Subway in Doncaster

Not a great Subway experience for me today. I'm a regular but I usually use a different branch. The two girls working were polite enough, but that wasn't the issues. I wanted meatballs on my sub. But they had run out. No problem, I changed my order. Half of the salad was missing. No peppers, no olives. Two things I usually get on my sub. Frustrating I ordered a machine drink as I like to get ice and a refill. There were no straws available to use, and no lids for the cups. When I asked, they provided a straw but no lid. Then when I went for a refill I was told I wasn't allowed one. This doesn't ever happen at any other Subway I've visited. If I'd known this, I'd have just ordered a regular bottle drink instead I enjoyed what I had overall, but it wasn't to the standard I'm used to. Next time I'm in town for dinner, I shall be avoiding this branch and going to the one in Frenchgate or in the train station.

Is that an All Stars Chicken 6” sub? That looks like more smashed sandwich. Bread cut in half and put together instead on of bottom and top. all salad and souces all over the bread and paper wrap. Impossible to eat it. 6£ in the bin. Not coming back. Awful.

Unfortunately this subway has gone down hill since it changed the ownership and staff members. Lovely staff before who always went above and beyond, always came here on my lunch breaks. Now it's taken over by people who don't know what they're doing, I don't think this is the staffs fault, but a case of no one has been shown what to do. I waited 30 minutes to get served on one occasion when there was only one member of staff to serve about 20 people. It's a shame. I can't see this subway lasting long now due to this.

If i could rate a 0 star i would. Appalling customer service and over charged me! Used to be my favourite subway but i will NOT be returning.

Love subway but they seem to always run out of salad items. Service is OK as most times theye very young and not experienced enough but they do try there best. Overall nice atmosphere they could do with baby changing facilities and more clean toilets.

I orded online and it was 16 pounds 57 and they took 19 pound 55 from my bank and came cold.

I wish I could give this review no stars.. Me and my family went to eat some food and one of the 6 of us got a coffee elsewhere in which the manager Nikki was incredibly rude and continuously stared at me and told me to leave even though I was the one paying for the food in which she said I wasn’t I am extremely disappointed and I hope something gets done with this lady and the way she has dealt with us today - I think she was just on a power trip

Bought a ham on a foot long but server wouldn't put 2of each chosen cheese on it

I went here for their breakfast deal for 2.99. it's nice that you get a choice of bread, meat & salad add ons and even the sauce. It's then toasted for about 40 seconds. I went to pay and only then noticed that coffee wasn't available on that day so I had a hot chocolate instead. Good value for money. Friendly service.

They should be far clearer about what is included in a meal deal, four 6 inch subs, 3 bags of crisps and 3 cheap drinks was £27!!! The woman at the till should have advised us before charging, not impressed.

Subs to the usual high standard and always a good selection! Area light airy and spaceous.a great eating area

This was a fantastic restaurant to eat in at, having a large dining area that includes the Subway logo on the well-designed walls and all options presented clearly at the counter! The outlet was a participating one for me to use my vouchers; the staff were friendly and made me a yummy Turkey sub, accompanied by an unlimited refill and a Rainbow Cookie. I found the seating to be comfortable, particularly due to the leather, and the area was clean!

Older female member of staff, horrendously rude. I’ve been to 4 subways in Doncaster and this is the worst one!

The Christmas "tiger pig" is pretty good, although prices seem to have surged and the coffee doesn't seem to taste of anything. Tables were clean and plenty of seating.

Probably one of the best subways I've been to the staff are always friendly and the presentation of the sandwiches is always great. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly the best Subway in Doncaster. Always had brilliant service from the servers, great Subs and great portion sizes! The staff properly listen to the customer, are always friendly and polite, and take care and pride in the Subs they're constructing. I honestly love going into this particular Subway. Massive thank you to the brilliant staff!

Ridicolous, last 3 times I tried to make an order via deliveroo I got the message that it can not be taken. No reason given.

Alway love a subway. Not had one for months which makes it all the more enjoyable.

All over I would say poor service behind the counter. I ordered Meatball marinara footlong and the guy behind counter supposed change gloves as he touches banners Infront of me and then using same gloves to serve me. (this is poor hygiene)Anyway I got served with less meatballs in sandwich which supposed to be 8 but been put on 7 and bread were not fresh looks like been left over from yesterday. So I won't be going again this place but it's your choice I just felt to share my experience 🙂 needs more customer service improvement better hygiene staff training!!

Horrible place ! I was there 2 days ago I couldn’t understand what Pakistani guy is talking about :/ moreover When he was serving customer was talking by phone ! There is not respect for customer! Zero customer contact ! No English! And talking with family in Pakistani by phone at work 👏never again ! The sandwich was also done like the first time ! 2 slice of Cheese just in the middle of the bread. Fully not recommend!

Amazingly prepared food, great staff very friendly

First time i have been to this branch & the last the food was kind of good service from the female on a Wednesday dinner time appalling she was ignorant didn't listen to what i was asking for and slow the chicken tikka for the salad was cold by the time she had finished even though i asked for it warm & where on the counter does state you can only have a certain amount of grated carrot, sweetcorn & gerkins on your salad if you want more you have to pay extra.

Decent sandwiches at reasonable prices

Our favourite lunch spot when the Mrs is working and I'm on a day off. Always clean and tidy, never overcrowded and the staff are always polite. Sandwiches are made fresh as you would expect, and are done well for the franchise. I like this place. :)

It's a sandwich. Nothing particularly special about it but ya don't have to make it yourself.

We have visited Subway every Saturday for a while now and have always been greeted with friendly staff who would go above and beyond to provide good service, however days ago on the 27/7/19 we were met with new staff who werent so friendly I would go as far as to say obnoxious. We were told at six o clock to leave the premises although store closure is usually 9 o clock as posted. A gentleman was turned away at quarter to six and another one being told to hurry and eat his food after purchase. As staff were hurrying customers along we decided to question why they were closing so early to be met with what can only be described as rude and unnecessary face pulling and attitude. Can truly say that although staff are usually friendly we won't be visiting this store again.

MotherF**kers overcharged me. Always work out the pricing when placing a big order as they usually just bang on extra pennies on your order.

Although, two of staff were abit rude to me, I enjoyed the food that I ordered.
