Pizza Palace in Doncaster

Over 2 hours wait and kept being told it had set off when clearly it hadn’t.

I ordered pizza. Palace for a party 12 pizza 12 garlic breads and 20 chips 3 donner kebabs all for delivery for 7pm every think come hot lovely food and on time 2nd time we had done this perfect both times thank you

fries cold,Donner meat was fresh it was like rubber and cold,pizzas ok nothing special

The most horrendous food I have had in a very long time. The pizza was just disgusting and am extremely disappointed as a first time customer, I shall not be ordering from here again and I advise not to do so.

Initially the order was wrong but it was sorted and delivered again within 15 mins.

The food was freshly prepared, hot, and really tasty. The curly fries also freshly cooked. Really enjoyable. Will definitely order again .

Worst pizza and garlic bread I’ve ever had. I ordered thin and crispy and it was deep pan and so sloppy no topping stayed on it. The garlic bread Was the strangest looking thing I’ve ever seen. And equally as untasty. Won’t be ordering from here again

Worst pizza I ever eat. Toppings could not stay on slices because of the tomato sauce (way too much) and salted, but very,very, very salted. Could not feel other taste except salt and tomato sauce.

Worst pizza I ever eat. We could not eat at all pizza from here. There is no other taste than slat. Just salt, salt and tomato sauce. That’s all you can feel in this “pizza”!

Been on the hunt for a nice pizza place for a while now, called to confirm they could do half & half with different bases and received a friendly service. Super fast delivery and by far the best pizzas round here, definitely sticking here now. The delivery driver was so nice too even closed the door for me so I didn’t struggle with the boxes! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Food arrived quickly, was hot and tasty! Chips were good, pizza was good, the base could have been a little more cooked but other than that, great!

Placed order at 7.22pm and food arrived at 9.00pm I spoke to shop twice. Disappointed as I would of rather they cancel or not take my order if they was to busy or as they said not enough drivers.

Amazing food, i had the chicken kebab & my partner had the mixed kebab & we loved it. The food was delicious & would 100% recommend & will definitely order from them again

Just spent £33 on my family order , kids had pizza, chips, cheesy garlic bread and mayo. I had Doner kebab in pitta bread, I asked for plenty of chilli over the phone 🌶️ but only got one measly teaspoon. Wow! 🙄 I don't eat donna meat without a hot sauce !! Salad nicely presented but no lemon juice 🍋 or lemon slice. More volume in my Doner please!!

Would of been better if you could choose garlic bread on the pizza, chips and garlic bread offer.

First time review but ordered 4 times now and this is definitely our new favourite for pizza. Everytime it was hot and the pizzas tasty, plenty of cheese on the cheesey chips too

Ordered a mixed kebab but got given a regular one instead, and the salad was swimming in oil for some reason.

Driver polite and timely There was enough meat to feed a family of 4, it came with two pittas but needed another 3 easy. If Carlsberg did take aways………..

Best pizzas in doncaster by a mile also let you choose half and half pizza for no extra cost.some.takeaways charge for that these don't quick delivery and chips.are.nice.

Delievery time was perfect but chips was soggy not crispy and also chicken nuggets were.

Too much salad not enough chicken and wrap was cold to not impressed

Ordered Chili bites and Kebab. The chili bites were absolutely stunning. Kebab was really let down due to water in the Kebab side which made the pitta completely soggy. The Donna from what I had was okay, chicken couldn't taste as was smothered in chili. I would probably order again.

Always amazing food and piping hot

None of the Order was incorrect asked for no paparikia due to allergies and all the chips come with it on so the meal was completely ruined and had to throw it all. Tried a number of times to ring but they wouldn’t answer

Regular customer as it’s Excellent food as always! Piping hot as full flavours abs big potion sizes, . I made an error in ordering and they rectified it out of their own pocket. Which I’m so grateful for! Excellent customer service always and delivery driver is always friendly.

Always use these guys now as always delicious and piping hot. However tonight we had a £45 order, the burger bun was burnt, the pizza wasn’t thin crust like we asked, and one of the wraps had more salad than chicken. Disappointed however this is a first for pizza palace. Hence why I still rated highly .

Before anything else let me just say the food from pizza palace is always superb and I would never use another takeaway for pizzas, I ordered through just eat and put delivery time for 18.15 and received an e-mail saying my food would be delivered around 18.25. I get a knock on the door at 17.00 and it’s my pizzas, I told the delivery driver it should have been delivered at 18.15 and he asked if I wanted it taken back to shop which I declined as I did not know if I refused delivery another would be sent. I phoned pizza palace and was told it was automated from just eat and they don’t get any delivery times on the orders and you would need to add this on special notes,this was not explained on just eat website. Another thing that grates me is I was charged £2.50 for delivery when I live a 2 min walk away from them ,there’s no facility to order and collect which should be something you should have option to do, fish bites next door is allowing customers to go and social distance so why can’t pizza palace. Again food excellent service not what I expected.

Ordered a single donner burger with salad, received a plain cheeseburger. Ordered a double donner burger and received a plain cheeseburger too. Chips weren’t fresh either

I use pizza palace regularly anyway but it’s the first time I’ve ordered via just eat. How ever my NHS staff discount wasn’t applied but that’s a just eat issue 👍🏾
