The best restaurants in Stainforth and Moorends Doncaster Yorkshire and The Humber

Comida increíble, deliciosa cena de tres platos. Si quieres algo especial alrededor de Doncaster, Fishlake Mill es el lugar para ir. Esto no es comida de pub, sino pescado maravilloso, entrantes y postres muy especiales. El filete era maravilloso. Recomiendo a fondo y muy lejos de la carrera de la comida del molino que se encuentra en muchos restaurantes locales. Me encantó.

Called for an early lunch on Wednesday afternoon. It was very busy but luckily managed to get a table. This place is my favourite go to for breakfast or lunch. The guy is a chef… not a cook. The food he turns out… it’s fantastic. More like something you’d get in a fancy London restaurant not a little cafe in Thorne! We ordered quiche , bbq chicken toastie and chicken and leek pie and everything was perfect. All homemade, the chicken in the pie melted in the mouth. Best chips around and my quiche had a really tasty side salad with balsamic glaze. I keep saying I’m going to try a theme night here but haven’t got round to it yet, but it’s definitely something I need to try… the photos look amazing. The waitresses are always really friendly too… very clean establishment…. Best cafe in Yorkshire!!

Fuimos con la familia hoy para el desayuno y el ambiente, la comida, el personal y bueno todo era de primera clase! Muy buen menú y excelente comida y servicio.

3rd or forth visit last night, very good once again. Put onto the restaurant by a friend. Will definitely be back and highly recomend it.

Another fantastic meal here. Need to come more than we do. Portion sizes are huge and the quality of food is unbelievable. Fantastic hosts and a warm family atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place for everyone to try. I had crispy sweet chili beef starter and pork chops for main. Delicious

Always a pleasure to go in here. Extremely popular as a offee shop with a small wait to be served. Staff are extremely pleasant and always smiling. A good menu for food with many tempting cakes on offer. Coffee is the best I've had and beats the commercial shops hands down. Competitevely priced with other brands but a far better experience.

Visited with a friend last night. Really glad we'd booked as the restaurant was extremely busy. The staff were lovely and the food was great quality and wonderfully spiced. It's the first time we visited and both of us said we'd return.

My husband and I visited on Christmas Eve. We don’t go out often now due to cost of living, so we’re really looking forward to this. The day before we went for a walk and viewed the menu outside the hotel. We’re delighted by it and both chose to have the venison. When we arrived we were told that “That menu was last years”! We both had the lamb curry but at the cost of nearly £27! We thought was steep. Think the naan breads were shop bought and were very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Comimos aquí el sábado por la noche y estábamos tan impresionados que volvimos para el almuerzo del domingo. Idealmente situado junto al canal. Comida muy sabrosa y sin duda relación calidad-precio. Personal amable y atento.

Had an afternoon tea from Moorends cafe today and it was fabulous! Great value for money and tasted delicious one of the best we’ve had! Will be ordering again ⭐️

I can only eat restricted menu so not pubs fault. What I can eat is great.
