Appauling from start to finish Staff not ready for service to start Tables sticky Long wait to be served Waitress took order without a pad and then got things wrong! Missing bread, wrong sauce with calamari Chewy calamari Roasted butternut and quinoa salad had 5 pieces of squash absolutely tiny! And was incredibly oily Toilets dirty and stank Hand dry towels at other side to sink! No one clearly uses them Toilet doors missing locks Then bill was wrong! Discharged for kids drinks No apologie! Just terrible

I visited yesterday with my Grandaughters, one has just secured a place at University and the other has just secured a placement in London. We were served by Fabio and had fabulous Mojitos and Pina Colada’s. Great service, relaxed atmosphere and brilliant cocktails.

Would not return for bottomless brunch here.. had about 6 drinks in 2 hours, at one point we hadn’t been offered a drink in about 40 minutes. They also didn’t ask what drinks we wanted they just brought the same one we originally ordered over to the table? Half way through they ran out of a few of the drink options too and when there’s only a handful you can choose from this limits you. The food wasn’t anything to rave about either.

Amazing place to eat, super friendly staff, gorgeous food, lovely setting, we’ll definitely go again.

Popped in for lunch. Winnie was very attentive even though it was busy!

We booked our engagement party in the secret bar. We had 70 people for the evening. Throughout the whole process the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. We pre ordered drinks and had the pizza buffet with chips and salad. Everyone was raving about the pizza! We booked a DJ via the venue who asked us for song choices, the music was exactly to our taste. Thank you so much to Beka and Storm for looking after us all evening.

I organised a hen do for 13 of us on Saturday at 4pm. Prior to arriving, the management system for preorders was easy to navigate and where there were issues, the staff were very helpful. However on the day, even though the staff were friendly, we felt the service was lacking. First, we were not told when our table was ready and it was difficult to get clear answers to my questions. As two members of our party were delayed, I tried to see if we could push the booking back by 15 mins and continue to have the 2 hours. I was told that if we don't arrive 20mins after the booking time then we would lose our booking. This was odd as it didn't answer my question and the majority of us had already arrived. I asked more specifically if we could have the full 2 hours and it felt like only when I persisted in asking did I get told we would only have it to 6 exactly. This felt needlessly difficult. Next, it took 20 minutes for anyone to come to us at the table (we didn't even get given the drinks menu) and it felt we only got served because the member of staff we asked to serve us turned out to be a manager. They did get more attentive at this point, although a member of staff did drop drinks over one of our party (accidents do happen, but on top of everything else it wasn't great). It is of note that because of this accident, we did get extra time at our table. Third, despite that we prepayed, we were given a bill for over £400 that we were told we had to pay. It was only again when we found the manager that we were believed, and then we had to wait around for it to get sorted. I did eventually ask if we could leave and I was told we could, but obviously this was quite stressful. Overall, the decor, food, drink and atmosphere are lovely and because of the company, we did have a great time. However, as so many things went wrong, it wasn't a great experience.

Came in for a drink on Sunday afternoon. The bar was barely busy but the bar took us 15-20 mins to get served. The cocktails were nowhere near as elaborate as on the menu and tables very sticky. Overall would not return. PS, according to prior reviews, wish we had Hugo haha.

I booked a bottomless brunch for 1pm on Monday 15th July for our wedding anniversary the bar was quiet nevertheless we were ignored by the bar staff for almost ten minutes while they got other customers drinks wrong then proceeded to serve someone who had just walked up to the bar I spoke up got ignored so we turned our backs and left. We then had a fantastic brunch at “cosy club” just over the road where the food drinks and service were impeccable I fully recommend

Came for brunch at 4pm. The staff are incredible. Well done to the customer service training. Very attentive, polite, smile on their face. Nothing is too much. We were surprised with a special cocktail for my friends bday. Shame we didn’t know the lovey young man who served us as he was top notch! Lovely memorable touch. Will def, come again and will recommend. Good section of drinks. I wished that the food portions are bigger. Thank you and well done.

Food was terrible, about a spoon full of salmon with an entire cold waffle? Service was great, all the staff are attentive and drinks offering is good.

Overall really disappointing bottomless brunch. The food was enjoyable but the service was extremely poor. We ended up clearing up the table ourselves at one point, and had to flag servers down several times to order more drinks as they walked past us without acknowledgement multiple times. I understand that they were busy, but even when the bar had quietened down, we felt like we were completely ignored.

Nipped in on a Sunday for a beer and a Bloody Mary. Was great to hide under an indoor tree like a pixie. It was quite early but bet its magical at night with a larger buzz. Bubbles in my beer which has been rare recently. My lady couldn't even taste the vodka with such a well crafted Mary. Bar guy was on it. So come in my friends and feel the outdoors inside while keeping out of the elements. Bring class to your lass.

second time here, this time dor afternoon tea. Brilliant staff, loved the afternoon tea! Tbf my first time experience with the restaurant which was a year ago wasn’t great…a Friend suggested the aftenoon tea there and I thought to hive it a shot again.. Didn’t grt disappointed .seems they have taken the feedbacks positively from last time. :)

Visited as part of a group for bottomless brunch. Drinks menu and service was perfect - we never had to ask for a refill or felt like we were left waiting. Food was great. Overall would highly recommend.

Bottomless brunch for 14 of us for a hen party. Drinks were excellent quality, food arrived promptly, staff super friendly. The only area for improvement was we had to ask for drinks a few times before they arrived and often when they did show up drinks were missing. This meant people could be waiting a while for their next drink

Mia was our server and she was amazing!! So polite and constantly topping our drinks up!

Went for a celebration brunch with some friends I had not seen in a while. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. HOWEVER the service we received from Winnie was absolutely exemplary. Everything we wanted she on it. She was genuinely incredible, so lovely, so personable and she genuinely made our experience. Would only go back if I was going to be served by her!

Went to the lost and found club in Leeds today for bottomless brunch and we had a fantastic experience. The drinks were the best I’ve had from a bottomless brunch experience and the food was excellent. Marysia was our server and she was great, always making sure we had a drink in hand. We are looking forward to returning again soon!

Not being from Leeds we hadn't realised that your food is more up market than we had expected so when the food arrived it was a little outside our expectations. I ordered a fish finger sandwich so I was a little surprised to be served battered fish goujons on toast. Despite not being a sandwich, the food was delicious particularly the triple cooked chips. We were glad to have ordered sides with our meal as without them it would have been a bit lacking. Service was a tad slow, especially for a Monday afternoon and our drinks arrived after our food which took about 20 minutes to arrive. All of the team we spoke to were great, and the chap who appeared to be the manger recognised the slow service and tried to make it right. Whilst it wasn't quite what we were expecting I would have no hesitation in coming back again.

3 of us on the brunch and unlimited bubbles. Two of the dishes didn't have half of the ingredients that were on the menu. Side dressing that was on the menu didn't arrive. Breakfast didn't have the sourdough toast ( which it did say on the menu) strawberry fizz cocktails didn't taste like there was any alcoholic content. Plus size service was good. £105....not good value...won't be returning.

I’ve come to Lost & Found for a networking event and had a really good time. The venue itself is really nice and vibrant, perfect for this type of events. A special thanks to the host Angel, who was very attentive and helpful, ensuring the guests satisfaction.

We came in for a date night meal last Friday, the 31st of May and I have to say it was absolutely awful, there were only 2 staff working, we followed a sign to where the restaurant was and the lady working told us to go stand at the host booth. We did as she said, and waited for 10 minutes but nobody showed up to seat us, eventually we went to the bar and the kind barman who was rushed off his feet due to the lack of staff seated us in the bar instead of the restaurant, the tables were not set, he gave us menus and then had to go deal with an influx of customers. We sat there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and set the table and nobody came, so eventually we left. We were thoroughly disappointed as this was supposed to be a nice date night, I will not be returning.

We went to celebrate a friend’s engagement for an early dinner at 6 in the evening. The restaurant was relatively empty with two tables plus us. Despite this, the service was very slow, the food took more than an hour to arrive, and the food itself was not as expected. For instance, one of the orders was a medium well steak that came very well done to the point of it being dry and hard. We were told the food would be late almost an hour in but offered nothing as a courtesy, and our bill included a service charge. I wouldn’t recommend for a dinner.

I had made an online reservation however our table was not ready upon arrival. The young lady on reception was very apologetic and went to lay a table straight away. Dinner (seabass and assorted vegetables) was delicious as were the cocktails / mocktails. Unfortunately, for the last 30minutes (7-7.30pm) NO STAFF were around, apart from one barman. We waited to see some waiting staff / managers but no-one. We eventually went to the bar to pay our bill. The barman should not have been alone during peak times! Great food and drinks, ambience and interior but I felt sorry for the barman working alone. (This was not for a short time - over 30mins). Ladies toilets are rather bizarre and quirky!

We had a corporate celebration held in the Secret Room at the back of the venue which was the best setting and size for what we needed. All the staff were helpful and friendly too!

If I could give a 100 stars it still wouldn’t be enough. We had our wedding here because we loved the decor and vibe but what really made the day was the utterly fabulous staff. Nothing was any trouble and they all went out of their way to make a truly magical and memorable experience.

Just been for a bottomless brunch with the family. Lovely girl who served us. Food not great a few of us had the halloumi cheese flat bread. 3 wafer and I mean wafer thin slices of halloumi a scraping of tomato relish and a minute scraping of crème fraiche. We all left the dry flat bread. Was this because it was on bottomless brunch menu? Also cocktails offered on brunch menu were not on normal drinks menu ?? So obviously cheaper ones. 2 of our party were not drinking alcohol and were told they did a special non acholic menu- there was 1 drink to choose from ! Won’t be returning @ £35 per head, been to much better that actually offer good quality drinks and food. Sorry.

Visit regularly,usually lovely food and great staff. Today took 55 minutes for the food for 3 of us, no explanations. The food was horrendous, dry,tastless. Feel awful saying this but staff were terrible too with no interest, could not get their attention and restaurant was not busy. A different member of staff came in, we asked for the bill,he could see that we had left most of our meal,informed him that it was awful, he apologised and said next time we go in,he would try and do something. We won't be going in again! Such a shame as we used to love it. Went straight over to pret for coffees and cake. So disappointed.

We held a meeting here for 30 people in the secret bar and the service from Chloe and the team was exceptional. Large meetings with pre-orders are never easy but the team worked well together and made it an enjoyable evening. Thank you once again Dan

We had our wedding reception here. The room was decorated to perfection. Angel did a great job and between herself and her colleague, served around 30 of us. They were quick and attentive to our needs and friendly to everyone throughout the day. Top notch service, thank you.
