Never again!! Ordered from this place at 6 o clock and now 10 o clock and it has only just come after 2 phone calls and requesting refund shocking service never will order again

Poor service! Order from Spice Hut instead! I had to wait over 2 hours for my order this evening despite being told on the website that my order would be an hour. The manager just didn’t care at all. I have ordered from this business for years and tonight was my final order. All the money I’ve spent with your company over the years and you treat me and many other customers like this!

living near curry mile in Manchester we became curry connoisseurs moving to Lincolnshire we have found this to be the best that we have had up till now & we have been here 7 years

We used this place when we came to Haven last year. They delivered no problem & the food was lovely. But things have gone down hill big time since then! We pre booked on just eat for a specific time & when it didn’t arrive they had changed the delivery time by 1 hour! We tried to call them got no answer. The food never turned up, so we ended up getting pizza. My money was taken from my account by just eat & I struggled to get a refund. Just eat customer services was atrocious. We have now got a refund, but we will never use this place again. I don’t recommend ordering from here unless it gets new owners.

Not recieved my food yet, phoned after 30mins late to be told on its way, 45 mins later still no food. Phoned again to be told still on its way. Told they only have one driver, so why is it still quoting 35 to 50 mins delivery. I normally read reviews but on this occasion I didn't. Lesson learned and will never use this place or just eat again.Now my order is saying delivered even though it is not WTF.

3 hour delay despite 2 hours notice don’t touch with a barge pole. Rude staff swearing on phone when you ask where and when food is. Offered on Justeat but apparently we live too far away? Happy to take orders and payment. Wish there was an option for a zero review. Screenshots of updates are available if the owner wishes to see

After three hours of continually phoning to see where my food was I gave up, no food or refund. Disgusting service

Order was 3 hours late. Half of order missing and what was there was freezing cold. Delivery driver was drunk. Phoned to complain and was sworn at and hung up on. Called back. Hung up on again. Managed to call just eat and get a refund. Never ever order from these

Ordered our meal online and went to collect. It did take a little longer to be ready than expected ( collection was confirmed for 6.30 but it took an extra 15 mins ) but can honestly say it was absolutely worth waiting for! There are adverts for both delivery drivers and staff, and the gentleman that served me was very apologetic about the lack of staff and additional waiting time ( made up for by free poppadoms). The food was delicious, well worth waiting for. I had the Machli Tikka ( fish starter) and it was amazing - delicate but tasty and I could eat it all over again ( and definitely will ) I have only scored a 4/5 because of the delay, but will take this into account next time ( and there will be a next time!!!) Defy recommend- but be prepared to wait if necessary

We called in around 9.30pm. We received excellent service and the curries were delicious. It has no licence so you can take your own drinks which also saves money. We hadn't been before so hubby had pop and I had a pint glass of iced water which was actually delicious! I needed it too as I chose a hot curry!

Ordered takeaway, after waiting three and a half hours for delivery after placing the order, and two phone calls, still no food. Four delivery times given, two online and two over the phone and still no food. Obviously can't comment on what the food was like and will definitely not be placing an order with them again. Ended up ordering from elsewhere.

See reviews for sadiqa , changed names , good food , plentiful on a budget , worth a visit They are currently changing the layout to make it smaller so it's probably worth checking they've finished going , it's a bit cold at the minute :)
