Lovely service from G and food from the chef. Scone is exceptionally buttery. Well serviced even they're kinda understaffed. Definitely would come back again!!

The food was expensive for the quality of it. Both steaks were VERY poor quality, asked for both to be medium… one turned up barely rare and the other closer to well done. The staff didn’t seem happy and one member of staff had a terrible cough and not once covered her mouth.

Came for brunch at 4pm. The staff are incredible. Well done to the customer service training. Very attentive, polite, smile on their face. Nothing is too much. We were surprised with a special cocktail for my friends bday. Shame we didn’t know the lovey young man who served us as he was top notch! Lovely memorable touch. Will def, come again and will recommend. Good section of drinks. I wished that the food portions are bigger. Thank you and well done. Thanks Hugo awesome as always!

Food was good, no real issues, drink service was painfully slow and not accurate, we had to chase several drinks, one person in a bar where upwards of 60 people were seating on various tables wasnt enough. The end result being you probably costs yourselves circa £500 to £1000 of drinks orders from us alone

We recently had our works Christmas meal at Lost & Found in their private dining room upstairs, and our party were very happy with the great service from Mia and the team all evening. The staff were all very friendly, professional and did an excellent job in making sure we were well looked after, very glad we booked to visit Lost & Found for Christmas. The food was also excellent, everyone enjoyed the meals the chefs worked hard to prepare, no problems at all, would definitely recommend for a great night out.

we came for our Christmas dinner here, we were only a small table, the service was excellent. It was a family reunion for our daughter who moved to Australia so it was a special day. The food was amazing, for the price too, you definitely get your moneys worth. Chloe the host was very bubbly and showed us to our table, our waitress Tia was also amazing, very attentive. Could not have asked for a better reunion, so thank you so much!

Chloe hosted our Brunch, she was very eager to get us drunk! We had plenty of drinks flowing, and the service was also amazing. I ordered the Halloumi flatbread and this was so tasty! The portion size was pretty decent too!

A few tables were booked for our work Christmas do on 12th Dec 2024. We went upstairs, meals were pre-ordered so you would expect them to arrive on time. This wasn’t the case, we had to wait until all meals arrive. The starter, salmon, was fine. The main: beef was the worst beef I’ve had in my entire life. It was overcooked, floating in mushroom sauce, too much sauce for a tiny piece pf meat. The mash potato was full of lumps. I couldn’t eat the beef as I couldn’t cut through it at all. So, left starving, thought I should be fine when the cheesecake arrives. The cheesecake came straight out of freezer. Lowest quality, frozen cheesecake from Aldi/Lidl/you name it. Outrageous! My colleague’s seabass was covered with canned tomato. How could you charge people for this?! This was my first time in this restaurant and the last time for sure.

Possibly the worst Christmas dining experience I’ve ever had. Food was abysmal, the roast beef had been torched to within an inch of its life. Roast potatoes were still hard and the stuffing was dry and cold. After our meal we went downstairs to an empty bar area where it took 10 minutes to find a member of staff. He was extremely rude, argumentative and flippant on a number of occasions. Took 30 minutes to make 5 drinks - 2 of which were water and the other a can of fizzy pop. The bar server clearly did not want to serve, even going as far to blame a broken coffee machine for not serving any hot drinks. Service for our meal was average at best, no topping up of wine, long waits to bring food to the table despite it being dead, and yet still an expectation of a huge tip on the end of the meal. Attitudes reflect why people are now avoiding overpriced city centre places like this where staff have no clue about service, food standards or special events. Changing £40 for that Christmas meal is beyond a joke. Experience left a complete sour taste and will not be returning to L&F in the future and wouldn’t be surprised if this follows the path of others with standards like this.

Attentive staff, Maria was our server and was very personable and efficient. The bottomless brunch drinks menu could do with some more classic cocktails such as pornstar martinis / espresso martinis. Chicken waffles were nice and they catered for allergies well.

Booked a table for 14 and on arrival was told to just sit in the bar area. I explained this wasn’t what we booked so they found a table in a used area and placed us there with a few chairs. Very disappointing to book something and to be told that’s not what you get.

Beautiful old building, brilliant atmosphere, decorated absolutely gorgeous for Xmas. Great service and staff. Next time I'm in Leeds will definitely visit again.
