Incredible service from start to finish. The support with our recent event from the staff, particularly Jay, Storm and Charlie was fantastic, overall the day was a success, their contribution played an important part in ensuring everything ran smoothly. It took approx 12 mins to be greeted and seated as it was clearly understaffed. Crispy squid was not crispy, it was soggy. Bernaise sauce was hot mayonnaise, no salt and pepper on the table ( and no waiters to ask as understaffed) sea bass was flabby, it should have a crisp skin, new potatoes were undercooked. Confit tomato was just a cooked and peeled tomato, and the roasted onion was served in its skin which was very unappealing.

Lovely drinks service, food was great - the salmon waffle could have had more salmon and crème fraiche but was still lovely. Hugo was a lovely server and very attentive. Would come again.

MIA IS AN ANGEL! we came for a 30th birthday brunch at 3pm, all of us a little jolly already by this point, but Mia was such an angel for putting up with our loudness. She kept the drinks flowing and even got the birthday girl a free cocktail. Good food, good atmosphere. Would recommend. 😁

I had lunch here today with several friends and I wasn't disappointed. It wasn't my first visit, the staff were very busy but it didn’t affect our service. They were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the manager who comes from the Midlands like me 😊 Very tasty food, I recommend the cheesecake 😋 Looking forward to our next visit in November!

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, service was excellent, as were the food and drinks. I know quite a few of the people in our group are planning to book in for another bottomless brunch here soon.

We hired a room for a baby shower. The communications prior to the day were great and I was regularly in touch with the girl who booked it for us. When we arrived nobody greeted us or really helped us bring things upstairs. We had a baby in a pram and lots of bags. The afternoon tea was poor. I had confirmed the order multiple times including 2 x vegetarian options however I was told this wasn’t the case and they hadn’t been ordered. There wasn’t enough food on the plates, some had 2 rolls each and others only had 1. The scones were completely burnt, I complained and was told they’d bring more out. They didn’t appear. I can only presume it was the manager on the day, a man with mousy hair. He had very poor people skills and was rude and unhelpful. Once we’d arrived I was told we needed to be out in less than 2 hours. This barely gave us enough time to eat, play games and open presents. We were told we could move down to an area in the bar however we were just left hanging about in the corridors. When we queried the bill (we’d been charged for an extra afternoon tea despite confirming numbers on the day as previously arranged) I was told this wasn’t policy and the lady who’d booked it in for us had got it wrong. I was made to feel this was my fault and I should know their policies! All in all a poor experience, poor customer service, poor afternoon tea. 100% would not recommend!

Drinks too a while to arrive, food was very tasteless and average, would not recommend to anyone or return. Many better places in Leeds to go.

I’ll start with a positive, the food was delicious. That for me was the end of the good experience. The service was abysmal, I wouldn’t mind if it was busy but it was 6pm on a Saturday, and the restaurant only had a few tables in, most of which were simply drinking, therefore it was very quiet and service should have been much better for this reason alone. Our initial drinks and food order were taken in an acceptable amount of time. However upon finishing our mains, it took around 25/30 mins for our plates to be cleared upon finishing our meals. This was only when another member of staff told our waitress to clear the plates! We had always intended on ordering dessert, however when our plates were cleared we asked for menus, which were promptly given to us and we were told ‘I’ll be back in a couple of minutes to take your order’ …. We timed this and it actually took 25 minutes for another waitress to come over and ask if we wanted anything else. All waiting staff were preparing tables for bookings which were coming up and completely ignoring us, like I said, the restaurant was very quiet and all attention was being paid to setting up tables. After waiting 25 mins we were no longer wanting to spend anymore money or time here. This booking was for a celebration and I came away from this restaurant feeling completely deflated and wishing we had gone elsewhere. I have had much better service in cheaper, less fine establishments, and this completely ruined my first impression of this restaurant entirely.

Me and my friend had good time at lost and found yesterday. Nice atmosphere and good food. Our waitress Masha was polite and friendly.

Absolutely stunning interior and wonderful cocktails! I recommend stopping by and trying the cocktails and exploring the rococo and neoclassical decorative style. One recommendation I have for this beautiful place is matching the outside seating area to complement the interior design! 10/10 recommend!

Slow service. Told 1hr 40mins after ordering food that those dishes were not available and to order something else. Then we agreed for inconvenience that we would not have to pay for those dishes which turned out not to be the case, they were on the bill. When questioned we were told they had no clue what we were talking about. Constantly reminded by staff that a wedding was also being hosted forgetting we were paying customers too. Attitude of staff was poor. Overall experience was poor, wont be returning.

Recently hired the Boardroom and Secret Bar for daytime meetings with key customers. The venue, location and team were great. Jay the Events Team Manager was veryhelpful and the communications in the run up to the event were seamless and efficient! Would recommend for meetings.

Brought my daughter for her 16th birthday , half of the group sent their food back was not cooked how we asked , also had a horrible smell , drink were poorly made

It was quite at 1pm on a sun but the service was amazing Marsha was such an amazing server and she made sure our food was topped up. I have a dairy intolerance which made me food experience even better. Everything was tailored to our experience and I would def come back!! The vegan breast was filling and tasty!!!

Guparas is an exceptional cocktail maker. The drinks were gorgeous…we were dubious about the green machine but it is fab! And possibly the best Bloody Mary’s in the North - thank you Guparas!

Appauling from start to finish Staff not ready for service to start Tables sticky Long wait to be served Waitress took order without a pad and then got things wrong! Missing bread, wrong sauce with calamari Chewy calamari Roasted butternut and quinoa salad had 5 pieces of squash absolutely tiny! And was incredibly oily Toilets dirty and stank Hand dry towels at other side to sink! No one clearly uses them Toilet doors missing locks Then bill was wrong! Discharged for kids drinks No apologie! Just terrible

I visited yesterday with my Grandaughters, one has just secured a place at University and the other has just secured a placement in London. We were served by Fabio and had fabulous Mojitos and Pina Colada’s. Great service, relaxed atmosphere and brilliant cocktails.
