Vino a almorzar hoy, y estaba muy decepcionado por el personal. Cuando entramos, solo un miembro del personal estaba detrás de la barra y a medida que la cola se hizo más larga (él estaba luchando, pero todavía tranquilo y recogió mucho en su haber) se hizo evidente que los otros miembros del personal eran mucho más felices en la zona de asientos exteriores hablando con sus amigos. Esto es una desgracia. Ningún personal debe quedarse solo haciendo todo el trabajo. Incluso cuando el otro personal volvió, no ayudaron en absoluto y se quedaron al final del bar hablando y cantando. Espero que los tres miembros del personal que dejaron al otro barista para hacer todo él mismo se capaciten sobre cómo apoyar más a su equipo.

Ordered food came within 10mins, thought it was weird, tasted lovely, however 2 hours later we were throwing up violently.
