Arrived after a bad journey full of motorway diversions on Sat 7th Sept for a 2 night break. The staff on reception were extremely pleasant and welcoming and offered us some prosecco which we sipped in the lounge overlooking the garden which made us relax straight away. The hotel and grounds are beautiful the breakfast was particularly good. We also booked an afternoon tea on our first day and relaxed with meals in the bar which again were really good after full days sightseeing. We really couldn't fault the service and attentiveness of the staff without it seeming too pretentious, the rooms were large and catered for everthing and extra touches make it a lovely place to stay we would definitely recommend and will return again hopefully in a few months before Christmas.

Stayed here for the night with hubby when we were visiting friends. Checked in after 3pm having driven from Glasgow. They offered us a glass of sparking wine but declined as we were driving so cuppa tea instead. Check in was fine despite not being told when's breakfast or anything else for that matter. We literally got our tea brought to the room, then went out to meet friends. Came back after ten pm and ordered some drinks. Took them thro to the library but noticed the tables have not been cleaned as yet. Breakfast in the morning was good. It is still a grand hotel, with amazing views but you can tell there are tired places. Our room on the second floor was fine, nothing too special

This is a beautiful hotel in stunning countryside with lovely gardens. The gentleman who was greeting guests and helping with luggage is a real asset to the hotel. First impressions immediately one of being looked after. My initial email enquiry about the booking was answered very quickly and a few requested changes to drinks/ sandwiches were readily accommodated. The afternoon tea was excellent. Lovely soft bread for the sandwiches, warm scones and pastries and beautiful cakes. There were just some missed opportunities- it was my birthday and this had been stated on the initial enquiry but there was nothing done or said to acknowledge that. No one came to check if we wanted more drinks- we had to get up and search for a member of staff to ask for more water and when we asked for more coffee, it didn’t come and we had to ask again. Having said that, the staff were all friendly and helpful and it was a very nice experience.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. I had a pleasant stay. The Service was generally very pleasant and friendly and there were nice touches like a glass of fizzy wine when you arrive. We stayed for the tasting menu and for a dinner on the second night. The food was generally good but the timing of the service of for the tasting menu was unfortunately a bit off-beam, it was a three hour sitting (though it feels very churlish to knock a star off for this). The room was immaculately clean and the bedding comfortable, lots of lovely small touches too. I would return.

This is a fantastic hotel, we stayed in the Chesnut deluxe room which has great views out across the countryside in front of the hotel. Every single member off staff that we interacted with were extremely professional and couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant food was excellent whether it be the breakfast, lunch or evening meal it was all great. Can't praise the hotel and staff enough we had a fantastic visit to Wood Hall. This will be on the revisit list for sure.

The nicest staff I’ve ever met at a hotel! From being met at the door on arrival by a lovely young man who couldn’t do enough for us, carrying our bags, helping with parking, glass of Prosecco, extremely polite and friendly We had a tour of the hotel and were escorted to our room where our bags awaited us Great barman, very friendly, efficient and professional, All the staff were amazing Dinner was perfect, breakfast I couldn’t fault it, there must be a great chef here Quite a quirky set of staff, nice family vibe, nice people, Could do with bottled water in the room rather than a glass bottle filled with tap water and a nice brand of shampoo etc in the bathroom would be nice, but the food and staff are the best I’ve ever had in a hotel so we will definitely be returning

I ate in the lounge with my family this evening. We ordered a pizza, a burger, and bangers and mash. The mayo came out slathered in mayo, which was not listed in the description. I attempted to remove the mayo myself, but it was absolutely everywhere. When I asked the server about the mayo, she went to check with her manager. The manager came out and proceeded to argue with me about the mayo, claiming it was burger sauce that was 100 percent free of mayo. This “burger sauce” clearly has a mayo base, at minimum, but he didn’t seem to care. He did not offer to have a fresh burger made free of his mayo monstrosity. He just walked away. After about 10 minutes he came over and asked if I wanted something else, but the absurd argument had already ruined my meal. This was horrific hospitality, and I suggest anyone that wants to have an enjoyable evening stay far far away from the horrendous customer service here.

On what was our first visit, we discovered that the location and view are understated. Absolutely beautiful Yorkshire surroundings. The staff are all so welcoming and informative. Shout out to Gabby, for speedy and efficient cocktail bar service. We enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere and the meal was not disappointing. Hopeful for a return visit because the view from the drawing room (formally a library) is worth it alone. Made complete with extremely thoughtful touches, from a prosecco on arrival to a gift bag of drinks and fruit on departure.

What a wonderful hotel, tucked away in beautiful countryside. Travelling down the narrow lane to get to this hotel you first of all notice the amazing houses along one side. Arriving at the hotel (early) we decided upon lunch outside. We were given a welcome drink of sparkling wine, which was both unexpected and delicious. Receptionist was a most charming lady who brought the drinks out to us. Lunch options were plentiful. We decided upon a light (starter size) pulled pork tacos along with a side of chips. The tacos were quite frankly the best we’ve ever had, small, beautifully presented and above all tasty. Excellent chips. The room was lovely, very pretty, a great size, with a little sitting area with comfy chairs. Large bathroom. Bed super comfortable. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was good. Kudos to the lovely lady serving breakfast, she was under a great deal of pressure as absolutely everybody decided to come to breakfast at the same time. However she maintained a calm air and still managed to be attentive. We did one of the hotels recommended walks (they have a laminated card giving directions to several walks), which ended up being great fun, the area is beautiful and quite unspoiled. I’d love to come back to this hotel and stay for dinner. When we departed we were presented with a little goodie bag. This contained two delicious green apples, two oaty dark choc bar with coconut and two bottles of water. As it happened we had a long journey with some heavy traffic and the goodie bag ended up being a life saver. Never had a goodie bag before, great idea, loved it. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at Woodhall for our 24th anniversary on Monday 31st July. We had booked a room that allowed us to take our 2 dogs; one of which had just had a serious operation on her leg so was not supposed to use stairs. My wife rang what we assumed was Woodhall ( but now wonder if it went to a central HPH number?) to be absolutely sure we had a ground floor room. She was assured that there ‘were no stairs at all’ and the room was on the ground floor. When we arrived the man on reception ( Richard) was very cold, unwelcoming and condescending on his attitude - I said we had a booking for a ground floor room with our dogs - I was told there were no ground floor rooms (!) so I went to the car with the dogs and my wife who had been assured re the booking went to reception. He was apparently totally unapologetic and rude saying only ‘well madam I don’t know what you want me to say ‘ -my wife was visibly upset and he offered no apology and when asked if there was another way to our room she was bluntly told no! At this point we nearly turned around and left but luckily what we considered your star employee at the venue .Natalie, appeared and did everything she could to make things right - she couldn’t understand how we had been told about the room but showed us an alternative route which was less stressful for our dog who managed to negotiate the stairs. Our room was lovely so no complaints there . We decided to have a snack lunch and I ordered a club sandwich but after some time was given a steak sandwich ( and were the only people in the lounge) luckily Natalie was able to intervene . We then were concerned about our dinner reservation as we had booked the tasting menu but the leaflet in the lounge said it wasn’t available on a Monday- when I queried it I was told we had booked a 3 course meal! Again Natalie intervened and contacted the restaurant who said yes we had booked the tasting menu- by now we were rather hassled as you can imagine- when Natalie found out it was our Anniversary she kindly sent us a complimentary bottle of bubbles. When we arrived for dinner we were ( of course) handed the a la carte menu ! This was eventually sorted and the meal was excellent as were the serving staff. We checked out thankful for Natalie who saved the day ; in fact all the staff bar the receptionist were lovely. My , and your take out from this is that is a clear problem with miscommunication between your central booking and your local hotels and attention to detail needs to be better - it cost us £500 for one night and for that price we expected a perfect stay - which it could have been with the right staff on reception and improved communication throughout . We’ve had no response from HP Hotels of course

Having not visited for some time, I was taken here by my daughter for a formal afternoon tea. On arrival we were asked to wait a short while to enable a wedding party to partially disperse. We were then taken to a dining room set out for afternoon tea. The selection of excellent quality food was sufficient and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive throughout. Additional tea and coffee were readily available. Overall an experience that is worth repeating.

This is a lovely hotel with exceptionally good food. We stayed 4 nights enjoying fantastic breakfasts with loads of choice and evening meals. I would say that it would have been nicer to have just a few more choices on the dinner menus but the quality of each meal was wonderful and we enjoyed it so much. The staff were very helpful, kind and professional, in particular Carrie the receptionist who is a real star. She goes so much more than just her job. Astute and caring we have to single her out, as the hotel is very lucky to have her. The area is lovely and as it was our anniversary, they even did a card and chocolates for us upon arrival. We will definitely go again.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Wood Hall over Christmas. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, welcoming, and helpful. When we first arrived in our rooms, they had left a gift bag for my son with Christmas goodies inside and a tin with Yorkshire treats. On Christmas day, there was a gift left outside for my son and tea and chocolates for the adults. It was such a nice gesture, and completely unexpected. Alex at reception was so professional, patient, and kind. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of keeping our rooms clean and tidy. I enjoyed a few spa experiences while I was there. Our practitioners, Katie, and Olivia were amazing! One of the most relaxing facials and massages that I’ve ever had. I brought a friend with me, and she agreed completely. I’m just so impressed by the thoughtfulness and care from this hotel. They truly made us feel welcomed over the holidays as if we were staying with family. I highly recommend!!

We booked a spa day which included a 50 minute treatment and afternoon tea. The spa had a small swimming pool with around 10 loungers around the sides, a jacuzzi and a steam room. This is not marketed or priced as an ordinary establishment. Rather it is aimed at a particular upmarket segment and charges reflect this aspiration. I had been previously, pre pandemic, for a happy 2 night stay with my wife. I now returned, finding myself on business in the general area and wishing to eschew "business" hotels. The restaurant was, as I remembered and the service was good, the food excellent. Occasional small lapses such as an empty salt cellar on the table were quickly remedied by the young staff member, who was delightful, if clearly not yet confident. But, nothing of any consequence and a thoroughly positive dining experience both at dinner and at breakfast. My concern relates to the cleaning of my room. I did not expect to find multiple cobwebs on the air conditioning unit and in the alcoves of my bedroom. This was a "superior" room, charged at superior prices! The room itself was reasonably clean but clearly no dusting had been undertaken on re-opening post pandemic. I drew the matter to the receptionist's attention at checkout and was rewarded with a questioning look and "sorry bout that - now your bill is....." response. Later I did an online feedback and again mentioned the issue. The Hotel Manager emailed me regretting the issue and telling me that next time I want to visit to feel I may email him directly so he can oversee my booking (this, I think, means make sure this troublemaker's room is checked before he starts looking for cobwebs). No refund. No offer of a future discount. No gift voucher. All the worst features of greedy corporate culture are clearly evident in dealing with, or as I see it NOT dealing with, a customer's legitimate concern. I won't be likely to return and that is more the fault of management and their hopeless, insincere response than it is of housekeeping and their inadequate cleaning of the rooms.

My good lady wife booked us for weekend visit to the hotel. Event was an "indulgence" weekend. Food and plants!. Weekend included tickets for Harrogate Spring Experience plant show and visit to local stately home. However, star of the weekend was the hotel and the fantastic food. We had upgraded our room so ended up with a huge room at the front of the hotel overlooking the Teepee the hotel had used to enable outside gatherings during lock-down. Also very nice view over the lawns. As the food for the weekend was not normal restaurant food I won't do a review of the restaurant. However - the skills of the kitchen team are in no doubt. Evening meals on Friday and saturday, and lunch on Saturaday, were absolutely superb. All staff at the hotel were great - friendly, helpful, welcoming, etc. Covid rules in place at the hotel were very good. Clear one-way systems, lots of hand sanitiser stations, dedicated table in dining room etc etc. Really was very good. Some lovely walks on public paths all around the hotel. Helped work off a little of of the fantastic food.

We enjoyed tea in the well-appointed dining room on a beautiful spring afternoon, with views overlooking wooded hills (somewhat spoiled by a new housing estate). The food was more than plentiful - we had to take a box of cakes away with us - and they made an effort to give me vegetarian fare. The overall experience was diminished a bit by a loud, crude famly who had taken over much of the dining room, but that wasn't the fault of the staff, who were very conscientious.

Outstanding food, beautiful surroundings, good staff, plenty of parking, attractive building, comfortable bed, pleasant room. 1st room was right next to noisy pump room which was going to go on all night, thankfully, the wonderful member of staff at reception found a new room to put us in, though they almost weren't able to which would have meant listening to the pump all night. Behind the t.v, there were cobwebs the size of my hand and there was dust so thick on a glass shelf, we wrote a message for the cleaner(s).

Was booked for an overnight stay here as a birthday treat from my daughter. Rang to postpone due to awful weather conditions and was told, no we would still have to attend on the date booked. This is despite head office sending home their own staff due to the weather! Terrible attitude from the hotel, we weren't asking for a refund, just a postponement. A19 was blocked and advice was to not travel unless absolutely neccessary. In total contrast, Rockliffe Hall in Darlington were absolutely excellent with a friend of mine who wanted to postpone a spa day, there was no problem with them changing it. Calls to the head office of the group, Handpicked Hotels and Wood Hall hotel resulted in total indifference from the customer service team, so that tells me all I need to know about the attitude they have to their guests.

Just back from an amazing overnight stay. My mum and I are definitely looking forward to coming again. We stayed in one of the coach houses which was beautiful throughout. We ate lunch in the drawing room- service was speedy and the food was lovely. The spa is small and there was only 1 changing room in the ladies but this did not bother us- we still enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi. We checked out at 11 and we're able to visit the spa again which was a bonus. Whilst there, we visited the monastery behind the hotel- try and visit if you can. The nuns are very welcoming x

We have just returned from Woodhall hotel & spa,as it was a Christmas present from our daughter &. Son in law,so before I complete my review would like to thank Sarah Adam & Little Isla for our surprise oh and not forgetting Adams mum & Dad for the afternoon tea.Our visit started with a bottle of champers on ice in our room on arrival, which was a welcome surprise, our room was gorgeous, and of a high standard with a nice view of the front gardens, our room was named Cedar so book it if possible,as I know you won't be disappointed. We then had afternoon tea which comprised of savouries, sandwiches,Scones with jam & clotted cream,& a selection of pastries which were home maid & delicious. We then made a visit to the spa which could be accessed through a corridor, there is a pool which although small was adequate,we tried the steam room, which again was great, unfortunately the jacuzzi was closed for a while whilst having maintenance completed, but noticed when we had showered &. changed was ready for use.We had a look round the gardens but the weather wasn't suitable for walking about so decided it was time for a quick Siesta before dinner. We had booked in for 8-30 so went to the residents bar for a quick pre dinner drink, the bar manager was really great, just like all the staff, & managers,we had met,so the owner must be delighted with my comments. The dinner was really great I tried the Scallops for starter, which although expensive but delicious, and Beverly had crab risotto which she said was really tasty, then I ordered the Cod loin whilst she tried the salmon, which again was really tasty,I declined a sweet but Beverly tried the iced salted caramel parfait,& once again she enjoyed her sweet,if honest I am more a savoury fan so was tempted with the cheese board, but couldn't manage it.We had a really nice Italian wine to complement our meal, but generally speaking found the wines rather expensive,& picked the cheapest which was £21 a bottle,as I don't seem to appreciate expensive wines. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast with pretty much everything available,I had eggs benedict with salmon which was cooked to perfection,Beverly had an englisg breakfast & whichever eggs you decide to have they are cooked fresh which is great.I was chatting to a young lady who was from Zimbabwe, and so pleasant, and like all the staff worked very hard,& only happy when we were happy,so well done all at Woodhall hotel, and a quick mention to our waiter from Leeds,he likewise made our stay great,& Nathan who I think was the restaurant manager or general manager, anyway he was very kind & courteous. They couldn't help the weather during our stay,as it was pretty miserable, rain, cold & windy, but I guess you can't have everything. Score 9.5/10 Kilroy was here!!!

We tried the Sunday night DBB break - excellent value.Rooms fitted to a high standard and very clean. Very impressed with all of the food noticeably the venison at dinner, the smoked haddock at breakfast and the fab leaf tea! There is a small but useful spa. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool.Hotel has a lovely ambience which makes you feel at home. We were a bit daunted at check in to run smack into a wedding party but the private residents lounge meant that we were able to escape the chaos. Most bedrooms seem to be well away from the function rooms so no noise problems there.Thoroughly recommend a visit.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. The staff are great - very attentive and friendly. The rooms are super comfortable with thoughtful fittings such as a power point near a mirror - not found very often in hotels and the bathrooms ultra clean with quality fittings - and very good complimentary toiletries. The restaurant is out of this world. Food to remember for a long time and the breakfasts are of the highest standard with a buffet table groaning with unusual and tasty choices.

I appreciate that this hotel has many good reviews but I can only speak as I find. It was a wedding anniversary surprise so to complain about dissatisfaction was difficult. We visited on the 29th December for one night. The reception staff were friendly & commented on it being a special occasion so no excuse really.Pros:- friendly staff, beautiful setting, grand hotel, comfortable bed . Good breakfast.Cons: room in courtyard (avoid!) necessitating walk outside to access hotel - not good in inclement weather, uncomfortable pillows, horrible toilet brush!! Needs money to be spent to bring it up to the standard it could be.Meal was fairly average but served by lovely staff.Would I visit again? Probably not.

Stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is set in a beautiful location with lovely views over farmland. The room was very comfortable and spacious although rather dark as there were a lot of trees directly outside. The service was excellent, staff very attentive and friendly. The swimming pool, gym and spa were all very good, gym was well equipped for a small gym. Had a massage and facial, enjoyed both. The restaurant was excellent, expensive so we only ate there one evening but the food and service were faultless. Had room service on another evening which was also good. Breakfasts were good but nothing special.

Obviously as a wedding venue they are very busy at weekends. However they did reserve the drawing room for DBB guests. Customer service was exceptional and Gethin and Noel and Jessica (I think) on reception were brilliant all with their own styles. Dining experience was superb with canapés on the first night and a variety of breads. Starters, mains and choice of desserts were all superb and the chef must be applauded for a fine dining experience. Avoid weekends if you want peace and quiet.

We stayed here as a relaxing break in August. We paid £230 for the room and so were expecting a very luxurious room. The room was nicely decorated and modern but definitely not worth the money, we were rather disappointed! Our room was joined onto the hotel. Would have paid just £100 for the room... Not £230!! The bathroom was not as clean as I would have anticipated either... We are in the restaurant and the food was ok... Atmosphere was lovely...not the best choice of dishes...

Wood Hall, the hotel itself is excellent! The restaurant, in my experience, falls some way short of expectations. They are clearly positioning the restaurant at the very high end - dishes are complex, portion size is small and its all very haut cuisine! Sadly - it doesn't work. My party had the oxtail ravioli as a starter. It arrived warm, not hot. There was one ravioli per person: the pasta was tough, the dish was dry, the "pan jus" which I though would be like an Italian brodo was actually just a few tiny smears. I then had the lamb Wellington: again it arrived tepid. It comprised two fairly small pieces of lamb fillet wrapped in pastry. The lamb was OK, but cool pink lamp is not particularly pleasant, the pastry was leathery. It was accompanied by two tiny carrots, a teaspoonful of spinach and some potato. It was all very dry and lacking the "zing" of real fresh flavours (my home grown and home cooked carrots taste so much better!). My colleagues had the Pheasant: they were equally unimpressed. Still hungry, I had at £6 one slice of Cornish yarg (the only cheese on offer!!).OK, this is just my opinion (but supported by colleagues) but Wood Hall would do much better if they tried a little less hard to be so fancy! I get better food at half the price in a really good gastro pub. I would stay at the hotel again but I wouldn't bother eating at the restaurant.Mark-up on wines is a bit steep: they list Dinastia vivanco 2009 for £40: I recently bought a case at around £10 a bottle: x4 mark-up??? Come on guys!

Boxing Day lunch is a bit of a family ritual so we're reasonably demanding and this was our first visit to Wood Hall. Three of us walked, excellent to burn yesterday's calories and to work up an appetite. The final km or so gave us a good view of the hotel across classic Yorkshire countryside. The welcome was perhaps unimpressive: slow, hesitant and lacking in confidence. However once we got into the restaurant it was mainly positive: excellent service and generally good food. I would grumble about the poached salmon starter which was a tad over-cooked but the slow roast shoulder of lamb was excellent. But the wine list was classic: over-priced and dumbed down. If there was a TripAdvisor rating between Average and Very Good it would get it but it doesn't deserve and Average so despite the negatives it's Very Good. Would like it to improve before I go back.

First time to Wood Hall, the setting is lovely, albeit you drive down 2miles of a single track lane to get there. We had Sunday lunch. 1st mistake, no Campari, for a top hotel, not good. 2nd mistake serving a G&T with no lemon, can understand if we said no lemon, but come on, any self respecting bar person, knows G&T served with lemon or lime. 3rd mistake, had to ask for the wine list then wine did not arrive till after we had been served our starters. Food, we had was good, although pan fried Salmon, should have crispy skin, not flabby !, but other than that the food was lovely. Wine prices are very pricey £36 for a Pinot Grigio, over priced by about £15,

Visited Wood Hall on a dinner, bed and breakfast deal booked on the internet. I was disappointed with the food. Firstly I thought 'nouvelle cuisine' (as in 'very small portions') was old fashioned now. Don't get me wrong, it was beautifully presented, and the service was excellent, but somehow they seemed to be trying so hard to be a posh hotel that the quality of the food suffered. We only had a choice of 3 main courses on our 'deal', (which was mentioned several times by the staff as if reminding us we were in the cheap seats) and the only one I liked was the beef. Unfortunately I got a very fatty (small) piece of beef, so I couldn't eat it as I don't like fatty meat. I did tell the waiter but he just said 'I'll have a word with the chef' but nothing more was said or done about it.To make things worse, when we went down to breakfast the next morning we ordered a full English breakfast, to be told 'sorry we've run out of bacon'. What? That's like having a roast dinner without the roast! We were offered an extra (small) sausage to compensate but it wasn't the same....... there was supposed to be baked beans included too, but there wasn't a bean in sight on either of our plates. Maybe they'd run out of those too but just forgot to mention it. The service was so slow they could have nipped down into Wetherby and bought the missing ingredients from Morrisons - who'd know? There's no use in trying to impress your guests by telling them all the produce is 5 star organic, locally sourced etc. etc. if you don't have any to give them.Apart from that, the hotel itself is in a beautiful setting and worth a visit, but I wouldn't go there just for a meal. You can get much cheaper, more plentiful and better quality food at many nearby restaurants and pubs.

We visited this restaurant for dinner on Friday. The welcome was very good. The menu somewhat restricted was expensive compared to other 4star establishments.Starter which consisted of 2 scallops in a pea sauce £18. Main courses equally as expensive. It was obvious that we were the only non residents in the restuarant. The quality of the food was good and service also. Does not compare to other quality resataurants such as Middlethorpe Hall.

There were 10 of us for afternoon tea and they put us in a pleasent room over looking the beautiful view. It was a little dingy and could have done with better lighting.I had my 8 month old baby and asked for a high chair. The waitress brought one in and said it had been stored in the shed so it was freezing being November. She put some napkins on it so it wasn't too cold for my daughter. The fastener on the straps had broken so was just tied in a knot. She slipped about in it cause of the napkins and I couldn't tighten her in as the strap was broken. In the end I just removed the napkins so she was sat in a freezing cold woodern highchair. The waitress got all the tea's mixed up and some people did and some didn't have tea spoons. I would have expected better from this type of quality hotel. The afternoon tea was nice and I can't really fault that. The price was good at £16.50 a head which was cheaper than other country hotels I had looked at. All in all we had a pleasent afternoon but the service could have been better.

Nothing was too much trouble here at Wood Hall. It`s a red 4 star property with a 2 rosette fine diner. We stayed 2 nights, with breakfast and a meal in the restaurant. We booked on line and everything was just perfect. The meal was fantastic, I had saddle of rabbit with langostine, cooked perfectly, presented well without too much bling to clutter. For mains the Pidgeon, the puree of bean was a deft touch. Much care was taken and was well rested. Good cooking here.Lady had the Scallops with set Cauli. The scallops sealed well, the cauli was creamy and balanced with seasoning. She had the rib eye for mains, cooked a perfect medium and caramelised like a rib eye should. The hand cut chips the biggest I`ve seen where crisp and fluffy. We shared a jaffa mille fuelle with coffee`s. Excellent. You run a tight ship guys. Thank you. x

We called in around 5 pm on Wednesday 10th July. It was the evening of the semi-final match between England and Nederlands. It was busy!!! We were ushered into the dining room and served promptly by two very organised and lovely waitresses. The locals were having fun and the atmosphere was great. The food arrived and it was delicious. So beautifully cooked and served. All homemade. We have told all our friends how great this place is and are returning with friends in the next couple of weeks. The chef Colin is talented and places like this are hard to find. We just called in for the first time, but it won't be the last!
