Good quality burgers friendly and helpful staff and the Donuts are to die for

It was the first time I went in. My daughter suggested it, it was lovely, enjoyed my burger.

Have frequented this branch for months, and unfortunately the quality of the coffee has gone downhill. More times than not my usual coffee order now just tastes burnt, and on a rare occasion it doesn't! Even when it's been remade it makes no difference, same burnt taste :( won't be coming here anymore because it's just a let down nearly every time now

Visited Sunday 30th June… The staff serving were polite and service was fast , my concern was there was a very young boy running around the place , going behind the counter , touching the doughnuts etc, close to where hot food and drinks were also been made . The child’s parents seemed to work there , possibly manager … but continued to allow their child to run behind the counter touching food! Definitely a health and safety issue right there.. the Child was running round the restaurant where paying customer’s were trying to drink and eat .. both parents sat on the the very back wall, allowing the child to run around.. Definitely won’t be returning … I feel Sure if it was a customer’s child doing the above something would be said , and rightly so.. children and got food and drink making areas don’t Mix … Not a good experience at all for the price of food and drinks .

Staff is always so lovely and accommodating, chicken wrap is delicious along with the cherry cooler! Perfect for the hot weather! Love coming here!

I have been going to Tim Hortons in Crystal Peaks, on and off (working away from the area) for 2 years now. And this is my best Breakfast place to go to and a fairly good selection of items as my dietary requirements are Halaal meat only. Their muffins with egg and cheese with Vegi meat is outstanding, absolutely mad about it. Their tea tastes amazing and I get them to put me some sneaky cream inside it, making my tea taste nice and milky. And a very good atmosphere, always busy, a lot of people DO visit this place. I get very annoyed when I catch people looking down at the staff and being a tad bit racist towards them. It is only a few people like this and that’s a shame because the staff there at Tim Hortons are magnificent, humble and respectful. I have a lot of great things to say about this staff. I have always felt welcomed in that place and always exchanging pleasantries with each other, as it should be. As for their shortcomings, well that’s is up to the bosses at their place to be fair to them (I am sure they are), otherwise the staff have no shortcomings. To all of the staff at Tim Hortons THANK YOU so much for the outstanding service you continue providing me and other very satisfied customers. I am sorry I can remember all of your names but Thank you all. Keep up the great work!

Amazing staff, always welcoming and friendly especially Aman and his team. The food (doughnuts, coffees and lemonades) are my sons and my favourites. Definitely a place to visit. Always spotless. Highly recommended. Can't wait to visit again x

Best customer service thanks nice food and coffee

Great Tim's coffee and Iced Cap although felt like the Iced Cap large was definitely smaller than the Canadian one. Donuts were a trifle stale and the price compared to Canada is way too high for the lack of quality.

Me and my daughter had the triple burger with lattice fries and a shake, both the chocolate shake and the strawberry shake were good, my daughter really liked the burger, for me the burger was... Different... I don't know how to explain it, I'll be back to try another but I'm not sure how I feel about it as yet, certainly not bad but can't decide if it was good, I did wonder for a moment if I'd been given a meat free patty as that's what it reminded me of, the sauce was really nice and plenty of gherkins etc, bun was decent. Daughter wasn't impressed with the lattice fries but I really liked them. Tried some doughnut things after and 10/10 for them.

It's basically a Costa or a Starbucks, but without the genocide support. It's new, clean, bathrooms regularly serviced.
