I ordered a mushroom, cheese toastie. After 20 minutes it still hadn't arrived. I went to ask if I was going to receive it. The waitress went off and coyly said sorry. After another 15 minutes I assume the cook brought it. She said sorry after a prompt and after another prompt explained it was a communication problem between service and kitchen. The food was fine. My issue was I would have expected at least someone to come over and offer me maybe a free drink or at least come and check everything was okay as a minimum.It's not as though it was busy I'm sorry to say there was no communication whatsoever. If the manager is reading this, I'm sorry to say you need to train your staff in some basic customer service, unless it was an off day

£11 for 6 king prawns I ordered 2 of there an they just maxed it out with pineapple and carrot. Delivery driver wouldn’t get out the car to deliver my food to my door.

We love De Fresh! The food is great and reasonably priced and the staff are really friendly. Can't recommend it enough!

Called in for hot/ cold drinks x 3 Only one of us needed to eat. Felt very rushed, plate taken away as soon as I put my fork down. Drink asked to be taken away before I'd finished.. made it very clear that they needed a table. Then asked us to pay at counter which took 10 mins wait!!

Stopped by for a regular lunchtime bite special, and it was spot on! The fish was really good quality and cooked perfectly, with a nice generous portion. The curry sauce was good too – proper delicious! Definitely worth a visit.

Really good pizza's and service but you have to add toppings. Be a bit more generous with toppings and it's 5 stars

Hoy celebramos la fiesta de cumpleaños de mi hija aquí y toda la experiencia fue excelente. Los niños decoraron sombreros de pizza a su llegada y luego se les dio a cada uno una porción de bolas de masa. Después de esto, hicieron pizzas con el chef. Él era excelente - explicando el proceso de hacer pizzas de una manera divertida para los niños de 6 años y realmente involucrar a los niños. Mientras las pizzas se cocinaban, la camarera tocaba sillas musicales con ellos! Después de la pizza, tomaron helado. El personal era atento durante todo el tiempo y los niños dijeron que era la mejor fiesta de cumpleaños que habían estado. Nos gustaría comentar.

Carne de mala calidad, las alas tenían un sabor desagradable y la carne estaba masticable. Venía con verduras salteadas muy aceitosas que hubiera esperado de un chino para llevar. Además, no había hummus ni nada, estaba demasiado seco para comer sin salsa o salsas. Probablemente la peor parrillada mixta estilo lentes que he tenido.

Been ordering from these guys for years. Today the Fries were hard and soft. The garlic bread was hard. The pizza was lovely. Your food use to be amazing. Need to look after your customers and need a new chef!

The worst KFC in captivity. Dry, tasteless and the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. Hot wings, just a load of coating and no taste! Horrific, daylight robbery! 😡

Having studied the local takeaways to see which offered the best food and reviews i chose this place. The garlic bread with cheese arrived with zero cheese. The pepperoni feast with extra salami arrived with no salami. The food was tasteless and bland. £17.55 well spent? No. I complained and was offered a replacement pizza. That arrived 30 minutes later. Disgraceful. No salami and fake pepperoni and cheese, tasteless rubbish. These idiots do not know the meaning of the word Gourmet. Nothing Italian here.
