Lost & Found hosted our charity event "The BIG Corporate Quiz" and the team were amazing. The Secret Bar upstairs is a beautiful space and perfect for hosting 50-60 people. The service, facilities and location are all excellent. Thank you so much for your hospitality Charlie, Aimee and the rest of the team! We came for a bottomless brunch and had a great time! The drinks were amazing, the food was very yummy and Fabio made sure everything was perfect. Would definitely come again!

Wow wow wow! Totally blown away with the experience we had here. I booked the restaurant for my daughter’s birthday party and it was just spectacular. I’ll start with the staff.. they could not do enough for me. Amy, Storm, Taylor and Charlie thank you for everything, you were so attentive making sure all my needs were catered for, nothing was too much trouble for you. The food was divine. We had a sit down meal for 60 and the food all came out at the same time, was piping hot and tasted delicious! Everyone commented on how fabulous it was. The venue itself, just sensational.. the room was so classy and sophisticated I couldn’t ask for anymore. I would highly recommend for an event and will most certainty return in the future. Thank you again, you were all brilliant xxx

Visited as a party of 17 on a hen do bottomless brunch. Our brunch which started at 2.30 but the first drinks were brought to the table for 2.45 with several drinks missing. These remaining cocktails were brought to The table at 3.15! The food served to us was cold and several meals were sent back, while others didn’t want to cause a fuss. We had to repeatedly remind the waiting staff about drinks they had forgotten to bring out. The chips meant to be side orders were brought out after the meals were finished. When the hen went to pay she was charged the full amount (including the £170 deposit we had already paid) which we had to point out. We were then asked to move downstairs to the main bar area where we took up three tables, after an hour we were asked to move again as the tables were needed. We sat in the reception having a drink and we were told we could have a free shot if the then left as they needed the space. All round really bad experience.

We went for a bottomless brunch, our server Maria (who is the only reason it’s not below 3 stars) was absolutely lovely, she was incredible and made sure our needs and requirements were met. The reason for the low review is because of the way we were spoken to by the manager, getting asked to leave 20 minutes early (which thankfully Maria placed us downstairs and made sure to serve us) only said that there was a birthday party coming (we had a birthday in our group too) and was incredibly rude and stated that we were lying about our ending time, I showed him the booking, he then said that bottomless drinks stop getting served 10-20 minutes before the ending time- true or not I paid for 2 hours. Maria sorted everything out going above and beyond, I can’t thank her enough for shouldering his mistakes. However we spent 20 minutes of our bottomless brunch with half of us stood up in the bar area which was not what we booked.

We had amazing service & food on a bottemless brunch. Dylan was amazing and gave us great service.

We booked the bottomless as it was my sisters 30th which was added to the notes in the booking to make the day special. When we arrived we walked in and wasn’t greeted but instead was eyeballed as we walked in by 3 members sat down which apparently were staff. I advised we were here for the bottomless and the lady sent us through to the bar for which the staff member advised they had no gas and couldn’t serve us food. The way the man advised us we thought this was a joke for which he said we were welcomed to speak to the manager through the other room who apparently were the 3 who were sat down and when we went in. We spoke to the lady who originally sent us through and asked why she sent us through knowing the situation. She had no clear explanation, her story did not add up and to add to the insult of originally sending us through knowing they could no accommodate her attitude to the whole thing was disgusting. No complimentary drink was offered or an attempt to pass the booking to the alternative lost and found knowing there was one five mins away! We was disgusted and so angry the fact no one had the decency to tell us before hand which the ‘ manager’ said she didn’t have time which again added insult to the whole thing. She should not be a manager as she clearly is inadequately trained to deal with such situations and has no experience in mitigating a complaint. I wish for this complaint to be raised and escalated accordingly.

Travelled from Norfolk for a couple of days in Leeds. Booked as a birthday lunch for my mum. We had a little initial table mix up which the manager sorted out and I’m very grateful for, he was very charming and professional. The food was outstanding and even the chef brought our food out too for some of the dishes. We ordered a good variety of things and everything was of a high standard, well presented and super tasty. All the restaurant and bar staff were very nice and attentive. The wine we chose was absolutely delicious, we couldn’t have asked for more and we’ve told our Yorkshire friends to pay a visit. We had a bottomless brunch on a Saturday afternoon. The bar was full, but not crowded and had plenty of atmosphere. I'd not been to a bb before and had heard mixed reports. The experience far exceeded my expectations. The food was tasty and the drinks flowed. Also, we weren't in any way rushed and stayed beyond our alloted time. We received excellent service from Mia. She was efficient, attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to be helpful.

We've been to this restaurant on a number of occasions over the years and this by far was our worst visit. We booked a table for Valentine's Day and there was already confusion. I got an email asking me for my card to reserve an £80 charge if we didn't not turn up (but also £80 was more than what we spent on the night!). But the emails also wanted a £10 deposit pp and to book food and drink a week in advance. All the information had got muddled up. We had to ring in advance to confirm the information On the night, we turned up and had to wait a while for someone to greet us and take us to the table. No apology for waiting, she was extremely cruffy with ripped tights and not a welcoming arrival at all. Then sat at our, we asked to move away from the speakers (playing loud pop music and not suitable for the vibe at all). We were allowed to move, which was appreciated, but then they seemed to forget about us and we were waiting for 20 minutes for our drink order and when they arrived on the bar, we had to get them ourselves as they weren't being brought to us A couple on the table next to us had the same issues with drinks as us and issues with their mains being cold and had to return them. Out of our food dishes, the broccoli was stone cold. The garlic pizza bread was in fact a flatbread with very little flavour. Both of which we sent back and didn't eat. Overall, the service was terrible. Staff weren't well organised, we had no one in particular looking after our table and the whole staff vibe was chaotic - no one seemed to know what they were doing. Very staff had manners or knew how to deal with complaints properly. Needless to say, we will not be going again which is a shame as the venue is stunning

Taylor was amazing, was always there for us to serve us yummy drinks. This experience was so different to other bottomless brunches I’ve experienced in a positive way. 10 out of 10.

Me and my partner attended for Valentine’s Day, the atmosphere was amazing, bustling with people enjoying their time. Me and my partner booked for dining and were tabled in a lovely room with a mystique atmosphere, which was amazingly furnished. Straight away we were greeted by our lovely waitress, Taylor. She was very bubbly and friendly, as well as fast paced with her service, give that girl a raise because she’s getting her steps in! Moving onto the food, I had the crispy halloumi for my starter, and the 8oz sirloin steak, it was delicious and I would recommend, very demure, it was giving ✨✨✨

We arrived for our meal at 6 we were made to wait 10minites while a waiter found a table even though we had pre booked. When ordering we were told the mix grill wasn’t on, the Argentinian steak wasn’t on and the fillet steak wasn’t on…. It’s a Saturday evening and some of the main dishes weren’t available. We ordered a steak which was really fatty and wasn’t able to eat some of it. We also ordered a cauliflower cheese with the steak which was forgotten and ordered again by the time it turned up most of the meal had been eaten. We also had a pizza ordered which was for the person who’s birthday it was the other guests had there meal and the waitress said they had actually burnt the pizza and were cooking another. When that turned up it was undercooked and all sloppy in the middle the guest had a couple of bites and left it. The waitress then removed it from our bill but still not good enough.

Lovely decor, we didn't book but it was very quiet when we arrived 1.30pm. Only two other tables occupied. No one came to great us or offered us a table, so we just seated ourselves. It was then a good 10 minutes until we were approached and our drink and food order were taken. A further 10 minutes for a coke to arrive, followed by a further long wait and then us to prompt for our water to be brought to us . We requested a highchair and one was provided, but unfortunately, it only had one of its straps which meant one of the parents had to sit with a hand on the chair to stop the baby sliping through. Starters came. They were piping hot and very, very tasty. Further long wait, to which we were starting to panic slightly as we had a train to catch but then the mains arrived. Well worth the wait as they were lovely. We had a couple of the lite bite steaks, great value and the steaks were cooked to perfection, well seasoned. The guy we spoke to as leaving was very friendly and lovely to talk to but unfortunately, the service was very poor considering how quiet it was. A shame because the food was very good.

As a walk in. Was passing so popped in for some lunch with my partner. Didn't do lunch, table was sticky glasses appeared to be dirty (finger prints on them and cloudy) ordered some coffee instead just to be polite. One of the cups was dirty. I'm thinking it's basic to check that everything should be clean. I can't obviously comment on the food as we didn't stay to eat. We went a couple of doors up and had some food in Bills, which was fabulous. Lost on found walk on by!!!!!

Highly recommended spot for bottomless brunch. Word of mouth said it was best in Leeds. Checked it out myself and I get it. Great staff, decent options for food, not stingy with refills, overall a great experience. Do yourself a favour and spend 35 quid getting drunk here on a weekend. Love it. Props to Hugo for navigating the overall great service.

The food was expensive for the quality of it. Both steaks were VERY poor quality, asked for both to be medium… one turned up barely rare and the other closer to well done. The staff didn’t seem happy and one member of staff had a terrible cough and not once covered her mouth.
