Lovely little tea room with an equestrian theme. Friendly staff who will bring your order out to you. Great place to meet up for a chat.

Use the tea rooms regularly as a stop off with a cycling group. Very good service with nice coffees and pastries. Quite suprised when i learned my usual items had increased in cost by 13% within a week. A rather steep increase.

Lovely gem of a tearoom. Cosy indoors and plenty outdoor seating in the sunshine. Coffee cake and Lemon cake were delicious and pouring cream a nice touch, and an extra pot of water with our pot of tea was great too. 1st visit but won't be our last

Had a ride through on the Gravel Bike. The Toasted T'Cake is Bute but order a coffee and you get 2 x shots which made the latte quite strong so a lesson learnt, have 1 x shot of Coffee ☕ next time. Staff were very good and had time to actually talk to you 👍👍🚴♂️🐯🐅.

First visit for me and definitely won't be the last.😊 Went for a late light lunch with a friend, who lives locally. We chose Butternut Squash soup and a Brie & Cranberry Panini and tea for two. All delicious.😋 Friendly service, tastefully, comfortably decorated and trimmed up ready for Christmas. We definitely recommend. 😊

We visited today after seeing their delicious menu on Instagram. Was well worth the journey and we ABSOLUTELY loved the food. We all had a delicious bubble waffle each. Highly highly highly recommend, I’ll be back to try the other flavours 10000% (Oh and the milkshakes). Staff were all very friendly and the cafe was comfortable and cosy. Thanks!

We have passed this numerous times when out cycling. Today we called in ‘oh my what a find’. We sat outside only had a cake but my goodness they were scrummy. Very well set up for Covid 19. Tables and chairs in the garden disinfected throughly when people left. We will definitely be calling again.

Great find today - fantastic cup of tea with great customer service. Found this by accident because we got lost on a motor cycle ride - but we will definitely try to find it again.

I’ve been here and reviewed before so if you want to see what I said before then by all means scroll down. It was as good as the last time and I think this says a lot #consistent Go somewhere and it’s not as good as you remembered then it’s awful - BuT The Old Hayloft delivered once again above and beyond. The introduction of the mint aero milkshake was very welcomed by the hubby! Two amazing shakes, two gorgeous paninis in a lovely setting with wonderful staff for £16. You can’t say fairer than that 👍

Every time I go iron horse, I get a warm welcome. They do lovely drinks and food that is slightly overpriced (£4.50 for panini is a little much) and the cakes are a little dry. There is a member of staff that works part time, think her name might be Julie, often has her hair in a pony tail, she is lovely and often goes the extra mile. However, there is one woman that works there who is extremely rude. She has short black hair and wears glass. My family and I sat and had drinks and coffee one busy weekend and we split the bill strangely but half and half. I paid for one half however my mum thought I had paid it all, I thought she had gone to pay it downstairs. The woman shouted across the room in an extremely rude and embarrassing manner demanding we pay, as if we did it on purpose. She has done something similar just when I had been on my own, it is very strange behaviour. Apart from this, it is lovely, especially the hot chocolates!

We booked a table not realising that the tearoom was upstairs, my nana cannot manage stairs so this was a problem. The staff though were amazing, they brought table and chairs down into the shop for us all and served us all there. Nothing was too much for them and we really appreciated it, felt very welcome. They told us that if we informed them before our next visit that they'd have it all set up waiting for us. There's not many places that would do that. The food was lovely too and very reasonably priced. We were all very impressed.

I’m originally from Glasgow, and was visiting my Auntie in Doncaster. She told me about this Tea Room and we agreed we should go! ... well I wish we had somewhere like this back home! What an amazing tack shop with the best little Tea Room. The food is freshly prepared and really tasty, and the coffee is out of this world and at just £2 each, it hardly breaks the bank! Loved every minute and when I’m back down south I will be coming in! I made a tripadvisor account just so I could post a review about it.

Such a great find this place, set back off a main road in an idyllic spot in the countryside, it has a real homely rustic feel. The coffee is really good and far better than Starbucks and Costa for me and definitely cheaper . Besides the coffee we sampled the fresh soup and crusty bread which were delicious. Next time I’m going to try their home baked scones which look yummy. Everything looks fresh! I got real food envy as the person sat on the table opposite had an amazing hot chocolate which was a creation in itself! Would definitely recommend a visit, even just for a relaxing coffee!

I come into the shop weekly, but recently I went into the cafe with my mother to try their hot chocolate, after seeing them online, well they didn't disappoint. The chocolate orange hot chocolate was amazing. I do look forward to going again with my friend to try their panini's.

Visited with my family for the Iron Horse fun day. The tea room is really comfortable and they have an excellent range of food and drink including fantastic vegan options. The vegan cakes are incredible and the lovely staff were happy to make me a delicious vegan cheese and sun-dried tomato Panini. Really impressed, highly recommended.

Cycling from Goole to Doncaster on a very hot day, water bottle warm and low came across this place and the iced coffee was a treat I needed badly, friendly staff, nice out door seating area, nice cake to give my energy a boost. The café is upstairs of the equestrian shop but they offered to bring my order out to the table outside

Visited this place yesterday, 28th Jan 2018. The café is upstairs of the equestrian shop. I am vegan and had heard they do vegan options. I had Indonesian Chickpea soup with bread and a Bakewell tart for dessert. My husband, an Omni, had a mozzarella, sundried tomato and pesto panini. I had a soy milk latte with caramel syrup and hubby a flat white. Our food was lovely, so much so that we bought two pieces of the bakewell to bring home with us.
