From the moment I parked in Tesco car park, I knew I was on a 2 hour time limit. The valet parking was all busy that night. I tentatively crept up the council lined bus seat interior recycled carpet. I stepped into the reception. I was met by what can only be described as a man that isn’t allergic to to any breed of pedigree. Credit to the bar. I asked for an exotic blend of Mexican blends. What my lips were christened with was orgasmic. A rum and coke. I think that’s what the locals call it. A foam party in the mouth… guess who’s invited.. yup, the tonsils. RSVP yup back wash. I digest, the food. The bar nuts. Handled by the native local. They not venture out or ls22 or the room tbh. Unless you see deez nuts. (Separate menu available on request.. apparently keh$a on special request 48 hour notice.. apparently) The natural aroma of stale washing compliments the dew on the beef wellington like I’ve never experienced before. Truely never experienced anything like, especially as they won’t return my delicates. 10/10

Pedí una comida para llevar. Una palabra - ¡Increíble! Pedí el pollo Parmigiana y fue hermoso. Suculenta y sabrosa, mi cuchillo se deslizó por el pollo. Mi marido tenía la pizza y nuevamente excepcional. Honestamente puedo recomendar este lugar sin dudarlo. fabuloso.

La comida era muy agradable, buenas porciones bastante caro. £ 4 para chapati! ! £ 6 para naan, sólo pan! ! Luego vinieron los postres. ¡El pedido de Kulfi tuvo una prueba, sorbete! ¿Creen que somos tontos? ¡Los desafiaron y admitieron que se habían quedado sin Kulfi! ¡Qué mejilla! Puede que no regrese.

Great spot. Food was absolutely amazing especially for the price!! The lady at the bar was very friendly too. Will definitely be returning!

Had the pleasure of shooting the amazing wedding of Ross and Kate at The Hovels on New Year's Eve 2024. The weather was a bit stormy to say the least but we made the most of the beautiful and intimate building to capture some lovely wedding photography. The couple stayed at the holiday cottages on site which were stunning and great to photograph the wedded day bridal prep. The staff were very helpful, espoused Josh, who made the whole day as stress free as possible and I was lucky enough to sample the food too. Simply delicious!! Great fish and chips. Cooked to order, so a little wait required but completely worth it. Flaky fish in a crisp batter with tasty chips. Excellent every time.

Este es el segundo hotel del grupo Hand picked en el que he estado con mi esposa y mi perro Bruno para ver cómo sería para los amantes de los perros como nosotros. Fue fantástico desde el primer saludo y llevar el equipaje a la habitación y cómo todo el equipo saludó a nuestro perro y lo incluyó en todas las conversaciones. Tuvimos nuestra propia mesa de comedor en el salón para que Bruno pudiera unirse a nosotros para cada comida y se consintió con salchichas para el desayuno y cualquier otra cosa que quisiera. En la habitación una cama de perro y cuencos fueron proporcionados para él y golosinas estaban disponibles si los hubiéramos querido. La ubicación era increíble, con más de 100 acres de tierra y varios paseos locales. El hotel también recomendó otros lugares para visitar para pasear perros y pequeñas ciudades con tiendas independientes. La comida en el hotel era maravillosa y un montón de elección. Esto para mí es un paraíso para los amantes de los perros para un descanso en el Reino Unido y oh si quieres instalaciones de spa y tratamientos son geniales también. En el siguiente hotel como Handpicked permitirá a los perros quedarse en todos sus hoteles. Debo mencionar a Richard en recepción que fue una fuente de conocimiento y tan cortés, educado y conocedor Gracias a todo el equipo y espero que otros amantes de los perros vengan a probar vuestro hotel

Delicioso pescado fresco con papas fritas. El tipo servía era amable. Batido fabuloso. Visité a mi tía y el té estaba picante. Gran embalaje en cajas de cartón. Buen precio. Muy recomendable. A*
