Can get a little rowdy at busy times staff mostly helpfully and polite depending which team is on but their human as customers we do not know what they have had to deal with in and out of work and it's a fast food resteraunt so you won't get 5 star plus treatment. Yeah certain customers forget to be respectful but what can I say ignorance is bliss for some and it is doncaster at the end of the day

DO NOT TRUST THIS FRANCHISE They double charged me and completely refused to offer a refund. This directly breaches the consumer rights act and Payment Services regulation 2017.

They gave me an incomplete order and they refused to complete it

Quite possibly the most understaffed McD's I have ever been to. Every time I go to the drive through I am either told "I don't we we do that", but in fact they do! Or, I am waiting to place an order and another car pulls up at the other order point, gets served and Iam still waiting to place my order. Oh, and some smiles wouldn't go a miss either.

This mcdonald branch messed up my delivery twice and when i called them, they asked me to call uber eats. My mom had blood sugar low and hungry. Why take order if you cant do it, what a careless buffoons.

Thank you to the lovely staff member that came looking around customers waiting to collect food to see who had lost an earning. Thank you so much for finding it and returning it to me ☺️

Food was room temp but it was still tasty. Service was amazing by Amy C!! She went out of her way to make my visit special and we had a good laugh. Nice and clean restaurant!

Been in today relatively quiet Saturday afternoon took my children in and there was my order and another being prepared non to collect so to see how quiet it was a young couple stood at the till and to say the girl sweeping who was behind the till area having attitude with her manager after being asked to serve the customer and saying can’t someone else do it was embarrassing the attitude from her was not acceptable The food came chips were bland and cold To top it off the fork that came with the meal had what looks like dried syrup on it and we had to get a new one… which also had syrup on it All in all disappointing to say that the last deliveries we had also were cold but put that down to ordering online this McDonald’s has gone down hill

Peice of shell in my McMuffin. Spoke to online chat and never heard anything back. Really put me off . I know there's worse things but stuff like this really puts me off.

All evening I drove the car with my son to get the last two toys for the entire collection. At this restaurant, the big-hearted ladies Joanne and Kelsey opened the display case and gave my son the missing toys. A huge bonus for these ladies.

Absolutely disgusting! Food arrived in decent time …wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t STONE COLD and INEDIBLE!!! No support received in getting a refund which the store said I could get through the app I most certainly will not be ordering from here again.

I don't know what's happening but every time when I order something they manage to miss something from the order or they forget to add cheese where it suppose to be cheese and many other ingredients are missed out I don't usually have a problem when it's happening once or twice but too many times it's too much, taking a piss on my money, you order online it's the same story always food missing. By the way this is how a sausage and egg muffin should look like ...

Food rarely served correctly, food is disgusting (stale and lack of flavour compared to other McDonald’s). Service is horror, the kiosks are usually broken, ice cream machine is never working, usually run out of cold drinks and the loud noisy atmosphere makes this one of the worst fast food places to go. If you want something healthier, tastier and better in every single way then I would recommend to walk 2 minutes down the road to urban burgers (I have no association with them, they are just genuinely better and provide better value for money compared to this particular McDonald’s) I’ve eaten here since my childhood years as just a quick meal after some fun at the dome but after a couple years when urban burger opened up, I’ve eaten here considerably less. Don’t come to this place, save yourself from wasting time.

I’m not happy at all I’ve been ripped off!!! Just got home from the drive through and there’s only 3 and a half nuggets in my daughters happy meal there’s supposed to be 4! One looks half eaten. And there’s one missing. It’s an absolute joke. I’ve only given her 2 due to the fear of one of them being bit into. Sick of paying for things and not getting them at this place.

This place is absolutely terrible, one of the works Georgina took ages making my order. She was very rude and disgusting, i made a complaint before however since her whole family works at mcdonald’s nothing was done. Any food was cold and had hair in. I am appalled by how the service was and the poor staff i received. Don’t come here unless you like getting treated poorly.

Ordered on the app, normally ready as soon as we get to pick up window, but sometimes like yesterday, it is just as slow at a tortoise.. Waited nearly 10 minutes... But overall normally really good and would recommend.

Easy sometimes , order your food an go . Other times part of order wrong or missing (so annoying) but we,ve only human . My focus would be if I worked there would be to never get a order wrong. I'm sure they all try there best. 😃

Ordered from McDonald's app. Food came with a burger missing. Rang the store they didn't seem fussed in the slightest and just replied ring user eats they will sort it. So missing item, rude customer service and the chips we did get seemed under cooked and not nice.

The food is always great. Sometimes a little on the cold side but never too bad. The problem comes with items being forgotten, the app not working right, the time for the food to be prepared even at quiet times, etc. Definitely need improvement in customer service.

Pretty good, food hot and freshly cooked odd occasion it takes a while to get due to uber eats and the like but otherwise a decent place to get a bit of food.

Order a Meal online and the drink came half empty bag soaked, Delivery driver asked if I would like it replaced, I said "Yes please" I have not recieve anything as a replacement, If ordering online is becoming the norm then Staff should be trained to place lids on things correctly. If a replacement is requested it should be honoured. I have been robbed/scammed of money for a service that is shockingly poor, Cannot contact McDonalds, just goes to a voicemail. Sort out your service!!!

Place drive trough order 3 cheeseburger 3 chicken mayo 1 chicken select They probably went to ASDA to get chicken because i placed order at 04 05 and collected at 04 35 Everything was packed hot and by the time i got home (1/2 mile) the food was soaking wet in condensation Waste of time and money

This is the 4th and last time I order from here. Every time I order something is either cold, missing or damaged. I order from Burger King, kfc, pizza shops, Chinese and never have any issues, but this time my drink was quite obviously dropped and has leaked all over my food

Food was spot on considering what it is, service was pleasant enough, certainly had worse service at a McDonald’s, but it is a very busy and noisy branch, which is most likely due to the other Doncaster branches being spread a fair distance from this. Happy enough, and it was nice and clean.

Not the best breakfast I've ever had. The hash brown was like cardboard and the muffin looked like it had been thrown across the road.

Absolutely appalling service ,won’t correct their mistakes and manager has discusting attitude towards customers not helpful at all. Hire some staff who actually know how to pack an order,it’s really not hard when it’s on a screen in front of them.

A good clean restaurant, with polite and friendly staff, this was my first visit to this restaurant and I was very impressed.

Servuce is shockingly slow compared to how it used to be and not helped by the mountain of just eat orders blocking up the que. Why do t they hold food anymore. Its just painfully slow and everytime I go my order has something wrong. It was never like this before but it gone backwards and the food is always cold. Edit no it's still rubbish

One of the better McDonald's I go to. I think it's because it's smaller than it's a bit more intimate? It's always very clean and the staff are very friendly. I think one lady was a RAF veteran.

Worst experience ive ever had in a maccys, went to try and grab a quick bite between swimming and ice skating, it's seems they're that focused on the deliveries anyone within the resteraunt is left to bare a dreadful wait, then to top it off we were given 5 potions of chips all of which were stone cold there's just no excuse, cold chips on a delivery yes maybe but not when your sat in the resteraunt.........

It's exactly what you expect from a UK McDonald's. Not exceptional, not bad. Just a solid, consistent good.

Staff is really bad with delivery drivers and it might be just the case of the staff they got because other restaurants in Doncaster are ok, they need to be sorted out, the guy with moustache and white t shirt is very disrespectful to be a manager, got to be removed. Also the lady with red hair is a mess, sort her out.

Lots of "Sweary Mary" teenage girls dropping the 'F' bomb constantly. Think they only just learnt it , so the 'shock value ' must still be there for them ! Clean environment. Staff pleasant. Close to all amenities.

Stated was open 24hrs online arrived after a 15 minute drive to find it was closed keep your opening times up to date online 10 mile round trip still no food SHAMBLES

Only the drive through is 24hr. Despite what they say the restaurant is closed from 11 o'clock onwards. So if you can't get down the drive through, don't bother.

Shambolic. Self service machines took orders but didn't produce a receipt nor an order number so had no idea when food was ready. Manager was a state, and had no idea what was going on. She told me I should have known the machine was broken. Really!!.. Eventually got our food which was cold, and threw it away when we got home. Pure joke of a place. You should be ashamed.

It's a McDonald's. .. we were in transit running a tad behind, and food (fuel) was well required, so best of what options.

Food is always terrible, and wrong. Service is the worst bar non, and the atmosphere is as good as a public toilet. So yeah, if you're looking for a public toilet, this place is the bomb.

I’ve Left this review concerning a complaint which I made which was the stores fault hydan took my complaint and concerns on board and was very apologetic for the situation and made sure things were put right. Never had anything as salty as these chips. Fast food ain't great but I didn't want a certain trip to the hospital with a heart attack. 💀 Whoever salted the chips should be working in any kind of kitchen.

Popped in as was busy and just wanted a quick drink ended up we all had a meal as it was so convenient and well priced even in these days. Will go again soon.

Me and my wife go to a lot of shows at the dome just over the road and tend to hit this maccies up before we retire for the night. Never had any problems really. Food can sometime not be the hottest, but as busy as it gets that kind of expected for fast food. The service is good, always helpful not always the quickest... Again with how busy it gets it's expected. All on all a good experience.

So the new value meal only have soft drinks available with them. Not really fair when it's the middle of December, freezing and you want a hot drink to wrap your cold hands round.

Please can mcdinalds stop cordening off parts of the restaurant when it is busy from dinner time onwards. We go elsewhere as soon as we see that yellow tape.

Wasn't the best service at all at this place ordered of the boards waiting for my order to be waiting about 20 mins for 1 meal for them to say it didn't come through to them had to ask loads of times wears my food and the girl seemed to no no what she was doing till I said I want to talk to the manager

Ordered a cheesy bacon flatbread for my daughter with No bacon. They didn't make it fresh, they just took the bacon out of one, leaving a small piece inside.

Keep away at school kick out and weekends. This place gets rammed!
