We have drove past this place many times and always said we would give it a try - today was the day! We were pleased to see that they have an upstairs area with additional seating which was useful as seating is limited in the main part of the deli. I ordered the chicken pesto melt and my partner ordered the halloumi, harissa and hot honey sandwich with a side of crispy potatoes. We also ordered a vanilla latte and a vanilla iced latte. Both the food and drinks were very tasty and plentiful. The sandwiches arrived toasted with crisps on the side which was a nice addition. We found the menu to include a varied choice of options which swayed away from the generic cafe sandwiches which is always good to see. We will certainly return as the food was good quality and a reasonable price.

Popped in for lunch, very friendly service, fresh food and I wouldnt hesitate to eat there again if I am ever back in the area. The lady even gave me the recipe for one of her soups!

This is a lovely small hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and well maintained. It was big enough for a table and two chairs at which we were able to enjoy the amazing breakfast. The owners are friendly and helpful. The prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!

Seriously good food. Some of the best Indian food I have ever had. That might sound a bit over the top, but it's true! I had the set dinner for two that I snack on over a few days. Delicious. Very fresh. The Lamb Bhuna was to die for with big chunks of lamb. And the Chicken Tikka Massala was equally impressive. A lot of Indian restaurants start off good and then go downhill after a year or so doing the bare minimum and with dubious questions as to their hygiene standards. Not so here. The quality has only got better as far as I can tell. Highly recommended. And they deliver too! PS. The Onion Bhajis are kick ass!!

Easy to find, on the main road, with a small car park behind, there is street parking nearby. The menu is as you would expect in a good Italian restaurant. The service was smooth and efficient, albeit slightly muted from the young staff. N.B. The toilets are up several steps so not easily accessible to everyone. There were four of us. 3 of us had starters, all 4 of us had mains and a drink or two. The food was nicely presented and very tasty, and was exactly as we expected from an Italian restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their food. The bar stocks the usual drinks, priced as expected ( gin £7.50, pint of peroni £5.70 etc) with a couple of alcohol free options available. All sides (fries, salsa, vegetables etc.) are extra to the mains. The bill came to £122 so not the cheapest out there, big eaters and drinkers could spend a lot more. However, there is an early bird menu during the week that looked to offer good value. Overall it was a very enjoyable visit and we would eat there again.

Fantastic warm friendly efficient restaurant, varied tasty menu with fantastic team Went with family and as usually had a lovely varied menu experience..as always I am always blown away by the fantastic young team of waiting staff, the fabulous Bobby was there from last year, and this year we had the lovely Ruby. Ruby was breath of fresh air, warm attentive, assisting us in our choices. Ruby always has a lovely warm smile of her face and was always happy to join in our conversation ...she spoke of her love of her job here and how it has helped her with her confidence and feels it is an amazing team approach. I spoke to the manager and congratulated her in her recruitment and selection choices and that her staff are a credit to the hotel.. Over all a fab dining experience but definitely made better by the fantastic attentive, efficient and warm staff .
