I was very disappointed with wildcraft cafe today. What has happened to this cafe!!!? I'd been a couple of years ago with my family and we had a great brunch/breakfast which also satisfied the gluten eaters. Went there for Sunday brunch w family today and found there's no breakfast/brunch menu any more, only quiches n sausage rolls heated up in the microwave, or a toastie on offer. Staff told me there was no kitchen staff to be able to cook anymore beyond a toastie! The sausage roll was the only savoury I could eat. Surely they should be aware that many coeliac people cannot tolerate dairy! There are as plenty of cake and cookies but I was looking for brunch! The sausage roll was nice but very dry on it's own, no garnish, no sauces offered or in the table. I was expecting to have it with the 2 small salads I'd ordered, but they didn't arrive for 25 minutes after I'd eaten the sausage roll so I got a second sausage roll to go with the so called salads, and had to make a specific request for tomato sauce to go with it. When I commented on the long wait to the server who brought me the salad, she just shrugged and muttered an embarrassed apology. My son's toastie also took 25-30 minutes and was presented very plainly, no garnish or anything. £7 seemed rather a lot for it and it wasn't enough for a brunch. My salads were supposed to be a small dish of roast potatoes and a small dish of greek salad. What I actually got was one small dish with 3 half cold potatoes, a handful of chickpeas, some old cucumber, a few bits of tomato and olives. I ate it cos I was hungry but mourn the loss of what used to be a great community cafe. It was obvious that the cafe was understaffed. I had some sympathy for the two servers rushing around. It's ok for buying nice gf bread and cake but I'll not bother with the cafe again.

Todavía me ignoraban.

No me gustó nada.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! This was my second visit and neither disappointed. It's rare to find a place that takes gluten free food this seriously and also this delicious. Super friendly staff and a lovely vibe. I had a toastie and a latte, both very tasty. It's a little expensive but I would happily pay for a gorgeous gluten free meal I don't have to worry about. Would recommend to anyone!!

Visited for brunch on a sunny Sunday so I would have expected a busy cafe and lots of choice. There was very little hot food and no breakfast type menu. Furthermore the selection of cakes and bread was about 30% of the offering on previous visits. What's happening? The prices are a little on the expensive side and there looks to be a better coffee shop close by.

Friendly welcome. Good food and good coffee. Beautiful cakes. Lovely artisan breads. Relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for just a coffee and cake or lunch.

Really sweet little place, bakery items were to die for with a really good selection! A little basic inside but lovely calm atmosphere, good selection of flavoured syrups for hot drinks too! Purchased a couple of extra items to take away and were kind enough to box them up nicely for us! Struggled a bit with some of the flavours but could just be because I'm not used to eating gluten free items, would recommend the carrot cake and the red velvet whoopie pie

The food was very average. There was nothing unique or special about the food. The service was substandard. I would definitely avoid this place.

Excellent food and great choice. Suggest you book ahead. For the "top" meals they are between £25 and £30 each. I had a mixed fish dish which was excellent.

We had Sunday lunch and were served by Sam . He was so good at his job and really made us feel welcome, our son is a very fussy eater and Sam couldn't do more to help. Lovely place for family's.

Mrs Bore and I had a salmon and ham sandwich respectively. Both really well prepared on fresh bread though just short of £10 each. The one thing preventing 5 stars is they had outside heaters that nearly singed my hair.
