Shakes are disgusting. Chocolate one tastes so strange, like a cheap chocolate foreign dipping sauce that's almost fruity.. Hard to describe but it certainly isn't chocolaty and creamy like you'd expect it to be. Food is average at best. Donuts are very good though, caramel apple fritter is my favourite.

This is my favourite fast food place, it’s really a relaxed and friendly environment. Today I was served by Kieron and he was an absolute star, couldn’t do enough for us. 10/10 service, he needs a raise:)

No matter the time I have come here, the staff and food/drink have been brilliant. The donuts and timbits are sweet but not overwhelming and my personal favourites in the all day breakfast options do not disappoint. Even when it gets busy and the wait times lengthen (as expected) the staff work well to ensure food is brought out as quickly as possible.

Favourite fast food restaurant, quality is always top, food is always tasty! Good selection of food and menu changes frequently! excellent selection of drinks! Best place in the area! Also a very relaxed and great place to work and study!

Food was fairly decent limited dipping sauce. Asked if we wanted fries, but they didn't sell fries they are more like mini potato waffles, and slightly undercooked. Servers were really nice. Atmosphere was as expected TWYN

My husband and I love it here. Nice atmosphere and quite possibly, have had the best pumpkin spice hot chocolate here. Highly recommended.

My go to place for a coffee / breakfast. Service can sometimes be a little slow but it's always worth the wait.

If you have an allergy, intolerance or preference, I recommend you eat elsewhere. I'm unsure if the staff at Sheffield Crystal Peaks restaurant were being rude, ignorant or are genuinely uneducated on the importance of dietary requirements but it was certainly not taken seriously enough for my liking.

Affordable option with a variety of options for meat eaters and vegetarians - one of the best options for meat-free options, with both the breakfast and main menus having various choices. Service was very fast too

Really delicious food at good prices. I love the apple bear claw doughnut especially, and their meatless chicken burgers taste quite similar to the real thing, which is always a plus for me. The value is great for what you pay for. I would've given a 5 star because of how nice the food is, but my delivery order from here just arrived wet through. The drink (iced caramel macchiato, which is always lovely) hadn't been properly packaged and it had spilt all over everything else in my bag, rendering them virtually inedible because of the sogginess. The driver who delivered said this is happening really often with the Tim Horton meals especially.

Love a visit to Tim Hortons - great food, great drinks and great service every time we’ve visited. The kids love it too esp the Timbits. If you’re thinking of trying it do - you’ll be back.

Love it here. Live a little distance away so don’t get to come as often as I’d like but when we do the food and service is excellent. Highly recommend!

Staff is as good as the food. solid tasteless experience. You can be waiting forever for your food. The coffee is overrated and the soft drinks are warm.

It was the first time I went in. My daughter suggested it, it was lovely, enjoyed my burger.

Have frequented this branch for months, and unfortunately the quality of the coffee has gone downhill. More times than not my usual coffee order now just tastes burnt, and on a rare occasion it doesn't! Even when it's been remade it makes no difference, same burnt taste :( won't be coming here anymore because it's just a let down nearly every time now

Visitado el domingo 30 de junio... El personal que atendía era educado y el servicio era rápido , mi preocupación era que había un niño muy joven corriendo por el lugar , yendo detrás del mostrador , tocando las rosquillas, etc, cerca de donde también se hacía comida y bebidas calientes . Los padres del niño parecían trabajar allí, posiblemente gerente... ¡pero continuaron permitiendo que su hijo corriera detrás del mostrador tocando la comida! Definitivamente un problema de salud y seguridad justo ahí. . el El niño corría por el restaurante donde los clientes que pagaban intentaban beber y comer... Ambos padres se sentaron en la pared trasera, permitiendo que el niño corriera por ahí. . Definitivamente no volveré... me siento Claro que si fuera el hijo de un cliente haciendo lo anterior algo se diría , y con razón . . los niños y las áreas de preparación de alimentos y bebidas no Mezcla... No es una buena experiencia en absoluto por el precio de los alimentos y bebidas.
