Lost and Found (Leeds) in Leeds

As a regular at Lost & Found bar on Greek Street, I’ve always appreciated the relaxed and classy atmosphere, and a big part of that is down to the professionalism of the staff—especially the security team. One bouncer in particular consistently stands out who I understand is the head bouncer at the venue; I heard another member of staff call him Uni. He’s always calm, respectful, friendly and has a reassuring presence. In all the times I’ve visited, I’ve never once encountered any trouble. However, on my visit last night, there was a noticeable disruption caused by individuals who were clearly not there to enjoy the venue in the same spirit as everyone else. I believe these individuals were part of the travelling community. My friend and I felt crowded and intimidated by the size of this particular group and were unable to dance comfortably on the dance floor. Despite this, the situation was handled swiftly and discreetly by the security team on duty, particularly the head bouncer. He diffused the issue with the utmost professionalism—firm but fair—and ensured the rest of us could continue enjoying our evening safely and without drama. It really reinforced how valuable he is to the bar. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the way he consistently maintains a welcoming and secure environment. He’s a credit to the venue.

We hosted our corporate event at Lost and Found. Staff were simply amazing, everything we needed was catered for and we were able to make a customised package to suit our needs. Food was excellent and everything was bang on time. My team enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails after the event too. We will be back again I'm sure.

We arrived on time and were sat at our table. No one came to take our drink orders for 15 minutes. The young girl finally came and we asked her how long the food would be and she said they had a large hen do just arrive(which we saw 15 minutes after us) and our food would take a while. The table to the side of us said they got there order completely wrong and were bring their food out bit by bit. So we left never to return

Had a terrible experience for my friend’s birthday celebration on Friday. Booked a bottomless brunch for 2pm and didn’t get a drink for at least 45 minutes. The food was awful. I sent my first meal back as the eggs were stone cold and completely solid. The second attempt was no better in that the toast had never seen a toaster, mushy avocado with no flavour and the same cold, solid poached eggs. Upon speaking to the server, he merely shrugged his shoulders at me. About half through the brunch a new member of staff came in duty, Jared I believe, who I have to say was excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. I was utterly disappointed for my best friend as this was not the experience we were expecting. As a booking for 12 people, the amount of money we spent did not match the experience we had.

We had to wait an hour for the first drinks to arrive. When the food came, half of it was cold. When the issue was brought up to the staff, they just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. In the end we suggested they just put a few bottles of Prosseco and mixers on the table for us to sort out. The staff did this but took for us to suggest. Won't be going back at all.

Had a great meal at Lost and Found in Leeds, I had the goats cheese pizza which was excellent. Most of the group enjoyed their meal too but vegetarian in the group thought the food could have arrived warmer. We were served by Alannah who was great, she was very knowledgeable on the menu and got us a deal on the wine the girls were drinking There was no pressure to rush through the meal and we stayed quite a while although it was a quiet Friday lunchtime.

Came for bottomless brunch! Had the best time ever, Conner was the absolute best and took care of my party, he needs to get promoted asap he’s the best.

Everything was excellent especially the service by Alannah.. she was very efficient. I was only little surprised by how “hospitality rewards” discounted wasn’t accepted here but only shows in the app.

We arrived (4 adults) at 6pm on Saturday it was very busy in the bar area but our table was ready, The Manager made sure we were happy with our table and was very apologetic about how busy it was, but we didn't mind as it added to the atmosphere. We ordered some small plates and some burgers. A couple of small plates were only just warm but still edible. We had cocktails too which were great. The Manager continued to apologise for the busyness, and offered to discount our bill, my husband mentioned the warm food and that it was our son's birthday and she added more discount and a free shot of tequila to the birthday boy!! We had a brilliant time and we would definitely return.

We went for a bottomless brunch for my partner's Birthday and Fabio was such an accommodating host. The drinks where great, would recommend if you are in Leeds.

Visited Saturday lunch time a group of 6 friends celebrating a special birthday. Good location, clean and bright environment, dance music playing and well staffed. Before our food arrived (2pm) the music volume was increased significantly making conversation difficult so when our server arrived we asked if it could go back to previous level. The young lady went to ask and relayed to us that no, it was not possible even though we were struggling to make conversation. Had we not been out as a group celebrating I would have most definitely left at that point as sitting for over an hour struggling to speak around a small table whilst spending a fair amount of money was not a great start to our day out. For anyone wanting a relaxed social lunch I'd definitely think twice.

I came for food and drinks and it was an lovely experience, all thanks to the incredible Matilda who looked after us all night.

Best place EVER. Our server Matilda gave me the heimlich maneuver when I was choking and saved my life. She then gave me the best therapy session ever afterwards that cured my new found depression. I feel like a new person from my experience here, would definitely come back again, if not for the lovely food but also the amazing Matilda (of which I will name my first born after) xx

WAY OVERPRICED. Came for bottomless brunch. Stood at bar for ages and everyone walked past us. Had to ask 3 times to be seated. Same thing at table; consistently ignored. Waitresses looked us dead in the eyes then turned around and walked off. Took 20 mins to get started on drinks. Food was poor and my veg friend was disappointed with her options. And to be fair it was all breakfast food. The menu should change after 1pm for more lunch/dinner vibes. Pancakes were ass. Friends avocado egg toast was unseasoned. Veg friend was charged £3 extra for 3 pieces of plain cold waffle. Drinks fine obviously. Prosecco is prosecco. Music waaay too loud. Couldnt hear ANYTHING, had to go outside.
