Not very good will walk further as a result will not use again. Small portions prices high. Limited choice only haddock which was not very large only do regular or fishermen bites wow what a choice not presented very well.

Very poor fish. The batter was awful and the fish was way past its sell by date. I shall never go there again. Very strange that it has reasonable reviews.

Found this lovely cafe on TripAdvisor whilst traveling from Leicester to Scarborough. It was a short journey off the M62, so the perfect stop off to refuel. As a family of four our 7 & 4 year old enjoyed playing with the toys whilst we waited for food. Food was lovely and kids picnic bag went down a treat. The afternoon teas that came out looked amazing! Very happy with our find.

Visited this bakery today, it slightly concerns me that the servers don't wear gloves, they handled the cooked meat to put on the slicer and then went straight to the bakery counter and handled an Eccles cake, without washing their hands, I don't think that's good practice, I also think that tongs could be used to put the bakery goods into bags.

We decided to pop in for lunch as the cafe owners had launched a new menu. All I can say is wow! We had burgers and chips plus a big slab of cake for dessert. Even our vegetarian 11year old daughter enjoyed the food and she is really picky. Thank you we will be back again.

Food home cooked & very nice but the stew & dumplings needed more taste bit bland. Cakes delicious 😋 not much space as dining rooms lead off each other, lovely staff, will visit again when weather's warmer & sit outside.

Nos visitamos hace un año y nos encantó, así que tuve que volver cuando estábamos en Bridlington. El personal era muy servicial, incluso con mi hijo que estaba de humor. Se esforzaron por asegurarse de que encontrara algo que le gustara. Los domingos eran enormes y los gofres increíbles de nuevo. Incluso me recordaban de antes. Un lugar precioso.

My favourite Chinese takeaway in Driffield. We enjoyed hot and tasty selection by choosing the set meal. Good value, large portions and ready within 30 minutes on a Sunday night. Even enough for second helping!

I have been to this restaurant twice now and I’ve been quite disappointed with both experiences. On both occasions there were only ourselves and another table in which is fine as they are a newish establishment in Beverley. The building was cold and I kept my coat on the whole time. I personally didn’t rate the food that great. There were 8 of us and most of us had the steak in peppercorn sauce and it really lacked flavour and presentation. It was also very well done when I asked for medium rare. On the other hand the children really enjoyed their food (burger and pizza). I’ve been going to the cottingham branch for years and always really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It just feels off at the Beverley location, but I really do hope they do well and it’s just because it’s a new establishment. I’d imagine the setting to be perfect for Christmas parties. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

Driving through the area for work and decided to get off the motorway to get a proper breakfast. Found this place easily and only 5 minutes from junction. Spotlessly clean and served up a great traditional breakfast with a brew for £8. Staff also friendly, so will call in again next time we’re working in the area.

Terrible café. Pelo en mi sándwich, que cuando me quejé el hombre que me servía lo quitó y golpeó mi sándwich para que yo lo comiera. Le dije que quería un reembolso para él y luego amenazarme.

Compré sándwiches de queso y cebolla roja era pobre Pero envié un email a Thomas Bakerers y me reembolsó y lo investigué. Gracias por eso.

Had a lovely warm welcome at the stamp house ,called in here for lunch and wasn't disappointed,the food was lovely and the staff were very attentive and accomodating ,lots of choice in food and some lovely gift ideas in the shop ,bought a few things and will certainly be visiting again ! Thank you Eden and Claire for the great service ! Highly recommend this place 😊😊😊

My wife & I visited the cafe after a day in Hornsea & a visit to the Hornsea Freeport before returning home. We were warmly greeted by the young lady behind the counter who took our order. My wife had carrot cake & I had blueberry & banana cake. Both cakes were delicious. Fresh, tasty & a decent portion. My wife had an americano & I had a latte. The coffee was also good. Served hot & a nice taste. The staff were very good, excellent customer service skills & pleasant, chatty & polite
