Tim Hortons in Sheffield

Atmosphere was good and peaceful with food tastes very good and delicious. Coffee was also good but I drank this coffee too much in Canada so the taste seems kind of used to it so tastes common but other than that very happy with the service. Now this is my go to place for coffee and never disappoints. Staff are very polite.

Shout out to the staff! They were cheerful and speedy—serving up that coffee like pros. I’d say the only thing faster than my coffee consumption was their service.

Visited Tim Hortons and had a great experience! The service was excellent and the staff were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was served quickly and with a smile. Highly recommend if you’re after great coffee and even better service!

I thought we'd give it a go after seeing prices on Google images. It was more expensive but not too expensive, especially when compared with another well known fast food chain. How did it compare? Well for starters, I was quite full after I'd eaten it. I had a hash brown, which taste nice than the other place and could choose a muffin breakfast with a hash brown on that as well, so 2 x hash browns that have onion in. I had a sauce that made it taste slightly warm and it was a great addition that you can't normally have. The latte was really hot and the cover slightly difficult to get off, but at least it was plastic and recyclable. Only negative, they didn't have any soap in the soap dispenser in the toilet I went in.

Food and drink are mice but I do think they are overpriced, we only go in t here now and again because of that. The staff are nice and friendly

Plus side, good service, luches are usually nice. Negative side, omlette was really small, too much sauce on sos egg mcmuffin and doesnt taste nice.

My double cheese burger was supposed to be without gherkin but obviously it didnt spoilt what looked like a nice burger the cris cut chips came cold and over done not nice at all ,overall not a nice experience for a first vist UTB

Visited Tim Hortons at Drakehouse in Sheffield. Staff are helpful and pleasant. The wait is never long and the food is always hot. The restaurant is always clean and tidy.

I love this place. Great atmosphere, kind of nostalgic music (for me anyways). I always take time out of my week to come and study here. Lectures and a French vanilla, what more do you need 😂 . The staff is always great and accommodating too.

Called in for the first time for lunch while working locally and was unable to purchase my meal. I only had cash on me at the time. Was really disappointed at the time, as I only had a short time with me being self-employed and had to get this project finished that day.

Wow just wow. After working a 12hr shift I was turned away as I'm unable to purchase my food with cash. Well I won't be going to this place again. The staff was really friendly and felt uncomfortable turning me away.

Friendly, caring service. Place really clean and the food delicious with great value. My husband and I had a breakfast for £1 when we bought coffee. He had a large American and i had a small one with a breakfast muffin inc egg, bacon, hash browns and cheese. Really enjoyed it and i am really finicky. Would highly recommend. Totally for the 2 coffee and 2 muffins came to understand £9.

I usually go to this store later at night just for a shake, but today I decided to come earlier to try the food, was amazed by the selection and went with the double bacon cheeseburger, where I went with oat milk for the drink and was asked about the whip cream on top, as I didn't realise and went to remove, which I was glad the staff called it out for me, and the burger that I had was great, much better than other fast food burgers. My sister had a vegan chicken sandwich, which tasted very similar to the meat counterpart, and I was shocked on how similar it tasted. Definitely would come back again food tasted great, yet to try the donuts. -Blake :)

Normally pop in here for the £1 breakfast deal, decided to try the new vegetarian options on the Christmas menu, Ordering was easy, food and drinks all came out hot and exactly as ordered. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Would call in again outside of the normal breakfast run.

I really like Tim Hortons coffee. Some say it’s not great but I disagree. I’ve been quite a few times and you can’t knock the £1 upgrade for a breakfast food item (muffin, wrap etc.) with a hash brown. Staff are ALWAYS very pleasant and polite. Honestly, the best customer service from any fast food establishment.

Every time I order a Veggie Sausage & Egg Muffin Stack which should come with a hash brown on it, they miss it off. Ruins my day every time and I can’t leave a note reminding them because then I seem like the bad guy lol
