Sugiero encarecidamente que Brett vaya a un entrenamiento de servicio al cliente. Starbucks necesita hablar con este caballero. Insistiendo en que moviéramos asientos porque teníamos algo de equipaje y dice que estamos en su camino. Completamente fuera de servicio. Siempre me encanta un Starbucks pero Brett y su impactante servicio ha dejado un sabor agrio.

Never again!! Ordered from this place at 6 o clock and now 10 o clock and it has only just come after 2 phone calls and requesting refund shocking service never will order again

Rude, Rude, Rude!! We ordered 2 hours ago, being advised that the food would be with us in half hour 🤔 after 3 calls & 2 hours we recieved the food - cold! I called and spoke to the manager letting him know and that this was bad service! He said he would send a replacement out in another half hour 🤦🏻‍♀️ I said I didn't want a replacement, just a partial refund, he said I had to give the food back, i said fine once i have a refund- he point blank refused to - bad service the food was shocking, so disappointed!! ☹️

Train station at Sheffield, pain aux choc stale and worse cappuccino I have tasted. Coffee burnt and tasted like dish water. If only I looked round the corner first I would have had a Costa coffee. If this was in Italy you'd be out of business within days.

For a start my food was cold so that was great, I sat and watched an elderly lady asking a worker if they had anything vegetarian to which the woman rudely applied ' we have vegan and plant based but they're cooked on the same grill as meat' So then this elderly lady asked what's on them? What's vegan ? And this worker says ' god knows' then pointed at a chicken burger on the screen and said ' it looks like that' AT LEAST PRETEND TO KNOW YOUR SHI** AT LEAST ACT LIKE YOU CARE. Just wow

He usado esta comida para llevar y recientemente ha bajado cuesta abajo. Pedí un kabab de pollo grande con ensalada y un mayo de ajo y luego papas fritas y mayo de ajo extra. Llegó faltando ensalada y 1 ajo mayo. El repartidor era genial, pero su jefe dijo que la ensalada y el ajo mayo eran gratis. Así que ella no recibe un reembolso. El hecho de que se vendiera como comida faltaba la mitad de la comida y no había dinero de vuelta. Creo que los estándares comerciales necesitan saber sobre esto y no los usaré. De nuevo. Un completo desprecio por el servicio al cliente

The curried goat and jerk chicken were dry & bland, plantain was dry and tasteless. Ordered dumplings but they never arrived. However the “pimp sticks” (churros) we’re nice. Overall was quite disappointed with the meal

La peor comida china que he comprado. Vermicelli era insípido e incoloro. El arroz era oscuro y grasiento y las patatas fritas eran increíbles, estoy seguro de que estaban obsoletas, ya que tenían todas las manchas blancas y sabían rancio. Estoy tan enojado que voy a llamar mañana para quejarme.

Comida para llevar. ¡Pollo frío no crujiente, sin bollo encima! Personal miserable y hosco. ¡No volverá, no vale la pena el dinero!

Thought it was homemade waffles but it's not just frozen waffles put in a microwave so did not taste nice £4 for delivery that's expensive also picked a time for my order to come and they didn't even honour that time they just received the order then sent it when it arrived was just about to sit and eat tea so then my order was sat on my kitchen side and went cold not very good service. First time I have ordered and will not be ordering again!
