Subway in Doncaster

Sandwich was not made properly. Bread cut incorrectly and very dry. Very little sauce too on the sandwich and parts of salad was missing.

I have no words for this place . Me and my mum ordered a sandwich and got my mums order perfect however I ordered a ham and cheese toastie saver sub and this bimbo gave me tuna and cheese toasted and it wasn’t even a saver sub DO NOT COME HERE

Shocking, wrong items delivered and took 2 hours to arrive

ordered via uber eats with my partner. we ordered 2 sandwiches, one italian bmt with salad and one meatball marinara with no salad. the order came- mine was perfectly fine, however my partner’s came covered in salad, including peppers which he is deathly allergic to. luckily he didnt bite into the sandwich and checked before hand.

Incorrect food was sent. The salad was old and wrotten paid for extra ingredients but didnt get anything

Basically no salad on my food no caramel sauce for the churro the churro was disgusting and missing a drink

They got every single order wrong, the bread was soggy, the items in the bread where messy, that nachos had no chips or salsa, and the sandwiches had completely different items to what we ordered. Very disappointed, and I tried calling them, but their number was busy for over an hour which I believe they did on purpose. Very horrible order

They managed to get my entire order wrong, the sandwiches were toasted and there was no lettuce or mayo on them when specified otherwise. We ordered milkshakes and received coffee. We ordered the fully chocolate cookies and received chocolate chip, asked for chili heatwave Doritos and got tangy cheese instead. We also paid for extra cheese on one of the sandwiches and got NO cheese, we also asked for sauce to come with the chicken bite sides and received none. I tried contacting the restaurant but their phone is constantly on “user busy”. It’s understandable to get one or two things wrong but completely messing up the ENTIRE order is something of pure stupidity and ignorance. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

delivery was perfect the shop how ever was not great 2 of the items I wanted was swapped for other thing eg chocolate milkshake and got a coffee I don't drink coffee . prawn walkers for dorito's, I don't eat doritos, the bread was stale and where cooked it was harder then a stone so couldn't eat it the only thing that was right with my hole order was the filling of the sandwich and cookies I ordered , so very disappointed 😞

Filthy surrounding Salad looked like it had been sat for a week! Black coffee was simply tinted water Not a taste of coffee Staff made a new one stating machine sometimes leaks What that meant I don’t know Will not be returning to this branch! Awful experience 🤮

The meatballs were freezing and barely any sauce on either sub making them really dry. The sauce only covered the opening, most likely added after the subs were closed

Asked for toasted sandwiches and they came in the same bag as ice cream tubs and cold drinks food was stone cold on delivery

One cookie was wrong and inside the tuna sub we asked for no tomato, and there was a tomato inside.

More then 30mins late, the food is cold, this place is a joke. Waiting way to much for a order that should be done in less then 10mins. Order come cold and not toseted as it’s should.

Absolutely poor service waited around half an hour to be completely ignored by the staff member even after shouting to say there's people waiting. The atmosphere was unhygienic and the place was falling to pieces, will not return ever again

Stood for half an hour to be served. When trying to get employees attention we got totally Ignored. Very unhygienic environment also including safety hazards. Definitely will not be returning.

Food quality is absolutely awful!

Bread is hard, theres2 tomato slopes, 2 cucumber cloces, barely no filling. You should be ashamed of yourself who ever made that, if it was my restaurant and that's the service by an employee of mine clearly that person is in the wrong job. #sortyourshitoutmate

When the food arrived it was cold and packed up messily. The delivery time kept being pushed back (3 times it got pushed back).

both subway sandwiches arrived cold and like they had been squashed guess this is with the driver making other deliveries before ours

Order came late, packaging was half arsed, gave me a chocolate chunk cookie when I asked for a sticky toffee pudding cookie. The sub also wasn’t properly wrapped or anything with bits of filling becoming topping and it wasn’t cut properly so I had to rip it apart.

Food really poor didn't taste very fresh. Staff unhelpful didn't seem to know about what was in the sandwich. Coffee machine not working. Overall a really bad experience will definitely not be visiting again.

Had crisps missing from order, tried ringing 9 times but couldn't get through. I got salad but paid for extra cheese and meat, there was hardly any cheese on it and lacked of meat...not happy!!!

Both footlongs unfortunately wasn't toasted. Delivery drive was fine he apologized to us ,👍

Normal an ok subway used to go here and have no problems but got rid of the workers now they are new ones. Today i had an Indian lady really rude very bad attitude not helpful at all food came and it was rubbish no cheese like i asked for i payed for two boxes of nachos only got one when i had said i payed for two she argued with me no one go here they are terrible.

I ordered a salad with lettuce tomato pickles and cucumber and I’ve got all the other stuff on it too, like sweetcorn peppers jalapeños and onion which I am allergic too. Absolutely horrible.

Nachos looks like they have been stomped on, I order all the salad on my sandwich and got lettuce and onion that’s it, got given the wrong crisps in my meal deal order, I’m so disappointed I have spent money on something that wasn’t worth it!!

The food was ok. The nachos had jalapenos on when I hadn't asked for them which wasn't ideal as I'm allergic so I couldn't have those. Everything else was lovely

Food was fine but delivery time was late said 1.00 to 1.20 arrived at 2.00. Driver parked halfway down the road and walked even then nearly went past 😂

Paid for cheese and extra cheese. Neither of which were on the sandwich and paid for a foot long that wasn’t cut. This was a working lunch so hard to eat. Won’t be ordering again

Cross contaminated my coeliac daughters gluten free bread causing her to become ill very shortly afterwards. Dirty and damaged seating, walls, floors, well everywhere. Dried food and condiments stuck to the wall and it looked like it's been plastered and painted with a shot gun.

Waited over 40minutes for the food to be delivered and then when it has come there were jalapeños in my nachos after not selecting them and also the wrong bread with no contact to ask if the break was okay. Nice food but service was appalling

The food was stone cold and very poorly made and absolutely disgusting to the point it was binned id recommend firing a few staff members personally, I certainly will never order here again and will be putting in a formal complaint.

Great to finally receive a subway order that was made as it should have been and arrive in good condition whilst still hot.
