Ordered from Uber a rotisserie chicken salad with double chicken, they forgot the chicken… nuff said😂

I came there for lunch after a long day of work just wanting a sandwich but the staff she ignored me I was there for 10 minutes waiting for food but she was keep ignoring me and going to new costumers and I told her that it’s my turn but she absolutely ignored me so I decided to leave Iam not happy at all if I could I would give them zero stars and one star.

This is, without doubt, the worst Subway I have ever visited. I have been eating Subway for years, up and down the country I count on it to consistently provide a decent sandwich at a good price. That is until I made the mistake of visiting this fetid establishment. The opening hours are rubbish, and even then sometimes they're not open when they should be. The coffee machine was broken for ages. Half the time you walk in and there's no one behind the counter - only for someone to begrudgingly appear from the back. Dear Lord, get your act together.

the response from staff when asked for additional sauce was they wont provide additional sauce as its been ran out. Though there wasn't any customer toilet didn't even let a pregnant person to use the toilet should have considered some kind of human factor.. the staff being rude throughout the time..

Enjoyed the evening at Subway. James Tenanty was amazing and good in customer engagement. Bianca was great too. Overall an amazing experience. Would come again :)

Subway. What more is there to say🤷‍♂️. Only negative is they get alot of online orders so you might have to wait up to 5 mins. Also they are sometimes out of certain bread types.

Good food and friendly staff. Always feel a bit overwhelmed with the choice on offer but the staff can make it a bit easier with the right prompts. Toasted bites are nice.

The food was fine (it's a subway so it was going to be) but the service was abysmal. So slow and the guy clearly didn't have a clue. We ordered two sandwiches and must have repeated our order three times each, I'm not sure if the guy was hungover (he looked it and acted like it) but the whole thing took 15 minutes! Not impressed.

Latte very nice but they didn't have my first choice of hot chocolate.

I've been to many Subways in my time but this for me is hands down the most stingy of them all. Regularly out of ingredients, never participating in any offers subway promotes. Fair enough if you want to keep costs down and maximise profit but this will inevitably have an effect on customer satisfaction if it goes too far.

HUNGRY AND ANGRY AS HELL!😡 Since when you can't choose your own salad?! Every single day I get wrap with chosen 3 salad combination!... until today! Been told it comes as it is and can't change anything😧 So half made wrap been thrown in the bin as I said "I don't want it then if you can't choose the salad". WHAT A WASTE OF FOOD! SUBWAY please train your staff as there are customers who can't eat everything you offer. That's why you got SALADS TO CHOOSE FROM I believe🤨 SUBWAY, you are losing your best customer of all times! Do something about it!

Literally the worst subway in the UK. Staff haven't got a clue.

This is the worst subway ever ! Doesn't have the ingredients required to make the correct sandwich. Egg was cold and ketchup was put on the sandwich. Didn't seem as thought the server was bothered. Phoned up to make a complaint and found out the server was supposed to be the shift manager who then promptly informed me that the ketchup was put on due to my friends error. Worst food, service and complaint handling. Avoid at all costs.

I was starving but needed to eat, £5.50 I spent and was still hungry. One of the staff had a menacing glare and stared at me the other was friendly enough but served up a mess of a sandwich. Tasted nice tho.

I have been here 3 times and it was a mistake ever time the place have a funny smell there a lot of flyes also the staff are not verey helpfull when i asked for one sandwich with no cheese on and one sandwich with double cheese why do i sometimes get charged for double cheese sometimes not get charged at all and sometimes get charged double cheese 2 x but tbh i can deal with that but they constent keep letting my food go cold gets anoying

Just went in earlier today-outstanding service from the Sandwich artist.

I would just like to point out that i have tried to go many times to this subway, and the first time i went was at 9:00pm. It was closed, even though it is supposed to be open til 9:30 as specified online and on the door, but i let this slide as it was close to closing time and i didn't want to judge so quick, however today i walked with a friend, in the freezing cold for 20 minutes, and arrived at 8:00pm only to find it once again closed, and this time i decided i would write this review, to either enquire as to why it closes so early, why information about early closing times aren't anywhere, or to just warn anyone who is planning to go to this particular subway at anytime after 7:00pm, as i can only assume it will no doubt close at a random time and leave the individual angry that they came all this way to be disappointed as was i.

Don't go at lunch as the person on the till is slow, however the people prepping the sandwiches are fast meaning your sub will get cold as you wait to pay. Aaron is rude and shouldn't be allowed to work in such a job. He has no respect for his customers and has an angry attitude to work.

Worst subway ever. Constantly out of basic ingredients. Staff need better training. Total waste of a good location. It's like they are trying not to make money.

The food was nice but the staff slow and rather gloomy looking ... The guy doing salads didn't change gloves between money handling and finishing the salad on half prepped subs ...not at all healthy ... Then another guy suddenly appeared with long black pony tail to take over the till but spent most of his time in his mobile phone ... Seating area really dirty and messy not 1 table cleaned around whilst there .... I will give this subway a wide birth in future

I shall write a separate review about this place on TripAdvisor which actually describes the food and the shop itself. I'm here to rant about the online website of this place. Yesterday it was closed, which is perfectly understandable because it was the 27th of December. However, the next day (today), I check the website and it says it's open from 7 - 9:30. So I went back down from Crookes in the freezing cold only to discover that guess what... It's closed! The Open sign at the window doesn't light up as it usually does, and even if it was open but the light was still off, how are people meant to know that it's open?! The websites really need to get it together!

10/10 nachos and good service- need no more

Assistants are very terrible and very unhygienic I've ever seen, they use gloves that touched money! I think they lack commen sense.

visited this subway today 15/01/2014 we ordered a chicken teriyaki without cheese on flat bread the assistant put cheese on and then when she realised she took it off allowing her cloves to touch the chicken filling. She never offered to change the sandwich even though it had now been cross contaminated with dairy produce The same assistant then went on to finish the sandwich by adding the salad without changing her gloves this is cross contamination of the worst kind for food hygiene.
