KFC Sheffield - Barnsley Road in Sheffield

The order in the bag waa nothing what we ordered. Over £45 spent and recieved about £11 worth of food. Which we did not eat as was all spicey. Not good at all

Shocking again. Box collapsed leaving food all over the place and straight in the bin. Cookie mixed with main meal but was crushed in to dozens of pieces and that went the same way. Second order on the trot not delivered properly.

Unfortunately on the menu this states there should be 2 chicken filets but there was only one on the burger when we received the order. So we have paid for something we didn’t get😠

Food is good as always with KFC but it's rare that the order doesmt have something missing!... Make sure to check your bag before leaving!, have got home on numerous occasions to find not all in the bag! So annoying

Absolutely disgusting customer service got my order completely wrong I rang the restaurant 5 times no answer left with no food for our tea only got refund through Uber eats! I won’t be ordering again.

I saw it was constantly busy, employees were running about. But when it came to service smiles and ‘would you like some sauce with it’. They were smiling and joking with each other, was nice to see. Food was spot on, had to wait a little but the service lady made me aware how long and if it is ok, gave me a drink while I waited. All great

Such a poor customer sevice buy the person at drive thru today as he refused to add a forgotten item at the drive thru window. The crew member should have proper training and also awareness about how to go above and beyond to support customers according to the company's values

Nice but as always with KFC , something missing and something wrong, one drink completely missing and the other wasn't what I ordered, every time there's something, I won't be having KFC again, its actually quite an expensive meal to be wrong every time we try

Probably the worst KFC ive ever been in ,The place was grubby dirty tables rubbish on the floor. Got home with order that was completely wrong,The food was dry like it had been in a warmer for a week totally unappetising wouldn't recommend this place .

Picture shows 1 DRUMSTICK. I ordered 6 DRUMSTICKS not thighs. Got 2 DRUMSTICKS and 4 Thighs. Not happy as no one wants thigh. What a waste

Food was very late to say the restaurant is around the corner, it took an hr and half to arrive when it said delivery time was 20mins. When everything finally arrived it was stone cold and most of it went in the bin. Safe to say we will not be ordering from KFC again.

Placed order through just eat food came and popcorn chicken had what looked to be mould on I took it back and got the order replaced. Got home and the chicken was burnt . So took it back a second time and was refused a refund by the small fat headed manager that could only stand other side of kitchen and shout stuff. Rest of the staff helped as much as they could It’s meant to be Kentucky fried chicken not Kentucky grilled chicken I’m gutted I didn’t take pictures show how rubbish it is

Ordered a meal and some sides. The meal was missing popcorn and dip, and another side. Spoke to the manager apparently - Oh dear KFC he did not want to be at work today, just from the tone of his voice.

The food was cold when arrived, we had to warm up in the microwave.

The mash looked like it had been half eaten and really put me off my food!

Jade was fantastic from start to finish, very polite and asked great questions to help us order as well as informing us of what sauces we could get too (that little part goes a long way for me)

No drinks received for meals. At least they delivered it this time, this branch of KFC has cancelled our orders on multiple occasions and has also even delivered to the wrong address and not taken responsibility.

Absolutely disgusting food. 4 meals ordered. 2 meals completely wrong and all meals cold on delivery. Refund offered for the incorrect meals however nothing for the fact they were all cold Delivery said 15 to 20 mins and 50 mins later it appeared. No apologise Bad service and cold food

Food is always spot on never had an issue,the only problem I have is at times its like a youth club. Packed full of kids who don't seem to be eating in.

The food was very good but extremely unhappy about delivery. Number one it was not delivered how I wanted it to be and also left the gate wide open for my dog to get out. I spent the next couple of hours searching for him he is not streetwise at all. To my relief, he found his way home on his own. I was very, very lucky. Could you please instruct your drivers to make sure they shut the gates to prevent a devastating accident.

Best place to sit and eat and chill. Staff are lovely too always very helpful.

I have ordered many times from you and enjoyed my food but this time the chips not nice they tasted old and I could not eat them .the beans were placed inside the fries bag and had come open.

Amazing.. Lovely lady called sommer served me and my daughter. She Went above and behond to help us. I'm vegan and she didn't make me feel indifferent. She was helpful understanding and pleasant. They didn't have any vegan burgers.. So sommer been pleasant and helpful made me feel still valued. My daughter asked for percefic chicken drumsticks. She made that possible even did it her self to make sure order was correct. I have had bad experiences before in this KFC, but sommer has changed my perspective... P. S. The rice box is amazing!!!! N the legs are juicy. Xxx

Said I’d never order again after last bad food / experience the restaurant dose / will not answer the phone I tried to cancel my order due to missing something off could not speak to anyone or re add something, when the food came (on time) it was cold had to be re heated who wants cold food. Chicken looked like it had been standing under heat for too long never ever again.
