him. Got told next time we order we can get a free one. Ordered tonight for my birthday treat and got again horrible service. Never again going here, we'll find somewhere better who doesn't treat us like a pile of rubbish.

The sort of size portion you expect in a meal for one offer but charged at £10 as a meal for two, The food in the PIZZA box was rank I would have to be starving to eat it and it wasn't even enough for one let alone two! I complain but was told I got what I paid for now get out! I was too busy at the time to deal with such rude staff as I had got a msg to be elsewhere quick as possable while they were chucking the rancid food in the box out of my eyesight so I just left, Do not use this place, It's also filthy, no idea why I didn't just turn around and leave? A mistake I won't be making again.

Just ordered chips and curry. Disgusting. I thought I'd give them another chance as me and my partner ordered spare ribs and chicken balls and rice a few weeks ago. Not nice. Needs to be shut down. It's mucky

Used to be nice had them every Saturday .last one I had was horrible. Order king prawn balls and 2 of them had nothing inside and the others was small prawns with loads of batter .definitely won't be ordinging again.

Pengest Chinese in sheffield food is always fresh and tastes good cheap too

Absolutely appalling customer service. Supposed to get a large prawn crackers & the bag was tiny spent nearly £30 & she couldn't even give us another bag instead stood and argued, she was extremely rude would not go back here if some1 paid me to. Food was small portions & very bland.

After waiting an hour and a half for my food they then forgot some of my order! Then argued amongst each other on the phone before leaving me waiting 30 minutes for the rest of my order for them to send me a complete different dish again!! Then refuse to send me a refund or the dish I ordered claiming they don't do it! Would rate 0 stars if I could
